I was woken up by the throbbing of my fangs.I groan as they elongated automatically.I checked the clock at it read 3:16.I stood up,making Amatus shift slightly.I rubbed his back making him stop shifting and go back to sleep.I then decided to go to the balcony for some fresh air. The air was cooling but it didn't help my hunger.I haven't fed for days.I din't want to feed on anyone or anything except my mate.I know he isn't ready but I don't think I can hold myself any longer.I want a taste,just a little.

I took a seat on the balcony couch.I closed my eyes and leaned my head back,calming myself down.The fact that Amatus is sleeping on my bed is not helping at all.I snap my eyes open when I felt the soft but heavey footsteps of my mate.

He yawned and climbed in my lap.I wrap my arms around him while kissing his head and inhaling his intoxicating scent.I wish I din't do that because along the way I got a wift of his blood.It smelled addicting.I supressed a growl.

"I'm sorry I din't wake you up" I said quitly not wanting to disturb the queit night.

I know that the reason he woke up is because he got one of his nighterrors.The past days he's been living with me,I would wake up to him screaming and begging.He cuddled closer to me silently telling me,it's okay.I started humming some random tune of a movie Salvadore and Amara forced me to watch.

Amatus laughed sofly. "Is that "while my giutar gently weeps" from Kubo"

I frown "I don't know maybe.Amara and Salvadore forces me to watch a lot of stupid movies with them"

He shook his head but didn't say anything.A moment later he raised his head to look at me.

"I din't say you could stop" He said.I chuckled but contiuned.

I was woken up by my acheing fangs again.I went to sit up but was stop by something on top of me.We had fallen asleep on the couch with Amutus on top of me.I stiffle a yawn as I stood up,carrying him to the bed.He mumbled something as usually when I placed him on the bed.I changed into something decent then went downstairs.I was going to try and force my self to drink,even if it's not from my mate.

A small body attacked me in a bear hug.I let her hang on me like a monkey as I went dowmstaires.

"Morning,dear brother" Amara gretted with a giggle.

Why does she have so much energy.It's way to early.I grunted in response.I could feel her stare as we entered the kitchen.She climbed down from my back and went to stand infront of me.She gaps quietly when she saw my fangs.I had tried to retract them,but they wouldn't bugde.

"When was the last time you fed?" She asked concern written on her face.

"I can't feed" I told her,my voice gruff and tired.He shook her head,confused.

"What?why?" I stared at her until she got it.When she did her mouth formed an O shape.I rummaged the frigde for some blood and I didn't waste a second before gulping it down.I groan when it didn't help at all.

"Have you told him?" She asked sofly.I shook my head.She sigh before squeling when she saw Tallin,Salvadore and Amatus descending the stairs.She ran across the room and threw her self at Amatus.

I went and took a sit when the maid started serving breakfast.We all set down and started eating.I couldn't bring my self to taste anything that isn't my mate.

I felt their stares one me making me grolw for them to back of.

"Are you ok?" Amatus asked making me look at him.He was staring at me in concern.I smile sofly and he gape when he saw my fangs.

"Ambrosius,when was the last time you fed?" Tallin asked making Amatud growl at him.

"Don't ever call him that again,it's Alpha Lucio to you" He sneered at him,making him bow his head in submmision.

I groan and bang my head on the table,when his pulse quicken.

"Ambrosius!"

"Lucio!"

I stood up and ignored them all as I raced out of the door before Alyosius show his face.He wanted to take control and claim his mate.That is another thing that stopped me from feeding from Amatus.The moment I sink my fangs into his skin,is the moment I would be marking him and I know he isn't ready for that.

I know where to calm my hunger out.I went down to the interrogation room.When I entered everyone stood up and bowed.I nodded and took a sit on the chair,on the interrogation table.

"All the warriors who were on patrol that day and have not been questioned,come to the room,immideatly"

"Yes,Your majesty"

"Yes,Master Lucio"

"Alpha"

A minute later they started pilling the room,some of them paling at my present fangs.

An hour later I was done interogating all of them,they were all clean.I was still hungry but it felt a little better to forget about my hunger.

I stood up and went back to my room to take a shower.I mask my scent when I reached the castle.I plant to avoid everyone until I got something to numb the hunger from Althea.I would have already asked her but I know she is already on it.I would wait a little before going to her house later on.Avoiding everyone would be a walk in the park but avoiding my angel would be realy hard.

I manged to slip back to my room without anyone knowing.I took a shower and quickly got dressed.I was about to slip away and lock myself in my office when I smelled my mate.He was in the room,I could feel him.He was worried and scared for me.

I sigh and got out of the bathroom.His head snapped in my direction and his eyes widen.

"Ambrosius?How?" He whispers while standing up and coming closer to me.

I try to step back without him noticing but he does and frowns.

"What's going on,Ambrosius?"

He asked again.When I stared at him, he stepped closer again making me growl in warning.

He stopped immideatly,tensing in shock.He swallowed thickly.I shook my head,closing my eyes to fight the urge to pull him in my arms and tell him not to worry.He has to understand that I can't touch him because the moment I do,I nkow i'll do something i'll regret.

"A-ambrosius?"

"Don't make this hader than it already is,Amatus" I meant to say it softly but it came out as a snarl.He flinched and took a step back making my heart tug painfully.

"Did I do something or is it because-"

I growl when my wolf howl in pain at the pain we are causing our mate,stopping him midsentence.Whe stared at each other the bond pulling us closer.I was the one to break eye contanct as I roughly shove past him and went to my office.I took a moment to catch my breath and collect my self before teleporting to Althea's house.
