I have been waiting since 4 hours sitting on the chair with Tamizh. He's still not done yet. Ritual's still going on. We didn't do any rituals after the marriage.

All the time, I'm shooting angry glare at him and he's gesturing me to wait. What the actual-

"Is he doing on purpose?", Tamizh asked.

"I don't know."

Finally after another hour, he approached towards us in the same marriage dress and Aarthi was talking to other kingdom's princesses who are her friends.

"What happened to your mother?", He asked as Tamizh was glaring at him. Tamizh and Arjun never get along well.

"She's sick. I want to go see her now. Shall I?", I literally begged.

"Well. I will come with you. Can you wait for 1 more hour so that I can fresh up and-"

"I will not eat your wife, Arjun. I don't want you to drag 10 more hours saying you will come in 1 hour.", Tamizh said..

"Don't think I will allow you to, Tamizh. She's my wife and I'm the only one who has the right to permit her. I'm going with her.", Arjun stated. I held his hand before he could leave the place.

"Aarthi and the queen will surely peel me alive with their words, Arjun. You want me to get their curse?", I said and he looked at me with a expression that I couldn't read.

"I won't let them. Also, I have someone to show you in the evening. We can go after meeting your mom.", He said as I glared at him.

"Come on. Change your expression. I'll be in 10 minutes for you.", He said and left. As he said, in ten minutes, he came towards me in his dhoti which he would wear casually.

He was handsome. But, I've got less time to notice that. Before that, Aarthi's gaze met us where Arjun was wearing his casual dress instead of their grand wedding dress.

She paced towards us. Arjun stopped in his tracks as Aarthi held his hand. He looked at Aarthi who held her hand.

"Why did you change your dress, Arjun?", Aarthi asked Arjun looking at me angrily.

"Thara's mother is sick right? She wants to see her mother. So, I'm taking her to.", Arjun finished as I sensed Aarthi's anger.

"You're not going anywhere, Arjun. You're spending your time with a concubine's daughter?", She asked with a scoff. Arjun chuckled which made me confuse.

"I don't care about her birth. But, she's my main consort now. And you're my side consort. She's the priority in mostly everything. My main consort asked me to take her to her mother and It's my duty to do as her will.", He said and Aarthi's eyes widen in shock.

"Don't you remember she's a cheater, Arjun. It was me who was going to be your main consort and she snatched it from me. You're supporting her?", She asked in disbelief. These words are somehow true.

He turned to me holding my wrist. "Let's go before the sun sets. I said I want to show you something today evening. Remember?"

"Yes", I instantly remembered. Is it a surprise or shock?

We left to my kingdom in his horse. We reached after few hours and was making our way inside the palace. My mind was continuously revolving around his words.

I opened the door as I saw some maids helping her to walk. Maybe, the doctor suggested her to try to walk. But I don't trust doctors in these times. What if her injury gets serious by walking?

"Mother", she turned around as soon as she saw my face and was surprised to see Arjun along with me. The maids helped her to sit and I took a seat beside her. Arjun was standing in the doorstep.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes. I am. But, Arjun's supposed to be in his marriage if I'm right.."

"Yeah. It's over. I asked him that I want to see you and he took me immediately.", I asked and the next instant, she got happy that Arjun started supporting and understanding me.

"I'm so happy for you, dear.", She said placing her palm on my cheek.

I chatted with mom for few minutes happily. She was happy that I came to visit her and gladly Arjun accepted to take me here.

"It's late, mother. I should be there before the night.", I said to mother and she nodded understanding. She pecked my forehead before I leave the palace. Mother's love are so special.

That's when I realised Arjun's said he's gonna show me something evening. And it's already going to be evening.

I left back in the same horse. It was again taking fee hours. I was sleepy. My eyes were heavy that I was barely keeping it open.

Suddenly the horse stopped and I turned to look at Arjun with the sluggish face as his total focus was on me.

"What?", I asked in a lethargic tone.

"Wanna rest few minutes? You could fall from the horse if you sleep."

I nodded without any choice. I couldn't travel few more hours like this for sure. We got down from the horse.

We sat leaning on a rock and he suddenly pushed me to his chest.

"Want to have a headache after sleeping on a rock?", He asked and I shook my head slowly.

I rested my head on his chest comfortably and the next thing I know was sleep consumed me. I was feeling very comfortable on his chest.

When I wake up, the sky was already dark and the poor horse was still standing in its position. I looked at Arjun who was gazing at stars.

So, he like star gazing..

"Seems like you love to gaze at star..", I whispered around my silent surrounding.

"You're awake. Let's go. I said I have to show you something.", He said and I nodded.

We were again in the horse and was riding back home. We reached and saw many crowd and beautifully decorated palace. The wedding function isn't over yet.

I got down from the horse and looked at Tamizh on the entrance of the palace smirking. I gave him a smile and went back into the palace.

The queen and Aarthi was already throwing daggers on me. I ignored them and followed Arjun. What's the thing he's gonna show me?

We went to a dirty place where there were a lot of cells. There were people inside the cells. Why is he bringing me here? Is he gonna put me too in this?

"Why are we here?", I asked as terror plastered on my face.

"To meet someone.", He said and I was pooled in relief. Thank God, he's not going to put me inside the cell.

We went inside a cell where the soldiers were canning a man in probably 60s. I have no idea who is he. But, I'm damn sure Arjun was enjoying that scene.

"You remember him? You remember the face who tried to own you?", He asked and everything became clear to me. So, he is the Jeweller whom the queen tried to sell me.

"Uhh.. I-I..", I couldn't talk because I have never seen someone getting tortured apart from movies.

"Don't be scared. He deserves this, Princess.", He said and I nodded without any choice.

"What about we leave him. We can't change the past. The past will remain as a past. There's no use of thinking it or punishing him.", I said and he chuckled darkly. I have never seen him so dark.

"But, I want peace. I will only get that after he's dead. So, what's your thought on it."

"Will you get peace if you hurt your love- I mean Aarthi? Because she's the one who's going to get hurt. I know you will not let the queen from this too. Aarthi will be the one who suffers if you punish the queen. You will be more disturbed, Arjun."

"I don't care. His death is in my hand and the queen is going to face the consequences as well.", He stated.

His face was dangerous as hell. I don't know what else I should do and gave up. "Ok. Do anything that you want to.", I said and he simply nodded and continued torturing that man.

"How do you want to punish him?", He asked and I was thinking for a second. I don't really want him to suffer more. I want the queen, Aarthi's mother to suffer the most.

She just pushed my mom from the stairs. I want to avenge her for that because I took it personally.

"I don't care how you punish him. I only want the queen to suffer the most. Because she's the cause of every trouble in my life.", I said like a psycho.

"Don't worry. I'll make sure she gets her punishment.", He said. I remembered something all of sudden.

"You said there will be crown prince selection last week. But, there's no sign you went somewhere last week."

"Oh yeah. Father postponed it to next month because of the mess going on.", He informed me and I nodded.

We left from the cell still the soldiers thrashing the jeweller. Maybe it's fate the jeweller should face this because of the mistake he have done years ago.

We left to the bedroom where Aarthi was sitting in a skimpy dress waiting for Arjun. My heart hurted a little when I realised he's going to sleep with someone once again. But, I don't have guts to ask him.

Aarthi's gazed at me angrily.

"What are you doing here. It's our wedding night. Get out.", She yelled and I turned to leave when a hand held my wrist.

I turned back and saw Arjun's hand holding mine and staring at Aarthi.

"I don't remember saying you could stay in my room. The side consort have seperate room if I'm right.", Arjun said and Aarthi frowned.

"But, I love you and you love me right? Why can't I sleep and stay in your room? Why do you let the cheater stay in your room?", Aarthi yelled like a maniac.

She wants some therapy.

"Because she's my main consort and is supposed to stay in my room. As a side consort, you should stay where I tell you to."

"Stop it! It's our wedding night. Why we have to ruin our night because of that cheater?", She said and circled her arms around is neck seductively.

He pecked the corner of her lips infront of me. He brushed her hair and said, "stay in your room. I have something important to do. I will come back tomorrow morning. Ok?"

She nodded giving him a small smile. This man is seriously bipolar. He paced near me and stopped beside.

"I will come back tomorrow. Stay in your room with your door closed. Ok?", He asked and I nodded.

"You can go back to your room, Aarthi.", He left saying this. Aarthi shot me an angry glare and left the room.

I laid on my bed exhausted by everything. From tomorrow onwards, Aarthi is definitely not going to let me alone. She's going to bully me and I'm going to get tired resisting her.

Arjun said he will not let her bully me. But, I'm afraid she will manipulate him. She will definitely try to do that.

Aarthi is prone to do anything for Arjun. She'll not leave me alone until I die or until I go away from Arjun. I don't know if I could go back to my own timeline. But, I definitely can't live as a married woman with my husband having many mistresses.

All I knew from him in these times is he don't love any of us except Aarthi. He just care for others. He just care for me and he loves Aarthi.

I want to make this clear to my mind. I was making myself sure everyday that I don't catch feeling for him.
