Sierra met Rhydian and Dacia on the way to the moors, finding, their ways onto the moors.
"We had a family, a pack, but you all sent them to Canada. The one place,... that we have no contacts in." Sierra's voice was a low, echoing growl now.
"Did you ever meet your parents? I mean, ever?" Dacia asked and Sierra lowered her head ever so slightly.
"I've seen my mum. I lived with her for a bit, but... living wild isn't exactly my thing." Rhydian said and at those words, Dacia's eyes shot wide open at once.
"Whoa! Your mum's a wild wolfblood? I've never met a wild wolfblood before." Dacia said and Rhydian snorted, as he looks over at Sierra, who sighed.
"Actually, Dacia, you have." He pointed over to Sierra, who raised her head as her eyes glowed a bright blue, and Dacia gasped.
"I'm the latest in the long line of Wolfblood Trackers, which is why my eyes are different from everyone else, have you ever met a wolfblood with ice blue eyes?" Sierra asks her quite clearly rhetorically and Dacia smiled a bit confused.
"Why didn't you tell me?" She asked and Sierra let out a couple of very low growls, as she thought about what to say and how to say it.
"My parents died on the night of my first transformation. The Trackers are notorious for transforming earlier, I was earlier then most. I was 10 years old, when they were gunned down by hunters in front of me. I'm a wild wolf at heart, although, I do live in a town." She said.
"What about your dad?" Dacia asked as she swiftly turned back to Rhydian, completely missin' the fact, that Sierra had just told her about her parents all being dead.

"I don't even remember, what he looks like, just... I remember one day, being sar on his shoulders and... he was running. I had the sun in my eyes and... felt like I was flying." Rhydian said with a small grin.
"My dad died. I was pretty young. I still think about him a lot. Do you ever think about him? About your dad? I mean, wonder where he is?" Dacia asks and Sierra shakes her head and she began to climb up a tree quickly.
"No." Rhydian said, indicating that their conversation was over, as Sierra pressed her hand against the trunk of the tree, using Eolas to listen to Shan practicing at the Kafe.
"You're not telling me that living in a big city is better than this?" Rhydian's voice was full of disbelief as Sierra let a low growl escape.
"Why do you think that I stayed here, Rhydian? I'm the small town version a operative who knows the ins and outs of this town." She said with a grin.
"We all have to find our place in the world... our purposes in life." Dacia's vocal tone was wistful as Sierra's eyes glowed sharply in the light.
"Rhydian, where are you going?!" She shouted and he stopped quickly as she had taken off after him.
"Whitewood's gone to my foster mum's. I need to get there before she does." He said and she looks at him as a panicked look came over his face.
"Do you need my help?" She asked and he looked at her with a small grin and her eyes narrowed in confusion.
"Maddy and her family didn't take their wolves with them to Canada. Not all of their wolves anyways." He said a grin on his face, widening swiftly.

Sierra ran swiftly and shifted mid-run, dropping onto four paws as she raced into the town, and lot of the patrons at the Kafe were screaming.
It only stopped Whitewood for a few moments though, as she was running after the jeep.
Then it had stopped, because of Dacia's chance encounter with the jeep and Sierra caught up, standing up with a loud snarl, at Whitewood.
"Rhydian, hang on." She said and grabbed the back of the jeep and tore it open quickly, opening the door.
Then suddenly as Dacia made Whitewood an offer that she couldn't possibly refuse in her current position, the three wolfbloods, they changed by the force of the full moon and Whitewood, she looked at the one with blue eyes in shock.
"What do your eyes mean?" She whispered and Sierra howled as she ran off with Dacia and Rhydian racing off after her.
"Rhydian! Sierra!"
"Rhydian! Sierra!"
"Maddy can come home!" Tom and Shannon howled after they shouted at them, and both Rhydian and Sierra let out loud, happy howls in response to their pack's happy news.

Tower of Somnus
When humanity first encountered alien life, we were judged and found wanting. The Galactic Consensus interviewed our leaders and subjected us to a battery of psychological tests to determine our progress as a society. They found us to be selfish, wasteful, impulsive, and boorish neighbors. Earth was blockaded and our collective encounter with our extrasolar neighbors rapidly faded from memory. All they left behind was a hypercomm relay and a handful of subscriptions to a massively multiplayer game that participants played in their sleep. The Consensus said that it would let us interact with our neighbors in a controlled setting. That it would teach us to be better members of the galactic community. The megacorporations that controlled Earth ignored the game until they learned that the powers earned from clearing dungeons were just as real when day broke. Magic, supernatural abilities and rumors exploded from nothing and a subscription to The Tower of Somnus became a status symbol. Katherine ‘Kat’ Debs doesn’t have much, but it could be worse. Born in an arcology, she was assigned a job in the megacorporation that raised her almost as soon as she could work. Despite the stability of her corporate life, she wanted something more. A chance to claw her way up the rigid social and financial ladder to make something of herself. A chance that wouldn’t come naturally to someone as familiar with dark alleyways and the glint of steel as she was with office work and corporate niceties.Book One is up on Kindle Unlimited as of 7/6/22 - https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B0B2X3L8H5
