Bright and early Sunday morning everyone arrived to board their flight to London. Yoongi had been looking forward to seeing Alex since he hadn't seen her after taking her home Friday night. They hadn't texted either. He had a feeling she was embarrassed from the whole "My Kryptonite" admission.

The guys boarded the plane and then Ji-Hoon and Alex got on. They sat together towards the front. Alex was trying not to make eye contact with Yoongi. She still hadn't forgiven herself for Friday night, and she swore she would never drink again until after the tour was over. She was talking with Ji-Hoon when her phone vibrated.

Are you ignoring me?

No

I'm just working on something with Ji-Hoon

Yoongi smiled to himself. She was definitely avoiding him. He put on his headphones and laid back for the flight. If she was needing some space he could understand that, he just wouldn't give her too much.

Alex put her phone away and let out a slow breath. She was too embarrassed to talk to him still. It was one thing to be open and honest, when it was intentional. It was another thing to spill your secrets when alcohol made you do it. She had never felt so unprofessional as she did in that moment. This was not like her, and she wasn't sure how she was going to redeem herself in Yoongi's eyes. He probably thought she was an American hot mess. Maybe it would be safer to avoid him for a while and let it blow over. Hopefully he didn't consider her a total loser and would overlook the whole situation.

After landing, on the way to their hotel, the guys were making plans for dinner that night in the team chat with Alex.

Do we want to order pizza tonight?

Can we get chicken wings too?

I texted Ji-Hoon, he said he will

Alex felt bad for skipping out on them, but she needed a little more time before facing Yoongi. She knew it was silly to be so worried about it, but there were certain sides of her she didn't let everyone see, her goofy side, her romantic side, her weaknesses. She learned long ago that when you shared too much of yourself with the wrong person, they could use those things against you. It was one of the reasons her confidence in herself when it came to men was so low. She had trusted the wrong person, and they had broken her down. Now, she presented herself in a way that people would only know her professional side. Unless it was family or a close friend, few knew the real Alex.

It was one of the reasons Yoongi scared her. He made her want to be herself. She was always letting her guard down around him, but she still wouldn't let him see all of it. The more she got to know him, the more she wanted him. She just didn't know if he felt the same way, and there was nothing worse than one sided feelings. Unless he told her how he felt, she would continue to keep that wall up around her heart, and protect it from another break.

In the group suite, the guys were finishing up their pizza and wings. They were sitting around with several conversations going on at once. RM was sitting next to Yoongi, he leaned in so the rest of the group couldn't hear him.

"Is something going on with you and Alex?"

Yoongi took a drink of his water, "No, not exactly. She is just avoiding me at the moment."

RM's eyebrows rose, "And that doesn't bother you?"

Yoongi chuckled, "No, I know why she's doing it. She just needs some time to get over it. She'll come around."

RM nodded and went back to eating. Yoongi knew he would need to reassure Alex. He would give her a couple more days, but if she didn't come around by then he was going to her.
