Sunday afternoon the group flew to Paris. Alex was excited to be there since it was one of the places on her bucket list. She had made plans with Ji-Hoon to hit all of the popular spots. Some of the guys were deciding whether they wanted to go out or not since Paris was pretty crowded with tourists.

Jin was thinking about what he wanted to do, "Maybe we should split into smaller groups when we go out so it doesn't attract so much attention. We can still wear our masks to make us less obvious."

Tae lit up, "That's a good idea. There are a couple of places I wanted to go."

Jungkook looked over to Alex, "Can I go with you and Ji-Hoon?"

"Of course, how many should go in each group? We have 9 plus the guards."

"We could split up into groups of three, that way we keep it small." RM looked around to see if everyone was in agreement. "At the end we could meet up at the Eiffel Tower and get a group photo."

Everyone seemed to be in agreement. Jimin knocked Yoongi on the arm, "Isn't this awesome, we're in the city of love." He smiled at him and wiggled his eyebrows.

Yoongi had been quiet up until then, suddenly it dawned on him that Alex would be "in the city of love" with Ji-Hoon and Jungkook. Without him. He grabbed JK and pulled him over away from the group. "Why don't you go with a different group. I think maybe I should go with Ji-Hoon and Alex in case there are any other incidents."

Jungkook hid his smile, he knew why Yoongi really wanted to go with Alex. "But Hyung, the guards will be with us. She'll be fine, Ji-Hoon and I can watch her too." He struggled to keep from laughing. Yoongi looked at him exasperatingly.

JK heald up his hands, "OK, OK, I'll go with another group. I'll let you go with Alex to "protect her." He made finger quotes in the air as he gave Yoongi a wink, then hopped away before Yoongi could hit him.

The next day everyone met in the garage entrance while they waited for the vans. Alex was busy talking to Jimin so Yoongi went over to Ji-Hoon, "I decided to come with you and Alex today, just in case there is another incident."

Ji-Hoon nodded his head, "Good thinking." He smiled and shook his head when Yoongi walked away. He didn't fool him, he just wanted to be with Alex. He just regretted he may become the third wheel if the day went well.

The vans arrived and everyone loaded up. Alex was already sitting down when Yoongi got into the van. "Oh, I thought JK was coming with us today."

Yoongi buckled up, "No, Baby Boy decided to go with Tae and Hobi, there was somewhere they were going that he wanted to see."

Alex blushed when he called JK Baby Boy. She had almost forgotten that drunken night when she spilled the beans about their names in her phone to him. The van drove off to their first stop. Yoongi looked out the window at the scenery passing by. A few minutes later they were dropped off on the sidewalk down the street from a strip of cafe's.

Yoongi, got out and waited for Alex and Ji-Hoon. "Where are we headed to first?"

Alex pointed towards the cafes. "First we are having croissants and espresso. I've always wanted to sit at a table on the street in Paris watching people as they walked by while sipping espresso." She walked ahead with an excited pep in her step.

They placed their order and picked a table on the sidewalk. Alex looked over at Yoongi, he was relaxed, sitting with his hands in his pockets and his leg crossed over his knee. "Is there anything you wanted to see in particular today?"

Yoongi shook his head, "Not really, I'm along for whatever you guys want to do." Their order was brought out and he watched Alex as she inhaled the aroma of the coffee and took a small sip. Her eyes closed and a huge smile spread across her face.

"This is perfect!" She did a little wiggle in her seat as she tore off a small piece of her croissant and popped in her mouth. "Ji-Hoon, how is yours?"

"Delicious, this was a perfect way to start the day."

She nodded her head in agreement. Yoongi took a sip of his coffee and had to admit it was pretty good. It had a very strong, distinct flavor. He looked out over the street as people walked by. Alex had chosen a great first stop. He was feeling relaxed and unhurried. Just the way he liked it.

They talked about all kinds of topics while they sat enjoying their drinks. Everything from the concerts, to things going on back home, and upcoming cities they were looking forward to. Yoongi and Ji-Hoon did most of the talking while Alex sat back and listened, enjoying their company and the atmosphere. She loved the little things, and was glad they decided on the smaller groups for that day. It was less chaotic, and so far no one really paid attention to them, which had been the goal. They could enjoy themselves without any pressure.

They headed back out and stopped along the way whenever they saw a spot they wanted to walk or photograph. They stopped for lunch before heading to the Louvre Museum which excited Alex after having seen it in so many movies. Museums weren't high up on her list normally, but the fact that she could say she had been there made it worth seeing.

A couple of hours later, the group decided to meet for dinner before heading to the Eiffel Tower. The wanted to see it lit up at night. They found a small out of the way restaurant that didn't have a lot of patrons at that hour. It was perfect for them to relax and have a more personal dinner. Since they had a few days before the concerts, they decided to order some drinks to celebrate the beautiful city. Wine and liquor was passed around for everyone to enjoy. They stuffed themselves full of steak and French cuisine. Alex felt decadent, she never had the chance to splurge like this back home.

Yoongi was sipping on his third whiskey. After the relaxing day they had, and the time he had gotten to spend with Alex, he couldn't remember the last time he felt this good. Tae was watching him from across the table. It made him happy to see Yoongi enjoying himself so much. He elbowed Jimin and pointed over at Yoongi. Jimin chuckled, Yoongi was swaying to the music in the background while he sipped his whiskey.

"I'd say Hyung is feeling pretty good. If he drinks much more we may have to carry him out." They both laughed.

RM stood up and stretched, "I'd say we better head over to the Eiffel Tower. It's dark now and we'll need to be up early for practice tomorrow." Everyone agreed and made their way out to the street to wait for the vans.

When they arrived at the Tower, everyone gathered in front and looked up. It was a spectacular site lit up at night. Ji-Hoon got out his camera and took pictures of the group as they posed. Everyone was in a good mood, most likely from the alcohol and their surroundings. Alex was walking away towards the Tower when Yoongi grabbed her arm and pulled her beside him, "Ji-Hoon! Take our picture!" He put his arm around Alex's shoulders and put his hand up in a KPop heart towards the camera.

Alex was laughing. Alcohol made him so carefree. She threw her hand out in a heart as well and posed with him. The rest of the group were all standing to the side watching them. You could see the pleased looks on their faces as they watched their team member fully enjoying himself and letting go. Jimin looked over to RM, "Maybe we should get him drunk more often."

RM laughed and nodded his head in agreement, "I like that the first person he went to was Alex in this moment. It shows she is first on his mind when he is happy. Progress!"

Even though it was cold, they decided to go up to the top of the Tower to see the city lit up at night. They huddled on the elevator and prepared for the rush of cold air. Everyone had dressed warmly, but the cold was still bitter. Half way up Yoongi took off his coat and put it around Alex. "Here, wear this, we don't want you getting sick."

Alex looked at Yoongi, this guy was a constant surprise. Alcohol made him so much more open. "Thank you, but you only have on a hoodie, you need it more than me, my jacket is plenty warm."

Yoongi waved his hand in the air to brush away her concern, "Its fine, I'm not cold at all." He gave her a buzzed grin.

"You're drunk Min Yoongi!" Alex was laughing as he tried to deny it.

"When you say my full name like that it makes me feel like I'm in trouble," everyone laughed at that.

When they got to the top, everyone filed out of the elevator and took in the site. It was beautiful.

They stood at the rail looking out through the protective cages. Even the cold couldn't ruin the view. Alex was caught up in it all. She couldn't tell if it was the view or the cold, but a small tear came to her eye as she looked out at it. She was constantly reminded of how lucky she was to be on this journey with them. Every moment meant something to her.

They had been up there for about fifteen minutes when Yoongi came to stand beside her. She looked over and saw his teeth chattering as he looked out over the city. She bit her lower lip to hide her smile, and shrugged off his jacket to put in on his shoulders. He looked over at her with his side grin. "Thanks, the wind sobered me up a bit."

He put his left arm into the sleeve, but put the right side of his jacket over her shoulders and pulled her in close so they could share it. He wound his arm around her waist. Alex's stomach was full of butterflies as he maneuvered her closer. It was just their group at the top so they didn't have to worry about anyone seeing them besides the guys. She let herself relax and leaned into Yoongi as they looked out over the city. It was quite honestly the perfect moment.

Jin saw the two of them standing there as if no one else was around. He elbowed Ji-Hoon and nodded his heads towards them. "Get that on camera, you won't see that very often." Ji-Hoon put his camera up and began snapping their picture. He was able to zoom in enough to capture the look of contentment on their faces as they looked out over Paris. They never even noticed him.

A few minutes later the guards signaled to them that they needed to get going. Alex looked over at Yoongi as she shrugged out of his jacket. "Well, back to business." They headed down in the elevators and walked separately back to the vans, too many eyes on the ground now.

When they arrived back to their hotel, Yoongi and Alex waved goodbye to each other as they headed to their rooms. Alex felt a small sadness from the space between them after the moment they had shared up on the Tower. But, she knew this is what it would be like if they were an actual couple, keeping their distance except when no one was watching. It was something she was going to have to get used to if they kept moving forward. She filed that thought away for now. She wanted to savor the rest of the night while she could still remember the feeling of him beside her, inside that jacket, just the two of them.
