They had made it to New York. The fast paced city was a drastic change from the laid back setting St. Louis had been. The guys were scheduled to be on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and were happy to be going on his show again. He always made it fun for them and he was always excited to have them on.

Alex would be watching from the audience, but had been asked to take part in one of the segments. The guys just didn't know it yet. They arrived at the studio and were shown back to their dressing room. Alex popped in to check on them before she headed out to her seat.

"Who's excited?" The guys were dressed in blazers and jeans, and looking fine.

Jimin was fixing his earring in the mirror, "Ready to see Jimmy!" They were all in good moods.

She walked over to Yoongi, "You know I love you, right?" She gave him a sweet smile and fluttered her eyelashes.

He gave her a suspicious look, "Yeah, why? What do you want?"

"Nothing, just checking. OK, I gotta get out to my seat, have fun out there guys!" She went out to the studio set and waved Jimmy down when she saw him.

"Hey, how's it going? You ready for the show?" Jimmy was already dressed and getting his makeup touched up.

"You bet, the guys are ready to go."

"Awesome, we'll have a good time." He adjusted his tie and checked his note cards. She headed to her seat in the front row and sat with the rest of the audience while they waited for the show to start.

Jimmy was announced and did his usual opening skit. He announced the guests for the night then cut to commercial. As she waited for the guys' turn she looked around the studio. She spotted a lot of ARMY around her, which was typical any time they found out BTS would be somewhere they could buy a ticket for. They were in for a treat tonight.

Finally it was time for the guys to come out.

"Ladies and Gentleman, the moment we've all been waiting for, BTS!" Everyone clapped and cheered as the guys made their way from behind the curtain onto the stage next to Jimmy's desk. He hugged all of them as they came up to greet him. The studio quieted down and the guys sat. "Guys! It's so good to have you back, how have you been, how is the tour going?"

RM waved to everyone then turned to Jimmy, "Hi, it's going good, we've been doing well. How have you been Jimmy?"

"Oh, I'm always doing good. So, tell me, what's coming up for you guys? Where are you headed to next?"

"We head to Miami, then we're taking a short break before we finish up in South Korea." Jungkook waved as everyone started screaming.

"Exciting, exciting. You've been on tour for about nine months now right?" The guys all nodded. "And you just dropped the previews for your documentary coming out, tell us about that. What's it been like getting more personal and sharing more with the fans?"

Alex was surprised when Yoongi spoke up, "It's been a lot of fun, sharing more. We've had a great group of people working with us on it, and we're excited for everyone to see it when it comes out." He looked over at the audience and smiled as they all applauded and shouted "Yoongi marry me".

"Speaking of, I hear you've been working with Alexis Lynn on all of this. She's here in the crowd tonight right? Alexis, give us a wave!" The camera panned over to Alex and she smiled and waved. "Why don't you come on up here with the guys." Alex got up and walked up to sit next to the guys and Jimmy.

"So, Alex. I'm told you've had the chance to really get to know the guys and have formed some real friendships together. What's it been like working with them?"

"Jimmy, I'm not gonna lie, it's been a blast." She pointed her thumb over towards the guys, "These men over here are the real deal. They're nice, funny, smart, and make it so easy to love them. I mean, look at them, who couldn't love those faces?" She looked out to the crowd and laughed as everyone started clapping and cheering.

"I know, I wish I was as handsome as they were." Jimmy and Jimin pointed at each other and winked. "So, you've had the chance to get the scoop on the guys, what can you tell us about them. Spill some tea."

She looked over at the guys and started laughing, "What do you want to know, I'll see if I can share some secrets."

"Who is the best and worst to travel with?"

The guys all looked and started pointing at each other. Alex looked at them then back at Jimmy, "Well, the worst is RM, he still has to be watched so he doesn't forget something." RM rolled his eyes and smiled. "The best is probably Jin? He's easy going and keeps his cool if anything goes wrong."

"Alright, alright. What about luggage, who packs the most?"

Alex tried to hide her smile, "That would definitely be Tae and Hobi. They like to have a wide selection of outfits for any occasion." Hobi and Tae blushed as the crowd laughed.

Jimmy through his head back and laughed as he clapped his hands. "OK, when we come back we've got a special treat for you, don't go away." The cameras cut off and one of the staff brought over a box of t-shirts and started passing them out to the guys. RM held one up and started laughing. It read "I wish I was Jimmy". The guys removed their blazers and slipped the t-shirts on over their other shirts.

They were taken onto the floor in front of the audience with Jimmy to get ready for the next segment. The cameraman signaled they were ready and they were back on. "Ok, we all know BTS loves to do Karaoke. We're going to see who performs better between them and me, and I've asked Alexis to choose the songs the guys will perform. Can I get the first song?" The first song came on and Jimmy read the lyrics from the teleprompter, "Closing Time" by Semisonic. He started out serious and sullen until the chorus kicked in then rocked out across the stage. The guys were clapping and cheering him on.

The second song came on and Jungkook, Tae, Jimin and Jin came forward to sing, "Bootylicious" by the Destiny's Child. The crowd erupted in laughter and cheers as the four of them put on some attitude to get into the song. They even performed some sexy dance moves that had the audience going crazy. They played to the camera, making sure everyone watching was sure to be entertained.

Jimmy's next song came on, "Inside Out" by Eve 6. He had thrown on sunglasses and a hat, getting the guys to crack up. Then Suga, RM, and JHope came up for their song, "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred. Alex slapped her hands over her mouth and was dying. The guys actually got into it and strutted like they were coming down a runway. The camera came down and zoomed up at the them as they struck poses and danced. Jimmy was doubled over laughing as he watched them perform.

When they had all finished, they came back over to sit down. "Alright, let's vote on who did the best. Was it me?" The crowd applauded and cheered. "Or, was it BTS?" The noise grew louder. "Alright, I guess we have our winners. BTS ladies and gentleman!" Jimmy clapped his hands for the guys and blew them air kisses.

"So, don't forget to tune in for their new documentary airing June 13th, "BTS Chapter 3: The Return", let's give them another round of applause!" The guys waved to the audience as the show ended.

Once the cameras were off and the guys removed their mics they came over to Alex. "What made you pick those songs?" "Who hurt you?" "I couldn't stop laughing." They were cracking up over the ridiculous song choices she had picked.

"Remember that day at the beach when you dunked me in the ocean? I told you I'd get you back when you least expected it." She gave them all a smirk.

Jungkook looked over at Yoongi with wide eyes, "Evil." Alex mock punched him on the arm, and he laughed and put his arm around her shoulders as they left the studio.

"Alex! You're trending on twitter!" Tae was on his phone checking out the buzz on Alex after The Tonight Show aired.

"Oh joy, I don't want to know what they're saying." Alex was sitting with Yoongi on one of the couches in the suite. They had just had dinner and were chilling before tomorrow's first concert.

Jimin was reading over Tae's shoulder, "Actually, it's not bad. ARMY is wishing they were you. Oh, she's so lucky. I wish I was her. She has the best life." Jimin read the comments in a girly voice.

"More like we're so lucky." Yoongi mumbled as he looked through his phone. Alex looked over at him and smiled.

RM walked in as he was finishing up a call, "Oh that's awesome, thank you so much. OK, sounds good. Thank you." He hung up and laid his phone on the table. "Guys, guess what! The managers have been working hard for us. They worked on our schedule and are giving us the week to go to Alex's moms after Miami."

"Yay!" Alex clapped her hands then grabbed Yoongi's arm and shook him. "This is so exciting!"

"What all will we be doing?" Tae came over to sit on the floor by Alex.

"Well, at the house it will mostly be just to relax for a couple of days. Coffee in the mornings, we can grill, and there's a heated pool."

"That sounds nice, we haven't been swimming in a long time." Hobi was the one person who would get out there in the pool with Alex, the rest of them would probably be too lazy to join them.

"What about the lake house? Are there jet skis?" Jungkook was looking forward to getting out on the water.

"Yes, there are jet skis, a pontoon boat, we can go night fishing."

"Fishing!" Jin threw his fist in the air.

Alex laughed, "Yeah, my mom likes fishing too. Maybe she can give you some pointers . . . " Alex looked up at the ceiling with her tongue in cheek, like she hadn't just dissed Jin's fishing skills.

"Ha ha, you so funny." Jin stuck his tongue out at her.

Alex looked over at Yoongi, "What about you? Are you going to join us for some fun or are you going to work the whole time?"

Yoongi shrugged his shoulders, "I'll come out with you guys for stuff, but if the mood strikes I may work a little." He leaned over to whisper in her ear, "Will we get some alone time?"

Alex's cheeks turned pink. She nodded her head and winked at him.

"Aw, look at the two love birds telling secrets," Hobi loved it when Yoongi was soft in front of them.

"Yeah, yeah, be quiet." Yoongi chucked a pillow at Hobi's head.

RM just shook his head and chuckled at them, "OK guys, we better get to bed. We need to rest up for the performances." Everyone gathered their things to head back to their rooms.

After they left, Yoongi and Alex were walking down the hall together, "I'm looking forward to going to your mom's, but I want to make a good impression on her."

They got to Alex's door, "She likes having intellectual conversations. She doesn't care for people with closed minds, or who aren't interested in broadening their horizons and learning or trying new things. She's one of the reasons why I'm in to so many genres of music, reading, traveling . . . . That's how she raised us, to have interests in diverse things."

Yoongi nodded his head in understanding, "I think I'd like to get to know her more, she seems like someone I could get along with."

"I hope so." Alex smiled, "Now kiss me goodnight, you need to get some sleep."

Yoongi gave her a cocky grin, "I kinda like it when you're bossy." He leaned down and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. "See you tomorrow beautiful."

"Night handsome."

Alex went in and pulled out her phone to text her mom.

Guess what?! The guys are coming after Miami!

Better get the house ready.

Oh how exciting! I need to go shopping.

We can grill, and I need to make sure there's enough food for all of them.

LOL, yeah, they can really put away some food.
