"Thank you so much for this vacation, babe. It was really needed..." I sighed blissfully as I felt my boyfriend wrap his arms around my waist and he rested his head in the crook of my neck. We were currently in Positano, Italy for a little 3-week vacation, since Mackenzie thought I need to chill out after freshman year of college, which was over.

I felt him kiss my shoulder blade and he smiled against it, tickling my skin. "No problem, honey. Since it is about 5:30 and it's not too dark outside, would you like to go to the beach for a little walk? And there is a restaurant nearby there, so we can eat first then walk around the beach if you'd like to."

I turned over in bed and was face-to-face with my E/C eyes looking deeply into his blue-gray eyes. Softly giggling to myself, I kissed his cheek before I got out of the comfy bed and headed to the bathroom to get freshened up and get ready for the night. Deciding not to dress very formal, I just decided on wearing a favorite dress of mine with a cardigan paired with it and for the shoes, I've decided to wear some neutral-colored flats.

When I got out of the bathroom, I found Mackenzie quickly kissing my cheek before he left to go get himself ready. Eventually, he came out of the bathroom and he was quite dressed up in a suit with a tie that was matching the color of the dress I was wearing.

"Are you ready to go, Ms. L/N?" Mackenzie softly smiled at me as he outstretched his hand for me to take.

I gladly took his hand in my hand and he twirled me around, causing me to giggle. "We shall go out to dinner and a walk on the beach, Mr. Blackwood."

"Perfect." He still kept my hand in his as he led us both out of the hotel room and we walked to the restaurant since it was walking distance.

"Dinner was so good, thank you for the wonderful night, Mack." I softly spoke as we strolled around the beach after the dinner.

"Well, the night's not over yet, Y/N..." Was all I heard from him, which made me turn around to face him.

"Wh-what do you mean?" I looked at him confusedly and he shrugged his shoulders.

"I know that we're both only 19, but I just couldn't wait a little bit longer to do this..." He spoke in one hurried breath before he slowly got down on one knee and pulled a box out of his jacket pocket. "Ever since I met you at the Starbucks where I accidentally took your drink, thinking that it was my drink about 2-3 years ago, I knew you were the one for me. We slowly started to become friends after that day and we started to date within 8 months after that. What I am about to ask you may change both our lives for eternity...Y/N L/N, will you do me the honor and marry me?"

Tears started to well up in both of our eyes as I nodded my head since I was speechless from the proposal. He got up from his position and lightly dusted the sand off of his pants before he looked at me with a big grin. He carefully slipped the ring on my finger before he picked me up and spun me around. While he was still holding me in his arms, he kissed my lips in a passionate manner like today was his last day that he would see me.

"I love you so much, Y/N." He barely spoke in a whisper as he looked into my eyes while happy tears flowed out of his eyes.

"I love you too, Mackenzie." I choked back a sob before we decided to kiss each other one more time.
