Monday night Alex arrived at Yoongi's for the big dinner. She was nervous, she wanted to make a good impression on his brother. She would need his approval for the day she finally met Yoongi's parents. She had a feeling she would need all the help she could get.

She punched in the code and walked in. The kitchen smelled amazing with whatever he was cooking. He looked up at her and smiled. "He'll be here in a little bit."

She walked up behind him and hugged him, "MMMM, you smell good. You should buy stock in that cologne." She came around the counter to watch him cook.

He was frying steaks in some type of butter sauce and had veggies sautéing in another pan. He had several bottles of wine set out for them to choose from as well as soju and beer chilling in the fridge. There was a knock at the door and Yoongi wiped his hands on a towel to go let his brother in.

"Hello hyung." His brother walked in and Yoongi turned to introduce him to Alex.

"Alex, this is Geum-Jae." She bowed and smiled at him. "It's nice to meet you."

He smiled and bowed back to her, "It's nice to meet you as well."

They sat at the kitchen table while Yoongi finished cooking. The two brothers talked, catching up on the family. Alex watched them, taking in their different personalities, but seeing the similarities between the two of them. It was so interesting to see another side of Yoongi as he talked with his brother.

"Alex, Yoongi tells me you will be working for HYBE now. Are you looking forward to it? Are you sure you can pull off making this one likable in the media?" He gave her a crooked grin as he razzed his brother.

She chuckled, "At this point he could put a tattoo on his forehead and ARMY would still gush. He and the others will make my job easy." She looked over at Yoongi as he brought their plates over and set them on the table.

"A tattoo on my forehead? That's a bit much. Maybe I'll shave my head, see how you spin that one." He laughed as he brought their drinks over. "Dinner is served."

Geum-Jae gave him a sour look, "Please don't shave your head. You'll look like an infant again."

Yoongi tilted his head back and laughed. Alex loved seeing the interaction between the two of them. She could see how Yoongi looked up to him. His support since before he debuted had always meant so much to Yoongi. He had needed that back then and would never forget it.

After they had eaten and talked through the evening, Geum-Jae was finally ready to head back home to his family. Before he left he turned to Yoongi and gave him a thumbs up as he nodded his head toward Alex. "It was nice meeting you, I look forward to seeing you more once you're settled in." He waved goodbye then left.

Alex slumped onto the couch, "Tell me the truth, how did that go? Do you think he liked me?" Yoongi sat next to her on the couch and put his hand on her leg, "Yes, he liked you. Now you don't have to worry."

"Oh, I still have to worry, one day I'll meet your parents, but as your girlfriend this time. I'll be a basket case." She stared at the wall as she tried imagining it.

He chuckled, "You worry too much. Haven't you realized you win people over without even trying? Everybody loves you."

She laid her head on the back of the couch, "I really liked your brother. I can see the similarities between the two of you. I liked seeing you guys together."

"Yeah, he's ok." He laughed when she slapped at his arm. "So, have you started looking for a place here yet? Its not like you can live in the hotel forever."

She lifted her head up, "Yeah, I should get on that. I've just been so excited over everything. I'll start working on that as soon as we wrap up the edits next week."

He took her hand and linked his fingers with hers, "Let's go have a drink on the balcony."

She nodded her head, "That sounds like a great idea."

He poured them some wine and headed out to hand her her glass. It was a humid night with rain in the forecast, but there was a slight breeze that made it enjoyable. Lights reflected off the river down below. Yoongi wrapped his arm around Alex's waist and rested his chin on her head. "You make me really happy Lex. I'm glad you get to stay."

She leaned her head back against his shoulder, "I'm glad I get to stay too. I just hope we don't kill each other now that we're working together." She let out a squeal as he pinched her side.

"We're not going to kill each other. We'll just have the guys intervene." They laughed at the thought of the guys playing referees. "Are you sad you'll be so far away from your family?"

She shrugged her shoulders, "I've been living away from them for a long time. Now it's just a little bit further. I can always visit, and there will be times we'll be in the states for work. I can even have them come over here to visit."

A bolt of lightening streaked across the sky and the clouds suddenly opened up unloading a downpour on them. "Ya!" Yoongi held his arm over his head as he turned to open the balcony door. They rushed inside, their bodies soaked.

Alex was laughing at the look on Yoongi's face. He had wet cat written all over him. "What the heck just happened? That rain came out of nowhere."

Yoongi laughed as he flicked the rain off his arms. He looked over at Alex, and suddenly felt a wave of heat go through his body. She stood there laughing, her face glistening with rain drops, and her white shirt clung to her skin. His heart skipped a beat. It caught him off guard sometimes with how much he loved her.

He walked up to her and put his hands on her hips, then leaned down to kiss her. It was a slow kiss that made Alex's stomach do flips. She ran her fingers through his hair and linked them behind his neck. He pulled her in as close as he could to deepen the kiss. She was driving him over the edge.

He broke away, slightly out of breath, and leaned his forehead on hers, "Will you stay with me tonight?" She nodded her head without saying a word. He took her hand and led her back to the bedroom.

When they got to the bed, he turned to her and wrapped his arms around her to kiss her again. His lips made a path down her neck as she tilted her head back. He trailed his lips up to ear then nipped at her ear lobe sending tingles down her back. He whispered softly, "I want you."

Something inside Alex snapped. She pushed him back onto the bed and climbed up to straddle his lap. Their lips met with heat and urgency. She didn't know what he had unlocked inside her, but she couldn't get enough of him as his hands impatiently explored her body. This, this is what they had been fighting all this time. He sat up and took her with him as he shifted on the bed. He cupped her face with his hand as they stared at each other out of breath. An unspoken word drifted between them . . . . yes. He reached over to turn out the light as they got lost in each other.

________

The next morning, Yoongi rolled over and pulled Alex against him under the blanket. He kissed her shoulder, "You awake?"

"No, go back to sleep." She felt him laugh as he held her.

"You need to go to work," he placed another kiss on the back of her neck, "and so do I."

"Keep that up and we won't be going anywhere any time soon." She looked back over her shoulder at him. His hair was messy and he had a smile on his face.

"Someone's cranky this morning."

She rolled over to face him, "Because somebody kept me up all night." She wrapped her leg over his hip and pulled the covers up to her chin.

He rested his head on his hand and gave her a cocky grin, "I'll take that as a compliment." He ran his hand up her leg and watched as her pupils dilated, her breath hitched. "Maybe we can be a little late." She pulled him closer and let his hands explore as they greeted the morning like lovers do.

________

Alex arrived at the office with a pep in her step; she couldn't wipe the smile off her face. Yoongi was a force to be reckoned with in the bedroom. He was just full of surprises. She set Ji-Hoon's coffee down that she picked up for him on the way in, "Morning!"

He looked over at her, "Aren't you chipper this morning."

She shrugged her shoulders, "Life is good."

He nodded his head suspiciously, "OK. . . . So, let's plan the concerts this week. I think we should interview some of the fans and look for ARMY who have been following since the beginning. It will be a nice touch for the final edits."

"I agree, and don't forget we're focusing on what they see for BTS in the future. It will play in nicely with the guys' comments about what's ahead."

They got to work. Once the concerts ended they would be working like madmen to finish the final cuts to have everything ready for the release on BTS' twelfth anniversary. There would be a whirlwind of interviews directly after, and then they would finally have a break. Alex was looking forward to it, she needed to get back to the states to arrange the move.
