"Do me proud, okay, Johnny?" I smiled at my husband, Jonathan and he nodded his head.
"I'll do my best. I love you, Y/N!" Jonathan chuckled, kissing my cheek before he left for the locker room and I headed up to the WAGs box.
"This is it, the 2015 Stanley Cup winners vs. the 2014 winners..." I said as I sat down next to Nicole, Dustin's wife.
"Tell me about it, the regular season's over in less than 2 months..." Nicole sighed as she urged her 3 sons and daughter to sit still.
"Hopefully, they'll advance to the playoffs..."
"That's all Dustin talks about, wanting to go to the Stanley Cup Finals."
As we were talking, I noticed the lights dim for the national anthem. We all stood up and rested our right hand on our heart, listening to the singer. When the anthem was over, we sat back down and watched the game start.
It was just 7 minutes into the game when Artemi Panarin first scored a goal on Jonathan courtesy of Patrick Kane and Artem Anisimov. But less than 30 seconds later, Alec Martinez scored on Corey with assists from Tanner and Nick.
The game dragged on and it was soon the brink of overtime when I noticed something going on on the ice. Standing up, I gasped as I saw Jonathan and Corey Crawford tussling each other on the ice with the linesmen trying to pull them away from each other when it just turned into a fight.
Sitting back down in my seat with my face white as a ghost, Nicole looked at me worriedly.
"W-what is happening on there?" She asked as she held Jake.
"Jonathan and Corey are just pawing at each other-"

"5 minute major and 2 minute minor for #32 of Los Angeles and 5 minute major and 2 minute minor for #50 of Chicago." The linesman announced as he did the symbol for fighting and roughing.
Since they both were the goalies, Jeff Carter took the penalty for Jonathan and Trevor van Riemsdyk took the penalty for Corey.
Eventually, the LA Kings beat the Blackhawks thanks to the overtime GWG from, you guessed it, Alec Martinez.

"So, you wanna tell me why the hell you fought with Corey Crawford, Jonathan Douglas Quick?" My voice was filled with anger boiling in my blood and I gripped the steering wheel, avoiding his eye contact.
"He said some pretty hurtful things about you, Y/N... I had no choice but to fight him." Jonathan mumbled as he looked out the window and at the skyline of LA.
"Well, the next time someone does something like that, just tell me and I'll give them a piece of my mind..."
"Y/N, you wouldn't..."
"I was being sarcastic, geez."
"Oh... Well, I love you."
"I love you too."
