When we arrived at the meeting room,the room was already packed with all the alphas.The chatter died down when we entered the room.I meet everyones eyes and sized them up.They looked away as soon as our eyes met making me stifle a smirk.

I sat down at the head table making everyone sit down too.I look at Amatus and found him sitting next to his beta.I made eye contact with him telling him with my eyes to come sit next to,where he belongs.He shook his head and avoided my eyes making stiffle a growl.

I snap my pen in two making the room silent again, when Tallin took a sit right on the chair I wanted Amatus sit in.I cleared my throat and folded my hands on the tabled.

"Greetings,everyone"

A chorus of "your highness" ran around the room.

"I heard about the issues you've all been facing.First I would like to pass my condolances.I know how painful it is to loose a pack member."

I opened the file and continued while trying to calm down my beasts who wanted to come out and drag our mate on the chair next to us.

"My team and I are still investigating these cases.If I may ask one of you to tell me again about the killings"

Alpha Damian,an alpha of a small pack concisting mostly of rouges who wants a better life.He straigthened up on his chair and cleared his throat.

"My king,Thank you for the oppotyrnity.On our boders we've found dead bodies.On my pack boders I've found six bodies the past weeks."

He cleared his throat again "The bodies were of young girls,the Autopsy says that they were vigirns and that someone or something sucked their blood.They were unharmed.We couldn't find where the blood was sucked out from their bodies.Thank you"

I nodded and said "Thank you Alpha Damian.Is that how all of you found the bodies?"

Some nodded curtly and some said "Yes".

We continued the with meeting,disscussing suspects amd solutions.We came up with different suspects and solutins but we didn't come up with the same solutions.Some were saying that it was the council,some were saying it was humans.So we decided to end the meeting and reschedule for another one.

I stood up and bid everyone goodbye with handshakes.My eyes scan the room,looking for a particular someone.I curse intenally when I saw him going out the door faster than lightning.I almost broke the hand I was shaking.I sigh When the last Alpha exited the door.

A hand clamp my shoulder making me turn around and grip it.The owner hiss making me drop it when I realised it was Amatu's beta.

"Fucking hell!" I roll my eyes at her when she curse.

"Don't touch me again,beta"

"Don't flatter yourself,your majesty"

I went to follow my mate and leave her but she stopped me.

"Don't pressure him into doing things"

I raised a brow "What?"

He pointed at the chair next to where I was sitting. "I saw how you wanted him to sit next you"

I glared at her "That's where he belongs next to me.I wanted him to take his place which is next to me"

She nodded "I know that.Amatus is an excellent Alpha but when he is not in alpha mode,he is very fragile and insecure and sometimes he's a little innocent. Do you know he's only kissed two people in his life?....What I'm tyring to say is don't force to sit next to you when he is not ready.He'll sit when he is ready.Just don't pressure him.He's been through a lot"

I realesed a breath "I just wanted him to sit next to me"

"He will when he's ready......And I wanted to talk to you about something else."

I frown in couriousity "Oh,what did you wan to talk about"

"Combining packs"

I was a little suprised that she wanted to talk about that.I already knew that we were going to combine our pack.

"Yeah,Did you and Amatus talk about it?" I asked

"Yes,but he was afraid to ask you.He kept saying that you'll think it's too soon."

I frown at the lack of trust my mate has for me "Does he know that if it was by me,He would be living with me"

She chuclked. "We thougth that since your pack is bigger than ours we going to move here and that way we'll also be procteted from these people"

I nodded liking the idea." Sounds good,when do you guys want to move,so we can prepare house for you?"

She shruggeg "as soon as you finish the houses"

"Ok,then it's settled" I said.

"Don't tell Amatus.He'll know that I told you"

I stared at her silently for a while then left to find my mate before he leaves.

His scent led me to one of his pack cars.I opened the back door making him drop his phone.

He smile nervously and I smirk.

"Were you going to leave without saying goodbye?"

He scoff "No"

I raised a brow "when were you going to say goodbye then,seeing as you already in the car?"

He picked his phone up and held up and said "I was fetching my phone"

I gave him a look that say A-blind-person-can-see-your-lieing.

He sigh and got out of the car.

He wrapped his arms around my neck making me automatically wrapp mine around his waist.

"I don't want you to leave but i'm not worried because as soon as the house get done,you moving in"

He pulled back to look at me,hi eyebrows drawn together.

"What houses?"

"Houses where your pack will live in,since we combining packs"

He stared at me,his mouth agape giving ideas.I kissed him lightly to feed my thoughts.He held his hand up.

"Don't you think it's too soon?"

I shook my head "it's not too soon,baby.Do you know that mates move in together the first time they mate"

He nodded "yeah but-"

"No,Amatus.It's not soon.We should have done this long ago"

He threw his arms around me again making me laugh and hug him back.I pulled him.closer when Aloisia's scent invaded my nose.She grabbe his arm making me growl and pulled him closer.

He winced "your crushing my bone"

I realesed him immideatly making him chuckle.I glared at him and he laughed some more.

I kissed his temple and opened the door for him.I closed it when Aloisia was about to go in.She stared at me in schock,making me smirk.She gave me the middle finger,making me resist the temptation of breaking it in half.I don't want to scare my beloved.

I watchex their car until it was out of sight.I turn around walked inside.I went to my room.I went inside the bathroom and I went straight inside the shower.I turn the water cold.I placed my hand on the wall and bowed my head.I fisted the my dick and worked on it.

As Amatus an I spent the time together the bond growns.The urge to claim him both physically and mentally is getting stronger.I don't know a lot about him but I do know he is not ready to do anything,by the way he would flinch when I touched his bare skin.I know he thinks I don't notice but I do.I notice everything.I won't pressure him into anything we'll jusy take things at his own pace.
