I was curious to what Quinn might be up to at Jim's. Speaking to her on the phone I couldn't help but tease her. I love the way she laughs, it makes my boxers grow tight. God, am I whipped?

I made my way to the charger and started driving to Jim's. Driving always gave me time to think and ever since she'd walked into my life, Quinn was all I could think about. It was probably unhealthy but I didn't give a fuck. I wanted to do anything for her, be anything for her. I just needed to prove to her that she could trust me and I wasn't ever going to walk away from her.

She'd been acting weird ever since Chris' after party. Well, she was always weird, that's one thing that I loved about her but this was different. I know that she experienced something at that after party that no one should ever have to experience, especially someone as innocent as her. Which reminds me, I need to check back into the police station and check with the guys if they've made any progress with Chris' case sometime this week. Can't have that sick bastard roaming around town, especially since I'm not always around to protect her.

I'd been noticing she wasn't coming to class anymore, at all and she hadn't said anything about it. Lexi and I had seen her leaving to 'run errands' at sporadic times during the week. I knew she had things that she didn't want to tell me, but I was desperate to help her any way I could. I just wanted her to let me in. Tonight I had a surprise for her that I hoped would help her open up to me. I wasn't one to cling to people, especially after my parents died, but I couldn't imagine a life without Quinn in it. I finally had to admit it to myself... Damn it, I'm falling in love with her.
