"What?" Y/N squeaked out, looking at her best friend.

"I'm got traded to Carolina... I leave tomorrow for my flight..." Eddie buried his head in his hands.

"And you're just telling me this right now!?"

"Y/N, I just found out today! What am I supposed to do? I can't just defy the team's orders!"

"Oh, you know what? Fine, go to Carolina! I'm not going to chase after you... I'll just bunk at Jake's place..."

"That's what I thought... Hope you have a nice life." Eddie spat out, slamming the door closed.

"Y/N, you have a crush on Eddie! Why did you fight with him?" Jake drank his Coke while texting Brandon.

"He told me that he was leaving and I didn't want to let go of him..."

"So? I say you go to the airport tomorrow and you chase after him! I know you're going to be heartbroken when he gets on that flight..."

"Oh alright..." Y/N sighed, "But would you mind driving me?"

"No problem, but get some rest..."

"Ok, thanks Virty!"

"He's at Gate C7, go!" Jake pushed Y/N towards Eddie's direction, "You have to talk to him!"

Y/N reluctantly walked up to where Eddie sat, sitting on the seat next to him.

"Hi Eddie..."

"Y/N? I thought you didn't want to see me..."

Y/N sighed, running her hand through her hair.

"I gotta talk to you about something..." Y/N and Eddie blurted out at the same time.

"Ok, you first!" Y/N laughed, letting Eddie speak.

"Thanks... Look Y/N, I can't do this... I can't move all the way to Carolina...."

"What, why?"

"Because I'm in love with a girl from Vancouver..."

"Oh, do I know her?"

Eddie stumbled for words before muttering, "It's you, Y/N. I'm in love with-"

Y/N cut him off by kissing him, before pulling apart.

"I'm in love with you too, Eddie."
