*after getting everything you needed for Poppy, you and Colby headed back to your place. Once you got home you got everything that you could carry from Colby's trunk and went inside. As soon as you got in you saw the twins on the couch watching tv. When they saw you with Poppy they both screamed and ran to you*

Bailey: when did you get this doggy?

Y/n: I found her at the park with no collar so I brought her home.

Brody: so she's ours now?

Y/n: yes she is

*Bailey and Brody both jumped up and down exitedly until they saw Colby walk through the door. They both crossed their arms and looked at Colby angrily*

Y/n: what's wrong?

Bailey/Brody: he hurt you

Y/n: ho - did mom tell you

Bailey/Brody: yes

*You sighed with a chuckle*

Y/n: it's okay. It was a mistake. I forgive him

Bailey/Brody: okay

*The twins said happily running to Colby and hugging his legs. You and Colby both laughed*

Y/n: okay, you can play with Poppy while Colby and I set her new stuff up, okay?

Bailey/Brody: okay.

*You put Poppy down and let the twins play with her.*

Y/n: remember to play gently with her. She is very little.

Bailey/Brody: we know.

*Colby went into the kitchen to put Poppy's food bowl down and her food in the cabnet as you went up to your room to put away her toys and put her bed somewhere in your room. As you were putting Poppy's toys away you felt arms snake around your body and kisses being planted on your neck.*

Colby: even though it was only one night, I still missed you like hell

*Colby said in between kisses.*

Y/n: me too

*Colby was sitting behind you with your back against his chest. You turned yourself around so you were stradling him and started kissing Colby passionately. Colby's hands roamed your body while yours rested on his shoulders around his neck. The kiss became heated as Colby picked you up and took you to your bed. As he tried to take your shirt off but you stopped him. Colby pulled away and looked at you confused.*

Y/n: everyone is home. Not right now. Maybe later.

Colby: fine

*You gave Colby one last peck as he rolled off from on top of you. After a few minutes of just cuddling with Colby, the door opened showing Poppy and the twins. You and Colby sat up and looked at them*

Bailey: we teached Poppy how to sit and lay down! (I know *teached*is not a word)

Brody: YEAH!

Y/n: can you show us?

Brody: yes. Poppy, sit

*Poppy sat*

Brody: good girl

*Brody said giving her a treat*

Y/n: you found the treats?

Bailey: yeah, we saw Colby put them away.

Y/n: just remember to only give Poppy treats when you are training her okay?

Bailey/Brody: yes.

Bailey: Poppy, lay down.

*Poppy laid down*

Bailey: good girl

*Bailey said giving Poppy another treat then rubbing her tummy as she rolled over.*

Y/n: that was amazing

*The twins looked at each other giddy.*

Bailey: can we cuddle with you guys?

*You looked at Colby and shrugged.*

Colby: sure

*As soon as Colby said that, all 3 of them ran to you and jumped on the bed. You all just laid there cuddling until the twins fell asleep.*

Colby: you hungry?

Y/n: yeah, why

Colby: wanna go somewhere?

Y/n: sure. Where too?

Colby: surprise.

Y/n: do I need to change?

*You said as you and Colby got out of bed*

Colby: only if you want.

Y/n: okay

*You said walking towards your closet*

Y/n: how is this?

*Y/n said. I looked up from my phone and just looked her up and down. I stood up and started walking towards this piece of perfection that I call my girlfriend. Once I got to her, I placed my hands on her waist and looked from her eyes down to her lips then back at her eyes. She tilted her head down and looked to the ground. I knew she was blushing, so i gently lifted her head up by her chin and looked into her eyes.*

Colby: perfect

*I whispered. I then leaned in and kissed her soft lips. Sparks flew every time we kissed.*
