Solhwa looked at the scene, Yeonjun and Soobin with wide eyes like deers caught in the headlights. Almost like they were about to get down and dirty on the living room couch.

"Geez Soobin, you could at least do it in your room. We literally have a rule about no sex on the couch." Solhwa sighed as she toook off her shoes.

Soobin dropped his own shirt casually and rolled his eyes, "We weren't doing anything, he was just looking at this bruise I got."

"Suuuuure." Solhwa rolled her eyes right back at her brother and left to go to her bedroom. Unbothered by the fact that her ex and the guy he cheated on her with (her brother lol) were literally hanging out in the living room.

Yeonjun pulled away and sat upright, his hands in his lap as he looked at them nervously. "S-Soobin." he whispered. Soobin leaned closer to the male and wrapped an arm around his shoulder to tease him.

"Hm?" Soobin hummed close to Yeonjun's ear and making the male blush.

"Would you really let Kai punch you again for me?"

"Of course. Heck, he could beat me up. I mean.. I wouldn't want him too.. because I think I'd lose to him.. but he's your boyfriend so it's his job to be protective of yo-"

"Kai's not-"

Soobin's phone chimed stopping both males before they could continue talking.

"Oh. My parents are coming back soon. Let me walk you home Yeonjun."

"Wha-"

"C'mon." Soobin stood up and grabbed the coffee cup that had become empty when Soobin was telling his story of how he got injured. He tossed the cup in the trash and accompanied Yeonjun outside.

The two males were almost at Kai's house.

The way they were walking had their hands and shoulders brushing against each other. Soobin was about to reach for Yeonjun's hand when the male's hand had brushed against Soobin's but stopped before he could grab it.

We're not a thing. Stop acting this way Soobin.

Yeonjun noticed this from the corner of his eye and grabbed Soobin's hand, blushing the entire time.

Soobin's eyes widened."But your boyfriend-"

"He's not my-"

"Yeonjun!" Both males pulled their hands away to see Kai glaring at him from the doorway without a shirt on. Kai had his arms crossed.

"K-Kai." Yeonjun looked at his feet.

"Where've you been? And where ever you were, why were you with this douche."

Soobin just kept quiet while Kai interrogated his crush beside him.

"Nevermind, just come inside." Kai sighed and Yeonjun stepped inside, turning around to wave to Soobin before leaving.

Soobin was also about to leave until Kai cleared his throat. "I thought I warned you earlier today."

"Jesus, let him talk to whoever he wants to. Do you think I would force him to talk to me? I've never forced him to do anything." Soobin glared back at Kai.

"Fine." Kai took a step back and slammed the door.

Soobin just looked at the closed door, sighing before leaving to go back to his own house, kicking loose rocks of cement as he shoved his hands into his pockets dejectedly.

"Why were you out with Soobin?" Kai frowned.

"I-" He's acting like a parent. "Well Kai, if you must know, I heard you and Jeongin going at it, because the walls aren't thin."

Kai flushed a bright red. Jeongin was only really loud when Kai was rough.

"And! Because of that I went to a cafe. But then I saw Hyunjin and Seungmin, who are now dating! Which is gay! And very ironic. So I got mad and left and for some reason my feet took me to Soobin's house, so I slapped him when he opened the door. And then we talked and he showed me the bruise you gave him-"

"Wha-"

"Which was uncalled for! And then his sister walked in on him with his shirt up! But she was okay?? with it?? Then he walked me home."

"Yeonjun calm dow-"

"No! I will not! You punched him!" Yeonjun frowned. "Why did you do that?"

"To protect you!"

"I don't need it!"

"But I want to! That's it!"

Yeonjun sighed at his stubborn friend,"I'll talk to you tomorrow, this conversation isn't going anywhere. I'm going to do my homework."

Yeonjun grabbed his backpack from the living room couch and left the room.

Kai was about to follow him when Jeongin called for him from Kai's bedroom,"Kai! I can't walk get me juice!"

Kai rolled his eyes,"Fine! Give me a sec!" He called back before walking to the kitchen.
