《Orochimaru X Reader X Itachi {completed}》A baby in the Akatsuki? I don't think so

* Your POV*
I smiled to myself as I held the little baby against my chest, I kept rubbing the babies back. I hope Pain will be okay with the baby staying. Itachi made me stop at a little baby shop along the way to gather some clothes and baby supplies. Orochimaru has carrying the body of the spy, he seemed rather tense with the baby around. I hummed in content with the sleeping baby. Itachi carried the bags. We reached the hideout and Itachi removed the barrier. I walked in first and then Orochimaru and Itachi. The baby started crying.
I tried to Shh the baby before the other heard the crying, which failed because Konan came running towards me and stole my baby.
"Aw such a cute little thing, where'd you get it?" She asked.
"(Y/N) take it to your room before Leader finds out, he'll make you take it back" Itachi said. I nodded and walked to my room with Konan in tow.
"So where did you find the baby?" She asked.
"In an alleyway, it was in a little box" I replied.
"What who would do that to a baby!" She exclaimed.
"Konan! Shh! Pain will find out and make me get rid of the baby" I said.
"Oh your right, I'm sorry. Have you thought of any names?" She asked.
"Yes Roman for a boy and Aiko for a girl" I replied with a smile.
"Such lovely names, it's a shame that you'll have to get rid of the baby" Pain said scaring both Konan and I. "Living room now!" He added. Konan and I shrunk down at his tone and left my room.
"Hidan Stop fucking and get your ass out here!" He yelled at Hidan's door.
"I'm almost done! So fuck off" he replied.

"Now that everyone is here, including Hidan's girl. We need to talk about this" Pain said as he pointed to the baby in Konan's arms.
"Holy shit Konan had a fucking baby!" Hidan shouted.
"No you idiot, (Y/N) found it on her mission" Kakuzu said.
"What are we going to do about it, un" Deidara said.
"We are getting rid of it" Pain said.
"Babies are expensive, so get rid of it" Kakuzu agreed.
"What?! No!" I yelled in protest.
"(Y/N) you know we can't have a baby around here" he replied.
"No Pain! You don't get it! The baby was ABANDONED! I saved it" I stated.
"We can not afford to have a baby around here, you have three days to find it a new home. End of discussion" He replied. I just pouted and glared at the orange haired male. Konan glared at the male as well.
"Pain, three days is not enough time to find little Aiko a home" I replied.
"You named it?!" Kakuzu stated.
"She named it So now she gets to keep it, it's a rule" Orochimaru said.
"A rule says who?! I am the leader here and what I say goes Now there will NOT be a baby living here" Pain yelled.
After a long and frustrating discussion, Pain still said no.
"Stupid leader" I said to both Konan and Tani.
"Konan your boyfriend is a butt" I added. She sighed.
"I know, he's so mean to little Aiko" she replied.
"What made you name her Aiko?" Tani asked.
"Well the name means love and whoever becomes her family will shower her with love, and she'll shower her family with love" I replied.
"We gotta find her a home" Konan said.
"How's Aiko?" Itachi asked.
"She's fine, but I can't get her to sleep"

Itachi rocked her to sleep and within minutes she was asleep.
"How?!" We all Asked.
"I helped raise my little brother, I knew a few tricks. Is she staying here?" He asked.
"No, we are going to head to my house for the rest of our sleepover and maybe find her a home" I said.
We walked out of the hideout thirty minutes later.
"So Hidan tried to kill you?" Konan asked.
"Yes, he did. That immortal bastard, tried to sacrifice me after we finished but I'm immortal and I can't die" Tani answered.
"What really?! Are you a ninja?" I asked amazed.
"No, I did grow up with a ninja family though. They favored my older brother more then me and so I never really had the chance to learn how to be a ninja" she replied kind of sad.
"Oh no that sucks, I'm sorry" I said.
"It's okay, I like being a regular everyday person" she said.
Before we reached my house we went to the ramen shop.
"(Y/N) did you have a baby?" The shop owner asked.
"No I found her abandoned in an alleyway so I'm taking care of her until I can find her a family" I replied.
"Well I'll give you some free ramen both for the lovely little baby" she replied.
"Ah Nia, you don't need to do that" I said.
"Nonsense, I tell you this time and time again you are like my grandchild, I practically raised you on ramen. So I want to help you with this little one" She said with a smile.
"Aw your so sweet, my sweet little old lady"
We reached my house and settled in the living room.
"Konan did you tell Pain you were going to be with me?" I asked
"Nope, he made me mad by saying we couldn't keep Aiko" she replied popping a dango in her mouth.
"Won't he get mad? He got mad at me for being there" Tani asked.
"Pain is just an over protective emotionless person and just wants to protect everyone" Konan replied with an eye roll.
"Pain is a butt and that's final, how could he say no to a little baby" I stated.
"Should we give the baby to an orphanage?" Tani asked.
"That's what I'm thinking, if I don't find her a home soon. She'll be in a orphanage" I said.
"Why not ask Xander and his Wife?" Konan asked.
"That's not a bad idea" I replied.
"I kind of don't want to give her away though, maybe I could just raise her" I added with a sigh.
"I'll help!" Konan exclaimed.
"I'll help as well!" Tani added.
"Well just have to convince Pain to keep her" I said.
"Yes we must convince the emo to keep the baby" Konan added in nodded her head.
We ate and talked about Tani's relationship with Hidan. Aiko was string fussy and so we feed her ramen both and she was happy with it.

The Designated: Out of Control
It happened quicker than anyone would have imagined. Multiple hurricanes were one thing. People had dealt with that in the past. But, like kids playing dominoes, one thing crashed into another. Areas affected by hurricanes needed resources all along the Gulf and East Coasts drew rescuers and resources away from other parts of the country. When wildfires lit up the Pacific coast and mid-west, those areas were already understaffed. Driven by hurricanes in the Pacific basin, uncontrolled wildfires burned through towns, destroying everything in their paths. Across the Pacific, Asia didn't escape. From the Philippines, across China, into Indochina, and Bangladesh and India. Typhoons and cyclones pounded the coasts and far inland. Widespread flooding forced millions from their homes and across international borders. Mexico was hit hard and thousands died in mudslides as Katia slammed into their East Coast. The refugees fled north and west. Rumours started that hundreds of thousands were headed for the US border. Instead of running out of steam in the southern US, several hurricanes tore up the eastern seaboard, devastating cities and renewing their strength before veering east across the Atlantic. Maria and Ophelia veered east and slammed into Europe, reaching as far as the Netherlands and Russia before finally dissipating. After that, too many weather stations were offline to provide any form of co-ordinated information or warnings. Wildfires in Portugal burned ahead of the storms, fanned by hurricane winds. They sparked wildfires leapfrogging across Europe, beyond any one country's ability to cope. Already uneasy from multiple terrorist attacks over the summer, anti-refugee groups seized the opportunity to stage protests across Europe. Some turned violent as they clashed with police forces. Several governments declared martial law to quell the rioting and enforce evacuations along the path of the storms. Rumour and speculation overwhelmed facts. Unrest spilled over into widespread violence. Then sickness broke out in the displaced populations. Within a matter of a dozen weeks, tens of millions died. In the coming winter months hundreds more would follow. The Designated Project was activated.
