《The Phoenix. Poems》Flight to forgotten land

When I looked at the sky

and I flew up,

fluttering the wings of freedom,

mirror reflection,

youth and faith,

sparkled among sun rays,

I felt the touch of the wind,

And it took over my flight.

You are the wind,

you are the sun,

you are faith and the youth.

You are everything

... for me.

I have to fly

and I hear my own lie,

that I'm flying away,

because I wished for it

and because it wasn't the way

you wanted me to.

And when I'll get there

in the high mountains,

I'll sit alone at the top

and this memory

of the sun's rays,

will be the only thing, I see.

And about my soul-

lonely, mature, alone,

I will sing at dusk.

And others, far away,

will hear this hymn.

The tears will only flow,

violet in the abyss,

where they do not

want to rest,

and they will flow

into the forgotten land,

where will I get

to be in waterfalls,

violet as my flight.
