You sit by your window, looking outside. The sky was covered in dark clouds and the rain droplets on your window. Most people saw this as sad, gloomy, just downright awful, but you stared out the window with a smile. It's always something to look forward to, because it's different from any other boring day.

You take your eyes off the outside view, and glanced around your room.

The walls were tan and the floor had a nice carpet. The carpet was a slightly darker tan than the walls. The only objects in your room were a chair and a table next to the window, which you were sitting at now, and a white bed.

It was boring to look at, but soon enough, you would grow used to this room. A small walk-in closet and it's closed doors on the wall opposite side of your bed.

It looked like a room, but you couldn't stand your room being this boring. You got up out of your chair and went outside your room. Outside the room was a small hallway, same wall color and floor, but tons of boxes around the place.

You grabbed the boxes labeled "bedroom" and brought them inside. You opened the boxes one by one and took the items out, placing them where you thought everything would look good.

After hours of the boring cycle of going back and forth, looking around the room and putting objects everywhere, you were done. Once all the boxes were empty, you folded them and put them in the walk-in closet, making sure they took up little space.

Your clothes were already hung up and one small box held a few small toys, including a small stuffed bunny you had since you were a kid. In the box were no dolls, those things are way too creepy.

You step out of the closet, closing the doors behind you. You looked at the now decorated room. Small paintings and photos were hung up on the wall while other small photos of you and your family are framed on your desk. Right next to your bed, there is a tabletop with your phone on it, charging.

It looked like a room that was actually inhabited by a living creature.

You didn't feel like doing any other rooms right now, so now you didn't know what to do. Even looking at this room stressed you out. You had been in this stupid room for hours, deciding what goes where and what needed that, and you just wanted to get out.

You looked out the window. It was still raining. Nice. You immediately went to the closet and grabbed your yellow raincoat. You looked down at what you were wearing. A striped black and white shirt and shorts. 'If it doesn't look like shit, it's good enough,' you thought to yourself.

You threw the yellow raincoat over the outfit and went to the front door of your apartment. You make sure you have your keys in the pocket of the raincoat and stepped outside the door.
