《To Love Gabriel Harris [B×B] ✔》EP 3: I CAN'T DO THIS!

I could feel his eyes on me while he guided me into the hut. He made me stand still before returning after a while.
" Alright so among the colours red, blue and yellow, which colour would represent your family with." He asked.
"Err...yellow?" I didn't see the point of this. I felt his presence near me, to be more specific right before me.
" Keep your eyes closed, I'm gonna tie my towel around your head to cover your eyes." I felt his hot minty breath fan against my cheek, bringing out a weird rush in my veins.
I had no clue where this was leading to, I'm not surprised though, afterall was a mystery himself.
He took my hand once more, dipping it into some liquid. Alexander pushed me forward.
"Now, just draw something that represents your family." He instructed.
Has he lost his mind?
" Nope." He answered, making me realise I said it out loud.
" But I can't see a shit thing!" I squeaked out.
" That's the point, you should start from scratch, learn how to feel art, not see it." This boy had a way with his words, really.
I sighed, "I can't do this," I took the towel off to come upon his disappointed face, it seemed like I sucked out a little light in his eyes.
He grabbed my shoulders as I was about to turn away from the wooden wall before me.
Xander looked right into my eyes, his eyebrows etched together as he gave my shoulder a small squeeze.
"Don't...don't ever say you can't do something. Anyone can do everything as long as you put your mind into it. "
He took in a deep breath, " I hate it when people don't believe in themselves when clearly...you have so much potential." He shook his head, his eyes dropping.
I clenched my jaw, shaking his hands off my shoulder as I took a few steps away from him.
" Well then, Alexander, you might as well hate me...because I can't be that person you want me to be." I gave him one more last glance before running out of the wooden hut.
I couldn't bear being around him, it scares me how vulnerable he can make me feel.
I run faster, pushing the branches out of my way.

He makes me question everything.
I run faster, till my legs are numb.
I just want to tell him everything, though I only know him for a day. I want to tell him my fears, my regrets, the things I love and hate. I want to pour everything out like a hormonal tennager.
" Gabriel! Come back!" I hear him yell out from a distance. He makes all my hidden insecurities open up like new wounds.
Hot tears brim in my eyes. I could see a blurry sunset ahead, I didn't even know where I was running to.
The next thing I knew, I tripped over a thick log. I groaned in agony, grimacing at the sight of blood oozing out from a large cut.
Great, I was talking about wounds and here I am with a new one.
"I swear to---" I cursed before he interrupted.
" ah ah, don't even finish that sentence. God has nothing to do with your stupidity of running away." He warned mischieviously.
"You're right, I should be blaming you!!" I pointed my finger at him accusingly as he squat to my eye level.
" Well aren't you an ball of sunshine." He replied sarcastically, examining my wound.
" Quite a deep one you got there, bud' " he muttered out.
" Wow, it took you that long to realise." I countered in disbelief.
" You better watch your mouth, cause I cpuld just leave you here." He stood up, dusting off his shorts.
" You wouldn't!" I challenged.
He leaned forward, his face inches away from mine.
" Watch me, Gabriel."
Hell no, this boy will not leave me here, I can't let him!
Before he could leave, I pulled his hand downwards with great force, I'm not letting him leave me here all night.
I knew he was capable of that. Sue me, but I might have miscalculated the consequence that came along with my actions.
My thug made him fall on top of me, his arms caged between my face, the only thing holding his face inches away from my lips.
I sucked in a deep breath, somehow forgetting how to breathe. His datk golden strands of hair were touching my eyebrows, and I loved how there were faint freckles dancing across his nose and cheeks.
" Gabriel..." he softly said.

" ..yeah..?" I couldn't figure out any words to say. I didn't understand why I reacted this way.
What was stopping me?
Why didn't i push him away? Or cringe at being at such close proximity with a guy?
Sure, I knew I was bisexual but I thought it was just a faze in highschool. This was making me question everything.
" I think I should clean up your wound." He coughed out, swallowing hard. Before pushing himself off me.
Running his fingers through his hair, he took off his muscle tee.
" Woah, woah, woah...what the hell are you doing?" I scrunched my nose.
"I left my towel at the house, i don't have anything to stop the bleeding." He said simply, continuing to tie his muscle tshirt around my shin.
" Oh..yeah, of course." I licked my lips with a awkward laugh. My eyes travelled down to his abdomen.
The gym sure did miracles, those 8-pack solid abs didn't come overnight for sure.
" Okay you're good to go, hop on my back." He stood up, pulling me up along with him.
" What? No, not at all." I folded my arms across my chest.
" We need to get out of the forest before it gets dark, and I doubt you can walk fast enough to beat the sundown." I noticed him getting annoyed with me.
" I'm not getting on--" before I could finish, he carried me over his shoulder.
" you're so bloody stubborn." He snapped, and begin walking while i slapped his back relentlessly.
" I will kill you once I'm off your back." I threatened.
" That's a little harsh, don't you think." He played along with a laugh.
" I will torture you slowly, and you know what's the best part?"
" What, Gabriel? "
" I'll enjoy every part of it."
" You never fail to amuse me Gabriel Harris." He patted my back before, setting me back down on my feet.
We finally reached the streets of out town. It definitely didn't seem long.
"So ready to kill me now?" He smiled, but I couldn't reply.
A black limousine pulled up beside us and the windows rolled down. There was a drop dead gorgeous lady giving us a seductive smile.
" Alexander, great to see you." I glanced over at Xander to see him glaring at her.
" What are you doing here, Kara?" He voice was cold, very much different from how he talked to me.
" Rude much, don't forget who you're talking to Wilde." She warned, a sly smile on her bold red lips.
" Am I missing something?" I voiced out, she finally noticed me.
" Gabriel Harris, I've been wanting to meet you." It took me aback at how she knew my name.
" Leave him out of this, Kara. This is between you and I." Xander stepped before me.
She looked between Alexander and I,
" I'll see you around Wilde, till then if I was you... I would try to get my life together. We wouldn't want the people you love getting hurt, now would we?" Alexander shook his head curtly.
" No offence Madam but who the fuck are you?" I bluntly asked, she acted like she ruled the world. I loved ruining tense moments.
" You will know soon Gabriel." Her cat eyes held promise before her windows rolled up and the limo drove away.
Unlike Alexander, I stood rooted to the ground. I was trying to figure out if I actually knew her.
" Gabriel, let's go!" Xander shook me put of my daze.
Limping up to him, I couldn't help but ask.
" Who is she? What does she want from you?"
He breathed in deeply, ruffling his hair that stood in all directions but yet looked perfect.
" You know when I told you that you should only know two things about me, let's keep it that way." He gritted out, his eyes never meeting mine.
" That's unfair!" I pouted, stopping in my tracks.
Turning back, he halted, walking towards me. " I told you about my passion for art, so it's only fair if you tell me a thing about yourself." I argued.
He pulled his bottom lip between his teeth, weighing his words.
" Fine, you want to know something about me?..." he paused, his eyes blazing as he stepped closer to me.
" I'm , and you should stay the hell away from me cause I will only drag you down with me."
