Y/n's pov

Ever since I've put the Christmas tree, Adam has been very busy lately for the past three days. And are suppose to open presents, which I haven't seen Adam anywhere. I get out of bed and put on my Christmas dress that I brought yesterday in Paris. (Picture up above) It was only a four hour ride there and back. While I was there I got presents for everyone in the castle. I walk down the stairs from Adam's bedroom and smell a delicious smell in the air. It smelled like cinnamon. I walk down the stairs trying to find out where that smell is coming from. I walk into the dining room and see cinnamon rolls on the table. "Merry Christmas, poppet." Mrs. Potts says happily. I smile at her and sit down in the chair. "Merry Christmas, to you too Mrs. Potts. Have you seen Adam? He's been very busy lately." I say curiously.

When I wanted to talk to Adam yesterday in the library he picks something up and tells me that he's busy. Mrs. Potts shakes her no and picks up the teapot mourning me a cup of tea. "No, dearly. I haven't seen Adam. Only on some occasions of course, but I also think Belle is being very weird lately as well. When I call her down for dinner yesterday she came in, grabbed her plate and heads back up to her room to eat. Very strange, indeed. Well, I'm going to wake up Chip and get him ready to go to the village and get Mr. Potts so he can celebrate Christmas with us." Mrs. Potts says wiping her hands on her apron and start to walk out to door. "Oh, y/n." Mrs. Potts say turning back around to look at me. "Yeah?" I say. Mrs. Potts smiles and points to my Christmas dress. "You look beautiful in your Christmas dress." Mrs. Potts says happily.

I smile at her and nod my head in thanks. Mrs. Potts walks out of the room to go and wake Chip up. I finished my breakfast and stand up to go into the ballroom and look at the Christmas tree. I walk into the ballroom to see Belle and Adam talking to each other quietly. Thankfully they didn't hear me come and I look at the both of them curiously. Why was Adam always so busy? Belle is keeping secrets from me? She always tells me everything, were sister for Pete's sake. I quickly walk out of the ballroom and up the stairs of the West wing to mine and Adam's bedroom. I grab my winter coat out of the closet and grab one of my books. I needed some fresh air outside of the castle. I open the front door and walk down the stairs towards the horse stables. I walk inside and hear a neigh in greetings from y/h/n and Philippe. I walk over to y/h/n's stall and open the gate, close it back, then sit on the haystack. What was Adam's problem? He didn't even acknowledge me when I came into the ballroom.

I starting to feel like this isn't going to be the best Christmas ever.

Adam's pov

Mrs. Potts and Chip just got back from Villeneuve with Mr. Potts and it was time to open presents, but I didn't see y/n anyway. Terrible thoughts start running through my head. What if she's hurt? What if she left without telling anyone? What if she's never coming back? What if someone took my y/n? When I thought that last terrible thought, I knew automatically if anybody lays a finger on my y/n, they are in for a fight of their life. I couldn't believe any of that now, y/n is here somewhere. But where? I walk over to Mrs. Potts and look at her with a worried look. When Mrs. Potts seeing the expression on my face and frowns. "What's the matter, Adam?" Mrs. Potts ask me curiously. I sigh and look back up to her. If y/n got hurt really bad and dies, I don't know what life would be like without her. "Y/n is missing.

I can't find her anywhere." I say worried laced in my voice. Mrs. Potts could tell I was really upset, she pulls me into her arms and hugs me in comfort. "Don't worry, dear. We will find y/n, she has to be here somewhere." Mrs. Potts says looking around hoping y/n would show up. But she didn't. Belle and her father come down the stairs and Belle looks at me with a curious look. "What's wrong?" Belle asked curiously. I look at her with worry. "Y/n's missing." I say to Belle. Belle's eyes widen in shock and worry. "We'll find her." Belle says. I watched as Mrs. Potts told the other servants that y/n is missing.

And split up in different directions to find y/n. Belle and I go to the library and look for her. But no sign of her. "Where else could she be?" I ask Belle. I'm starting to get really upset and frightened, because she actually maybe did leave without telling anyone. I look over at Belle to see she's thinking really hard to where y/n maybe. "I know where she is. She's in the horse stables, y/n always goes there to have time to herself." Belle says honestly on her voice. We walk out of the library and outside to the stables where the horses are kept. I walk inside before Belle and looks around for y/n. I spot her h/c hair and e/c eyes in y/h/n's stall reading a book and looking very unhappy. I rush towards y/n and open the gate and pull y/n into my embrace. Y/n gasp as I pulled her into my chest. Tears run down my cheeks as I hold y/n in my arms.

"Y/n, I thought I lost you forever." I say quietly crying. Y/n looks at me and rubs her hand in circles on my back in comfort. "Adam, I'm never gonna leave you, I love you too much." Y/n say to me in a soothing voice. I look at her and nod my head. Y/n takes her finger and wipes away my tears. "Adam, please don't cry. You're going to make me cry." Y/n say fanning her hands to her face. I laugh at this and kiss her forehead. "Sorry. Well, just letting you know that we're about to open presents." I say to y/n with a smile. Y/n smiles back and kisses my cheek. "Okay, I'm coming."

Y/n says. I hold out my arm and she takes hold of it. Me, y/n and Belle go back into the castle. I look down to y/n's Christmas dress, and she is stunning. I look over at y/n's Christmas dress and back into her e/c eyes in awe. Y/n blushes when I looked at her, she's so cute when she blushes. "Why are you staring at me like that?" Y/n ask curiously. I smile at her and move her h/l h/c hair behind her ear. "Because you look beautiful in your Christmas dress." I say with a grin. Y/n blushes once again and I laugh at this. And we all go back to the ballroom.

Y/n's pov

Everyone is sitting on the floor of the ballroom and is waiting to open presents. Belle goes first and hands me a present from her. I look at the gift wrapping, it's rectangular. I wonder what I could be. I ripped the wrapping paper and gasp at what I saw. It is a sketchbook for me to draw in. I loved to sketch different designs and landscapes. I ran out of paper in my old sketch book and I'm so happy that I got a new sketch book. "Thank you so much, Belle." I say getting up from my spot and hugging her. Belle smiles at my words and hugs me back. Belle gives everyone else their presents and sits down in her spot. Mrs. Potts goes next, then Lumiere, and Cogsworth, then Plumette, Mr. Potts, and Chip, then Madame de Garderobe, then Maestro Candeza, then Papa, and finally it's my turn. I grab everyone's gifts and I hand Adam his gift, Belle her gift, Papa his gift, Lumiere his gift, Cogsworth his gift, Plumette her gift, Mr. Potts his gift, Mrs. Potts, Chip his gift, Madame de Garderobe her gift, and Maestro Candeza his gift. I watched as everyone opened their gifts and I'm pleased with the look on their faces. I got Adam a beautiful snow globe.

When we were little, me and Adam have always loved snow globes. Adam has a whole room full of them. Adam walks over to me and kisses me on my lips. I kiss him back with joy. "Thank you much, my love. The gift is truly beautiful." Adam says with a grin. I blush at his words and Papa come towards me in a big loving hug. "Thank you for the easel, dear. I needed a new one." Papa says kissing my cheek and giving me another hug. Belle came running towards with a big smile and tears in her eyes. I knew why she's about to cry. While I was in Paris yesterday, I stopped by the windmill that me, Belle, Papa, and Maman lived in when I was a baby. I gathered up as many pictures and drawings as I could. I even found a picture of Papa and Maman wedding day.

"Thank you so much, y/n. This is the best gift I've ever gotten from you." Belle says almost about to cry. I saw a single tear slip down her cheeks and I wiped them both away with my thumbs. "Don't cry, Belle. You're going to make me cry." I say as I feel my e/c eyes fill up with tears. I wipe my eyes with the back of my hand. Belle smiles at me once again and goes back to her spot. I'd got Cogsworth a new pocket watch. I over heard him say that his old one is about to break and needs new batteries. So I bought him a new one which he was happy he got it. I got Plumette this beautiful purple dress from the seamstress in Paris. She is one of the best seamstress in all of France. And I just had to get for her, and Plumette loved it. I got Chip a stick horse toy.

He's always told me that he's always wanted to ride a horse, but his mother says he's still too young for one. So I got him it, which he was ecstatic about. Mrs. Potts got a new tea set. Which I got from the best Potter in all of France, it had so many beautiful designs just like what Mrs. Potts and Chip looked like when they were under the curse. She loved it very much and she said she'd be using them for a long time. Everyone else loved their gifts as well and then it was Adam turn to give out his gifts. But whenever he passed out everyone else's, he didn't give me mine. Which is still under the Christmas tree. I was so confused on why Adam didn't give me my present like the rest of them. "Adam, how come I can't have my present right now?" I ask him curiously. Adam laughs at my curious expression and comes over to me. "You will get your present later tonight, my love." Adam says kindly and kisses my lips. I kiss him back and sigh. I loved Adam with all of my heart, but to wait for my present from him later tonight?

I don't know if I can do that.

Belle's pov

Adam gave me the task to keep y/n busy while he did something outside. I watched as y/n was about to go outside, but I stop her. "Where are you going?" I ask y/n curiously. Y/n points towards the door of the entrance. "I forgot my book in the stables and I'm going to get it." Y/n says walking towards the door. I grab her arm and pull her away from the door. "Why don't you just get another one from the library?" I say pulling her towards the library. We read many books and it was super hard to keep y/n in the library. I just hope Adam finishes soon. Because y/n is starting to be a pain in the butt. Mrs. Potts comes into the library and tells me Adam is all done. I sigh in relief and thank Mrs. Potts for telling me. "Hey, y/n.

Adam says you can open your present now from him." I say to y/n getting her attention. Y/n's e/c eyes widen in happiness and basically runs to the ballroom. I try my best to keep up with her and their she is standing in front of the Christmas tree holding her present from Adam. "Go ahead and open it, y/n." I say happily.

Y/n's pov

I can't believe it. I'm finally able to open my present from Adam. I open it up and there's a note and a book. The note is from Adam. It says: Y/n, my love, ever since you came into my life you've made me so happy. When you broke the curse I knew I had to make this just for you. It's our story. As soon as you're finished reading it, go outside and follow the rose petals. Love, Adam. He actually wrote out our story, so this is what's he's been so busy on all this time. I open the book and start at the beginning. I read out. I got to the end of it and closed the book. Wow, I loved Adam's gift to me.

Now to follow to rose petals. As soon as I went out the castle entrance, there were the rose petals lying on the ground. I followed the trail until I came upon Adam's rose garden. I looked in front of me to see Adam standing in his blue suit (the one he wore when they danced in the ballroom) looking as handsome as ever. Beside him was a table with food on it and candles lit all around. This was making my heart swell up in awe and joy. No one's ever done this for me. Adam comes over to lead me to my seat and scoots the chair in. "For tonight's dinner, we are having lamb chops and mixed vegetables." Adam says sitting down in his seat looking super nervous about something. I smile at the romantic dinner Adam surprised me with. It is the most beautiful thing anyone has ever done. I felt like I didn't deserve his great love for me, but I did. We finished our dinner, I looked to see Adam getting really nervous. "Adam? Is everything thing okay?"

I ask him with a worried expression on my face. Adam nods his head and look up into my e/c eyes. He gets up from the table and holds his hand out for me to take. I grab his hand and we go sit on the bench. I look over at Adam once again and see him looking like he's thinking about something. "Adam, are sure you're okay?" I ask him once again.

Adam's pov

When y/n asked me that, I knew she is worried about me. I look into her e/c eyes and they are sparkling in the moonlight. "Yeah, my love. I'm fine. Just thinking about something that's all." I say looking at y/n in awe. I knew with my whole heart that I loved y/n, but I don't know how she's going to take what I'm about to ask her. "What are you thinking about?" Y/n ask curiously looking at me. As soon as she said that I knew it was time to ask her my question. "Well, it's something really important I have to do." I say. Y/n's eyes widen at my words but I can also tell she is really confused on what's going on. "Y/n, from the moment I was a teenager, I knew you were the one for me. I just didn't know how to tell you. My father pushed you away and out of my life.

Saying that you left me, I was devastated when my father told me this. I tried to comprehend all of what my father told me. I didn't believe him at all, until the next week I realized you didn't come back. That's when I got selfish and unkind to all of the servants and was spoiled to no end. I tried to get with other women to confront my feeling about you, but no matter how many women I slept with they weren't you." I say truthfully to y/n. I could see a lot of emotions coming from y/n. Hurt, regret, anf sadness on her face. "But then I got cursed by the enchantress and was turned into a beast along with the servants as house objects. I fell into depression knowing that the curse would never be broken, for could ever love a beast? Then you came along and showed me how be kind and learn to love again. Then when I realized I loved you and you loved me back the curse broke." I say happily to y/n. Her h/l h/c hair and e/c eyes were so beautiful in the moonlight. I got up from the bench and kneeled down in front of y/n. I took both of her hands in mine and looked into her e/c eyes.

"Y/n, ever since the curse has been lifted I've never so relaxed, happy, and loved when I'm with you. We've known each other for a really long time, and I know this maybe a bit of a shock to you." I pulled a f/c heart shaped box and put it into y/n's and mine hands. "Adam, what are you doing?" Y/n ask curiously. I smile at her confused look on her face. "Y/n l/n, from the time the curse broke, I've always wanted to do this. But I've never had the courage or chance to do it. But now I do." I open the box and y/n gasp at what she saw. And inside the box is a ring.

"Y/n m/n l/n, I've love you since I was a teenager and I've always dreamed of asking you this for the longest time. Will you marry me?" I ask her.

Y/n's pov

"Y/n m/n l/n, I've love you since I was a teenager and I've always dreamed of asking you this for the longest time. Will you marry me?" Adam ask. Happy tears start to run down my face at Adam's confess. I've never wanted anything more than the man in front of me to ask me that simple but very romantic question. I grab hold of Adam's collar on his coat and kiss his lips with all of my emotions mourning out. Adam kisses me back with the same amount of emotion. I pull away from the kiss and lean my head on Adam's chest. "Is that your way of saying yes?" Adam ask me curiously and excitment in his voice. I nod my head and smile. I'm still crying from all that has happened. Adam smiles widens and he puts the ring on my ring finger. Adam pulls me into an embrace. "I can't wait for us to get married." I say into Adam's ear.

Adam smiles at this and looks into my e/c eyes. I feel so emotional right now. Adam is literally the greatest thing in the world that could ever happen to me. "Me too. You can come out now." Adam yells out to someone. I look turn around to see Belle come out from her hiding place. I gasp in shock at the sight of my older sister. "You were in on this all along?" I ask her with shock and curiosity in my voice. Belle smiles at me and nods her head. So that's why Belle was being so secretive lately. She was in Adam's plan of marrying me the whole time. "I'm so happy for both of you. You guys are going to be the best couple ever." Belle says happily.

I smile at her words and look over at Adam. His blue eyes are sparkling with happiness, love and affection for me. "I love you, my love." Adam says kissing my forehead. I smile at his words and kiss his cheek. "I love you too, Adam." I say with happiness in my voice. I can't believe this. I'm now Adam's fiance.
