《Project Goddess || Percy Jackson x Reader》VII

It hadn't been minutes after my conversation between Hades that Nico arrived.
In fact he arrived in a mass of shadows which scared the schist out of me when I was taking a walk in the woods. About the woods, apparently most of the demigods requested some safe monster free trails in the woods, and with the help of some gods they made a nice trail through the woods.
"Ahhhhh!" I screamed as a cloud of shadows surrounded me. When the shadows cleared a boy was standing there.
He kind of just stared at me and I stared at him. He had dark black hair, olive skin, and his outfit choice was not what I would've choosen. Shut up, Aphrodite.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Who are you?" He asked.
"I'm (Y/n)..." I said hesitantly.
"Nico," He said.
"Okay, so you're the one Hades was talking about." I said with an oh.
"And you're the one Hades was talking about." Then we started walking back towards camp.
"So, you're a son of Hades?" I asked trying to make conversation.
He looked at me as if he was analyzing me. "Are you a goddess?" He asked abruptly.
I inhaled a sharp breath. "W-what?"
"Are you a goddess?" He asked slowly.
"What would make you think that?"
"I-- nevermind." He said.
Looks like we both have a secret then.
"How could you tell?" I asked quietly.
"So you are?" He asked.
I didn't respond.
He sighed. "After the Giant War I seemed to have inherated some type of power."
"What type of power?"
"Well, it's not really a power... It's more like an ability."
"Yeah? So what does it do?"
"It lets me see people's auras and I can now also sense people's feelings."

"That's really awesome!" I said.
"You-- you can't tell anyone." He said hastily.
"Why are you telling me?"
"Because... Hmm, I wonder why I am telling you..." He siaid laughing.
I laughed, "okay, so a secret for a secret I suppose. Well--" I stopped myself short remembering what the prophecy and the fates said, the fall of Olympus depends on the knowledge of others. But, Zeus had told Chiron...
"(Y/n), are you okay?"
"I suppose you sense my feelings right now," I said.
He nodded, "what's wrong?"
"It's nothing." I said. "But, yeah, I'm a goddess. But you can't tell anyone."
"A secret for a secret. If I tell yours you can tell mine. And if you tell mine I can tell yours." He said and we shook hands. But still, he didn't understand what was on the line with my secret.
We walked out of the woods and towards the eating pavilion.
"Nico?!" I heard someone yell. Nico and I both turned around. Will was running towards him. Nico was blushing.
"Hi, Will." Nico said smiling.
Will hugged the boy. "You've been gone too long!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah--" Nico said but was cut off by Will kissing him.
And then there I was standing there awkwardly, so naturally I started walking away.
"Percy, Nico's here!" I said.
Percy gave a weird smile. "Okay, what's your problem with Nico? He's a nice guy."
"It nothing." Percy insisted.
It was obviously not nothing. And I concluded to myself that it was much more than their history together.
"Why can't you tell me?"
"Because it doesn't matter anymore."
"It obviously does because you're still annoyed with him or whatever."
"No," he protested. "I'm not."

"Yes you are." I said heatedly.
"No, I'm not. Why can't you drop it, (Y/n)?"
"Because it's going to effect me on the quest if you guys can't get along and I'm going to be stuck in the middle."
"Well, what's the difference going to be when I tell you?" He asked.
"Whatever," I said then rolled my eyes.
"Are you hungry?" He asked changing the subject.
I didn't respond but I started walking angrily towards the basket of fruit. Percy hurried in front of me. He started to pick an apple to give to me.
"Don't you dare touch my apple." I threatened. Picking an apple and biting into it.

The Hellish Incursion Part I: Demon Dogs Conspiracy
When one journey starts, there is always one with a different path. Lilac Rezmirn thought that she would lead a dull life while waiting for her brother, Hans Rezmirn, to return with the glory and fame for being one of the pioneers who discovered a new land. However, she did not expect her life to follow a different adventure. Her fate was set when she met a lupine stranger who didn't look and act like a typical Lycan. She soon found that this lupine stranger, who had limited knowledge of her language, was in fact a hellhound, a humanoid lupine dweller of the Underworld in the Hollow Earth. Meeting the hellhound proved to be the start of her adventure. She met companions along the way, and she slowly discovered that the hellhound she met was involved in something sinister, which would undoubtedly changed the Continent of Ternor forever. This is the story of Lilac Rezmirn, sister of Hans Rezmirn, and Ifrit Schelkz, the lupine hellhound from the Underworld. The Hellish Incursion is a spin-off story set in Ternor which started several weeks after Hans and his friends reached Main Continent. It is part of the same continuity with 'Light Bane', but can be enjoyed without referring to the other series other than knowing who Hans Rezmirn is.

Greys II - Ghosts
There he stood, dark eyes, dark hair, beautiful in the most devastating of ways. It scared me how little he had changed, his hair was longer and black, his frame thinner, like he hadn't eaten since I last saw him. His eyes were different, lacking something they had always held before, lacking anything really, and yet he was the same. He looked weak, but I knew he wasn't. "Hi, angel."His voice was just as dead as his eyes. It sent a shiver up my spine. That was the reason I felt sick, that was the reason he seemed different. He was dead, and as much as I wanted to hate him, I was sad he was empty, sad he wasn't the same man anymore."Hello, Gabriel."My voice came out softer than I would have liked, the words burning my tongue. But it didn't matter, I got the desired effect even if the volume wasn't there. He flinched, his eyes widening, his eyebrows twitching up and together, his jaw setting for just a moment. But then it was gone and he looked away, death settling back in his eyes, in the lines of his face.» ✦ «#2 in Angel Romance#3 in Demonology#11 in Thriller#Mature, 18+ for all the reasons.
