Natalia climbed back up the alley walls and she was hopping swiftly onto the fire escape and she climbed up to her room. She pulled herself up and into the room again, only to see that it was both Imara and TJ waiting for her. "What is it?" Natalia asked as she shut the window behind her and looked at the two.
"Did you get all of your homework done before you ran off?" Imara asked and Natalia scoffed at her words, as she nodded and growled over in TJ's direction at the mention of "running off" and she shook her head.
"Snitch." She muttered with clear irritation in her voice and TJ growled back at her as Natalia sat down. "Yes I got it all finished. At least I didn't skip school." Natalia shot back at TJ, who growled again and Imara looked at her son with raised eyebrows.
Imara accused and the mother and son were bickering at the moment, as they left her room and Natalia was quick to shut the door behind them as the bickering pair left.
Her phone beeped and Natalia smiled a bit, as she spotted a text from Matei and Emilia in their little group chat, who were sending emojis and pictures back and forth of themselves as wolves.
Natalia jumped up and almost hit her head on the bunk bed, before she was climbing back out the window, as she dropped down into the alleyway once again.
Natalia took off through the long alleyways and she jumped up onto the alley wall, walking along it with her arms outstretched and she yawns as she hopped down and continued to run.
She ran up into the trees and she heard howling, as Natalia raced deep into the woods and in mid-jump, she transformed and let out a long, very chilling howl.

Natalia continued to race along through the woods, as her paws hit the ground and soon fell into a very much steady rhythm of running, and she leapt up onto one of the boulders and she tipped her head back, letting out a low sound in the form of a low howl.
Natalia heard whining from behind her and she turned her head and she saw the two wolves behind her as she whined in response, and they were all howling.
Emilia stuck her nose into Natalia's side, as Matei rested his head on top of Natalia's head and the three wolves were standing in silence, holding a silent vigil for the month anniversary of the fire.
Natalia was sitting halfway up a tree and her back was against the trunk of it and she watched the sky as the stars came out and she raised her eyebrows as she looked down at the ground and Matei chuckled.
"Up a tree again?" He asked and she shook her head. "You aren't going to bite if..." She shook her head at him as he climbed up and in response to her moving slightly over, he silently sat down next to her.
"I'm not going back to school." She mumbled and he looked at her with a nod, as her head was against his arm, and he nodded slightly.
"I figured. Is it because you're scared?" Matei asked and she looked over at him, shaking her head and her emotions came through on her face in her eyes.
"I don't belong in a school environment like that, Matei. I never did." She murmured as he was lookin' confused. "I was born in the wild pack and raised there until I was six." She said and he looked solidly stunned as her eyes flashed golden and her veins were showing.

"You-- what?" He asked and she looked at the veins on her hands and she nodded slightly. "You aren't lying to me." It wasn't a question as she was avoiding his gaze. "Your parents?" He asked.
"Mum is an elder amongst the Wild Pack. My dad, I never met him. To my knowledge at least, he was a wild wolfblood. My elder siblings, they're twins. They are the Beta wolves of the pack, as far as I know. Their names are Aran and Meinir, my brother and my sister." She murmured quietly and he shook his head.
"Why wouldn't you tell me that sooner?" Matei asked and she shook her head, and, she looked at the ring around his neck that had belonged to his mum.
"Because when you move houses or move families or both, every time that you screw up... you tend to keep the most important things to yourself." She murmured and he nodded, as he gently placed his right hand on top of hers and she saw that her veins were disappearing once again.
"I love you too." Matei mumbled under his breath and she looked at him, as she moved her arms around him for a hug and they went silent.

8 56Reasons to Stay
Immortality has a cost, it differs from person to person. Some regret seeing their loved ones die, some regret they themselves cannot die, some regret the boredom and some regret nothing. This man regrets not having a choice, so after millions of years of getting shot, beheaded, beaten, stabbed and stoned he escaped from the world by hiding in a bunker with his books. He had studied all forms of science, he had lived history and created art, he was content with being alone with his mind until one day a man with a monocle appears, and he learns the truth. Hi! This is my second novel and I just had this idea when I was trying to sleep and my mind was making me re-live all those goddamn nightmares you don't want when it's 1 am and dark as shit, so I thought of happy things like the fantasy genre and my inevitable death and i'm like why not?
