"Alright Pierre, I'll talk to you later. Bye." I hung up the phone call to one of my good friends, Pierre-Luc. We both grew up in Rimouski together and became real tight. After I set my phone down on the kitchen counter, I heard a door slam shut.
"Hey Y/N..." Auston mumbled to me while his eyes were looking down at the floor. I could sense that he was feeling a bit tense.
"Hey, Auston...Are you feeling alright?" I asked him as I slowly got out of my seat and walked over to him.
"Yeah, I'm alright..." He said to himself quietly but still didn't look at me. After he made that comment, he slowly walked past me without saying a word and headed straight to the home gym that we had downstairs.
Turning around so I could see where he was going, my phone all of a sudden buzzed. Grabbing it from its position on the kitchen counter, I had noticed that it was a text from Morgan.
'Hey, Y/N. What happened to Auston? Tried calling him twice but he's not picking up? 😬'
'I honestly don't know...He hasn't really talked to me since he came home. 😮'
'What? What happened?'
'Don't you guys have a game against Columbus tomorrow night?'
'Yeah...Why?'
'I'll get back to you later. Gtg.'
---
"Auston! We need to talk!" I yelled at him as soon as I came downstairs to find that he was running on the treadmill. He quickly glanced at me before he sighed and stopped the machine. As soon as it slowed down, he stepped out of the platform and grabbed a towel to wipe the sweat off his face.
"Yeah?" Auston looked at me and quietly mumbled to himself as he took a sip from his water bottle. "You said you wanted to talk to me?"

I nodded my head and grabbed his hand, leading him upstairs and into the living room. Pointing over to the couch, he took a seat and I sat across from him in one of the chairs that we had surrounding the couch.
"Can I ask you a question?" I crossed my arms and looked at him while one of my eyebrows were raised.
He nodded his head and allowed me to continue about what I was about to say to him.
"Did you hear the phone call between Pierre-Luc and I as you were entering the house?" My voice didn't waver at all as I looked straight into his brown eyes. He nodded his head and looked down at the ground for a second before he looked up at me.
"Yes, I did, but it was towards the ending..." He sighed and rubbed the back of his neck, which was something he would do if he was in an awkward position.
"Can I ask you, Auston. What were you feeling?"
"I-uh-I felt jealousy for a quick second..."
My heart broke a tiny bit as I started to uncross my arms and I kept my gaze on Auston. "W-why did you feel jealousy, Auston?"
"I felt like you'd leave me for Pierre...I don't know, it was just something stupid, I guess..." Auston quietly mumbled to himself as I walked over to where he was seated and sat down next to him. I turned myself around so I could face him and when I did, I cupped his face in my hands so that he could look at me in the eyes.
"Auston, I'd never leave you. Pierre-Luc is just a good friend of mine! I love you, Auston Matthews, so damn much that if I did break up with you, I couldn't be without you! Even after a second you left! Just know that this bond between you and I is not going to be broken by anything. Okay?"
"Okay. Thanks for the comforting statement, Y/N." He smiled in a shy way before he kissed my lips. "And I love you so damn much too, Y/N L/N."

Legends tell of a prophecy that describes a team led by the legendary child of the prophecy, a child whose destiny is not to end the Shadow of Life, but to act as a harbinger, one whose very existence will turn the tides of war, one who must meet three seemingly impossible or currently unheard of criteria before the tides truly change. This is the tale of Team Noruva, which consists of a quiet, yet wise healer, a silent, but thoughtful rogue, a knight with an iron will, a wolf beastborn who gained access to the System, and their leader, who ignores the impossible and does whatever he wants, because why the hell not? This is the tale of their adventures and daily lives, their ups and downs, their struggles, successes, and losses. **REGARDING PoV'S*** There will be 5 total PoV's in this story. However, four of them will take several dozen chapters (beginning Chapter 73) to start happening, with the first two "Books" focusing just on Zack, which is why there's the Multiple PoV's tag on here, even though only one's around at first.

The Everyday Life of A Pathfinder
Pathfinders are people who are respected and revered, not because of power or might, but because of knowledge of the world. They are the peacekeepers between humans and nature. Guiding humans through the most dangerous areas known to man and killing any species which attempts to throw off the balance of the natural world. This is their job - and their passion. *** Note: This story is going to have a few generic elements in it, like fantasy setting, guilds, cursing and stuff like that. A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
