I stretched my arms out above me before I opened my eyes. I flicked the lamp light beside me on and looked around the room to come to realize I was in Dimitri's room. I had forgotten I slept here last night. I turned to my right to find Dimitri still sleeping. The light from the lamp illuminating his face.
I laid down beside him again, and turned on my right face to face with him so I could stare at his gorgeous face. I felt kind of creepy watching him sleep but I couldn't help it. He was just so damn good looking. I never wanted to stop staring.
I couldn't help but reach out and run my fingers through his dark hair. His hair was just so soft that it was very tempting to do so. And so I did. I gently played with his hair, making sure to not wake him up. I closed my eyes, enjoying the softness of is hair between my fingers. I wonder what shampoo he used because I don't think I've ever felt hair this soft before.
I then ran my fingers down the side of his face, enjoying the feel of his skin. I honestly had no idea what I was doing anymore, except that it felt good. I loved the feel of the light stubble on his cheek against my fingers. My fingers then travelled towards his lips, lightly grazing them. His lips parted and I could feel his warm breath on my hand, causing me to open my eyes and meet his gaze.
I felt my cheeks heat up instantly and turn a bright red. How long had he been awake and watching me? This was so awkward and embarrassing. I looked away not being able to meet his gaze.
I felt him take my hand into his, his thumb gently rubbing circles onto the back of it, before he brought it up towards him and pressed a soft kiss to it, all the while keeping his gaze on me. I felt myself blush even harder, making my cheeks impossibly redder.
He let go of my hand and brought his hand up to touch my warm, red cheek. I turned to look at him and noticed an amused smile on his face. He was finding this hilarious, wasn't he?
"Don't touch me." I said as I pushed his hand away, feeling really embarrassed.
"Why not? You were touching me too." He said with a grin on his face as I blushed harder.
"Stop Dimitri!" I exclaimed causing him to chuckle and pull his hand away.
"Seems like someone's a little embarrassed." He teased, sending me a wink.
"I hate you." I grumbled, glaring at him. He laughed again in amusement.
"I'm just messing with you." He said, chuckling at the annoyed glare on my face.
"And you say I'm annoying." I say, rolling my eyes. I pushed the blanket off of me and got out of bed, stretching my arms up again. I then pulled my shirt down, because it was rode up as I stretched.

I glanced sideways at Dimitri and noticed his gaze fixed straight on me. "I forgot to ask. But how are you feeling after last night?" I asked, referring to the pain.
"I'm good." He quietly said, seeming to have something else on his mind. He seemed to be thinking hard about something.

I was sitting at the library with Devon, discussing details about the surprise party. "I have all the invitations prepared already, and I've sent some out already. But there are still thousands and thousands I need to send out, which is going to be a lot of fun." Devon explained causing me to gape in shock.
"Thousands and thousands? That's a lot of people! How do they all fit?" I asked in pure shock.
"Well you see, not everyone's able to show up. And this castle has a huge room held for formal occasions that is able to hold about five thousand people. I'll show it to you sometime today. And we also have the whole outer back area which holds a lot more people than the room. So people can stay in if they'd like, or out." Devon explained but I was still in shock.
"That's still a lot of people! I can't believe this! All these people come yet Dimitri doesn't ever leave his room. That's horrible! We really need to get Dimitri to come." I exclaimed in surprise. Dimitri has all these people attending his party yet he doesn't show up. Why wouldn't he?
"We do which is why it's so important that this party stays a surprise." Devon said as he showed me the guest list which was absolutely huge and never ending.
"Devon, I have a question." I said suddenly. "A question that isn't related to this."
Devon glanced up at me and nodded his head. "Go ahead." He said.
"Why is Dimitri so touchy on the topic of his family?" I asked and I saw Devon's eyes widen.
"That is something I really don't think we should be talking about. Sorry Isabella, but I can't tell you anything. It's a very personal thing that I don't have the right to tell you about. The only person who should be telling you about it is Dimitri." Devon said causing me to sigh.
It honestly seemed like I'd never find out. And the fact that no one seemed to want to tell me, was really piquing my curiosity.

It was dinner time and I was late because of planning for Dimitri's party. I was really hungry so I hurried down the hallway, towards the dining room. Once I walked in, a lot of girls turned and glared at me for some reason, especially Shauna. She looked like she was going to murder someone.
I looked down and noticed a seat empty beside Dimitri which I took. I noticed no one was eating which was strange. Once I sat down, Dimitri told everyone to start eating. I looked at Dimitri in surprise. "You were waiting for me to come?" I asked shocked that he would actually wait for me to come first before letting everyone eat.

He nodded his head, before offering me some fish. I smiled, nodding my head and he put some in my plate for me. I could feel everyone's eyes on Dimitri and I, probably surprised to see us actually being friendly with each other. "Thank you." I said to him when he was done putting it in my plate for me. He smiled at me before filling his own plate up.
Shauna was drilling holes into my head with the glare on her face. I could see the envy clearly displayed on her face.
We all quietly ate our dinner until it was time for dessert. We were quietly waiting when Shauna decides to speak up and ruin everything for the rest of the night.
"Dimitri, we've never seen your parents. Do they not live here?" She asked. The question was innocent enough, and she didn't realize that there's something about Dimitri's family that he's not comfortable talking about.
"That is none of your business, Shauna!" Dimitri growled out angrily causing Shauna to look surprised.
"I was just asking a simple question!" She exclaimed, surprised that she was making Dimitri angry by asking a question as simple as that. But what she didn't know was that, that question wasn't something Dimitri was able to answer easily.
"Shauna, I'll happily tell you about Dimitri's parents." We all suddenly heard a familiar voice speak up. I turned around to my right to find Kenneth standing near the door, looking at all of us with a glare on his face. My gaze met with him causing me to look away.
Suddenly Kenneth's words clicked in and I realized what he just said, causing me to gasp in surprise. "Kenneth, if you dare say a fucking word, I will kill you." Dimitri growled out dangerously.
"Dimitri, I think they all deserve to know the mess they'll get into if they try to get involved with you. Especially Isabella. I think she deserves to know just how dangerous you really are and that she would have been better off with me. She should know why she shouldn't get involved with you. Because this is about her life, not yours Dimitri." Kenneth spat out bitterly.
"Kenneth, I will fucking rip you to shreds if you dare say a word!" Dimitri roared so loudly that the table we were all eating dinner at shook.
Kenneth completely ignored Dimitri as he continued on talking. "Listen up everyone because I'm only saying this once. Dimitri's mother hated Dimitri. She's always hated Dimitri. Actually you know what, skip that. His mother committed suicide and his fathe-" Kenneth didn't get the chance to finish his sentence as Dimitri had attacked him, pushing him to the ground.
Everyone immediately got up off their seats and moved back in fear. Kenneth and Dimitri were furiously going at each other. It was absolutely scary to watch since both Dimitri and Kenneth were very strong and were really hurting each other.
I was yelling at both of them to stop but none of them would listen to me. "Dimitri! Kenneth! Stop it!" I screamed but nope, they still kept going at each other.
Everyone else was way too scared to do anything so it was up to me to stop it. I couldn't even leave the room and get someone since they were covering the entrance.
I noticed a sharp knife resting on the table which I walked up to and picked up. I then stalked up to them with it. I wasn't really scared about hurting them with it because they were demons and they'd heal fast enough.
Dimitri just punched Kenneth, making him fall far away from him, leaving a huge gap between them both. I took that as my chance to stand in between them. "I fucking swear, I'll slit both your throats if you decide to come at each other again!" I yelled causing both Kenneth and Dimitri's gazes to snap to me. "I am not kidding!" I yelled.
"I don't care. It'll heal eventually." Kenneth stated as he got up off the floor and stalked towards Dimitri. He looked really pissed off as he walked closer towards us, blood dripping down his face, making him look really frightening. But I wasn't scared of him.
"Isabella, stay out of this!" Dimitri demanded angrily but I stubbornly shook my head no. As soon as Kenneth got close enough, I pointed my knife towards him causing him to stop.
"Isabella, move away, if you don't want to get hurt." Kenneth said but I shook my head.
Dimitri then moved in past me, about to grab Kenneth by his shirt when I moved in again between them. My knife slipped from my hands, just as Kenneth tried to push me away, resulting in the knife cutting my side. I cried out in pain, causing both Kenneth and Dimitri to freeze.
Kenneth realized what happened and he immediately came towards me. "Shit! Isabella, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for you to get hurt! I was trying to push you out so you wouldn't get hurt." He explained just as Dimitri came and pushed him away from me.
"You fucking bastard!" Dimitri yelled as he wrapped his arms around me just as I was about to fall. My clothes were immediately soaking wet with my blood and the pain was spreading across my body rapidly. I couldn't feel anything but the horrible pain.
"It was by accident!" Kenneth exclaimed, sounding really guilty.
"Just shut the fuck up!" Dimitri growled out as he scooped me up in his arms, and started carrying me down the hallway.

Descendants of Cosmia
Reefa, Wellor, Rozo and Auri are four teenagers trying to get through life living in a village surrounded by the barren sands of the Hariq Desert; a village isolated from the walls of the 9 Monarchs of Cosmia. The world that lies beyond the walls involves the social segregation between humans and Haaras. Haaras are people with the ability to control elements of water, air and earth, whilst humans cannot obtain this power at all. Reefa had always thought of herself to be a human with no type of elemental wielding. However, after many reoccurences throughout her childhood in which she hears the voices of people that speak in the future, she has doubts about who she really is inside. The same phenomenon happens when she is 15 years-old, but this time the voices she hears alerts her of a future attack that will happen to the people of her village. When the time had come, Reefa and her friends escape their predicament and travel to the east towards the land of dragons known as Tetranazia. Bearing in mind the last words her aunt told her with a heavy heart, she must protect her friends from the dangers ahead and venture into the walls to search for the answers of the attack. This is an original English light novel (OELN). There will be several visuals of characters and world-building as you read this novel. The story's genre is mainly Shonen-influenced Josei and Fantasy. Do note that the story is slow-paced in development, so it might not be to your liking. I'll be updating 2 new chapters every month on the 25th (SGT).(I'm doing it monthly because I have to consider the pile of college workload I have (;_;) and I'll need extra time on drawing the illustrations) Occasionally, I'll do Bonus Releases, where I release more than 2 chapter in the next monthly update Feel free to give me feedback on my story. I will very much appreciate it! (ノ´∀`) I created this story on Scribble Hub, so you can also check it out over at their platform.

Balancing of the world
Just as humanity reached the height of its power, it fell again. Mana was introduced into a previously balanced world, sending everything present into chaos. Humanity losing its technological advantages, fell back to the dark ages, back to when survival was all but guaranteed. Mana though useful for enhancing the body isn’t unlimited, and humanity fell behind fast. From experiments, a being of mana, born into this chaotic world. The first of its kind. Rather than thriving in a world to which it belongs, it has to model the world so it will suit its needs. As a lone being, it has to use its power over mana to influence beasts and humans alike to abide by its will and further its goals. It will manipulate intelligent lifeforms to do its bidding while believing that they are becoming stronger. It will help lower lifeforms and guide their lives until they fit into the world as envisioned by our being. Read how our protagonist starts in a small area, changing it to suit its needs, and then grows until the world is balanced and at peace again. This is my first story, and I don’t have an editor yet. My English should be good enough, but I expect to have to go back and do editing later on. I would classify this story as litRPG. There will be a type of system with blue boxes and all, though the perspective is the system itself and how it came to be and why it does what it does. As a single mighty being, there will be dungeon core influences such as expanding the area and influencing all within though there is no such thing as an actual dungeon. As humanity is trying to survive, there will also be some city/base building influences, and I will have some perspective changes to show how the forces are being perceived by the affected people. As I have a busy job, it will be hard to update consistently, but I am quite a bit ahead of what I have currently uploaded.

Maverick Engineer Saga
Arjun, a first-year college student, dies because of a freak mishap and reincarnates in ancient India. Can he survive a harsh life in the ancient era without the needed skill set? Can he come to bear the loss of loved ones? Fate flings various questions and, most important of all, why did he reincarnate? Disclaimer: This story is about a modern man ill-equipped for his time in ancient India. The story delves into the realm of believability instead of wish fulfilment, with a healthy dose of supernatural elements, so no, overpowered MC. The picture is of a placeholder and does not belong to me. If I become rich or the readers donate to it, I would replace the picture. Author note: If you find errors, let me know.
