Beautiful hall was arranged for swamvar of beloved Princess of dwarka. All the invited king and princes were asked to sit in their assigned places. Shutkarma being son Arjun was placed as such first among the suitors the princess of Dwarka would see but nobody was aware of events or competition that was going to be held in swamvar. Soon Balram, Krishna, Vasudev entered the hall. Along with them was Jyeshtha son of Krishna Pradyumna. All the kings stood up did a Pranipat to them. Which they too reciprocated with smile. Rudra was sitting in last of seats as he wasn't very much interested in the event and only come to enjoy the show.

Soon Balram stood up and told everyone that with the name of Mahadev, Narayan and brahamdev he was starting the competition. He told Pradyumna to call Charumati to swamvar hall and only after that he will explain how it us going to be held. A while later a beautiful maiden along with Pradyuman entered the hall and she was a definite beauty. Every eyes were on her even Rudra who could easily say beauty of this maiden was unseen by him. The woman was not only beautiful but she was warrior too, her steps told Rajkumar of Suryaprast that much. She was a divine beauty with heavenly face and feminity that could rival Apsara. Her steps were measured like her brother walking beside him. Desipite being heavy jwellery and dress her steps has poise and sharpness in them but though it didn't hide her sharpness and alertness of warrior. It made difficult to guess which or how many weapons the kumari is well versed in but the doubts were cleared by Balram himself.

Balram touched the head of her niece and asked her to sit. Then he told everyone present about princes. Many were surprised but not too much that the princess is well versed in swords, mace and bow along being superb in Shastra and kalas. There was no fault anyone could pick up in Princess. Rudra was surprised to know he and the princess has similar prefences in weapons though he can use all weapons but bow, swords and mace were his favourite. He was looking at princess with appreciation but some tenderness were also present in them. In truth he regretted choosing such secluded place because the Kumari of Dwarka has seeped her ways through his heart. He was surprised when princess held up her head to look for her suitors and her eyes stopped at him. She smiled shyly at him while he too smiled.

This exchange wasn't hidden from few of people there. Krishna, Balram and Praduman knows Charumati has fallen in love with a warrior who has saved her on her task of facing a asur. She specially requested her father to let that person to be present in her swamvar something which her mischievous father agreed too easily surprising everyone. Now they know who was it. Balram and Praduman were happy for her. Charumati herself is surprised to see the warrior who alone defeated a mighty asur along with his henchmen. She was assigned that task by her father when she completed her education but the asir was too mighty and almost has captured her but at most important time a man came there he was wearing commoners clothes and was riding a horse on which his weapons were tucked. The man was immensely handsome and made a way in her heart especially as he was fighting. He was a mighty warrior who was facing and killing the asurs but in her opinion it was like a ghandhrv has descended from heaven and was dancing in front of her. She lost her heart to that beautiful man. She wasn't able to engage in conversation qs after defeating the enemies and asking her well being the man immediately left. She pleaded her father that only way she would choose groom in swamvar if that man was present otherwise she won't. She expected a slight resistance but instead her father smiled and assured her ge will there. So here he was in beautiful royal clothes looking even more beautiful. She smiled at him and was very happy when he returned the smile. She saw tenderness in fierce eyes of warrior that have entrapped her in them.

The exchange also didn't escaped from sharp archer eyes of Arjun who was hoping such things to happen with her son Shrutkarma. He was very irritated when Rudra and Charumati has silent exchange between them. He leaned towards his son and told him so too. Shutkarma who has secret love for princess of Dwarka so much so that he pleaded his Tatshree that he would go to swamvar because he loves the princess. He became immediately angry what his father told him, he couldn't believe that Charumati would choose Sutputra instead of him son if Gandivdhari Arjun. He didn't belong the generation that knows valour of Karna as he wasn't praised much in Indraprastha. Only thing he know is contempt his father and uncles have towards that Sutputra now the son of that henious Sutputra want love of his life never, he would never allow that. Only solution came to his mind was like of his father. Like how jis father abducted his Subhadra maa from Dwarka he too would do same with his father's help. He whispered to his father such. Arjun who was already extremely arrogant and proud of his agreed. He has done this before and now he could do same. He know Dwarka would not be too harsh on him because Subhadra was pregnant hence only je and his son came to Dwarka. His banked on his relationship with Dwarka and friendship with Krishna but he forgot only reason he was able to do that was because of Krishna supported him which he isn't this time.

Shutkarma stood up and held hands of Charumati before Balram could speak about swamvar. He arrogantly declared he is abducting the bride and if anyone suitors present here has any problem then he had to face him. The only source of his arrogance was his father. Praduman was very angry and Balram was angry too they both want to intervene but Krishna stopped them. Instead Charumati spoke looking at Rudra.

Charumati : I have accepted you as my husband, either i will marry you or die.

Rudra was very angry too but he stopped himself as he didn't think he should intervene without Princess speaking anything. He was not someone lost in lust or ego. This was swamvar, abduction is sad but part of such events but if princess loved Shutkarma like mant of case he wouldn't interfere despite his love because he knows consent to bride is everything both in marriage or swamvar. Hearing the words of princess he stood up for lady who entaped him with just smile. He immediately picked up his bow he know he has a hurdle to pass but Parshuram shisya wasn't one to afraid of anyone. He knocked two arrows on his bow one both were launched towards Shutkarma. Arjun too saw that and was waiting for him to attach because he couldn't attack first as it was his son who was abducting princess while he was just helping. He picked up his gandiv and shot arrow to counter the upcoming arrows. One arrow he knocked down but other arrow suddenly divided itself in two parts one of which collided with arrow of Arjun while other transformed into asta nag pas and circled around Shutkarma who yelped and his fell down after freeing Charumati.

Arjun decided to free his son but again the rain of arrows were coming towards him asking his attention towards the enemy in front of him rather than his son. He was forced to pay attention to Rudra who looked very angry. The others left their place proving them the space to fight as none want to catch in between the cross fire. Both archers were facing off against each other. Krishna forme a barrier so that hall stood standing while occupants too remain safe after Shutkarma was bound and lying there. Rudra knew he has to use advanced archery if he wants to finish the battle. A fierce archery duel started. Arjun didn't know what came in between but he was starting to forget his divyastra and knowledge of archery who he he has so much Pride in. It was nothing more than curse of Ashwatthama coming into affect, Rudra noticed this too and starting to break the strings of gandiv which Arjun was immediately stringing. The battle went out gor a one prahar but what amazed everyone that Arjun was loosing and has horror on his face. After a while Arjun was finding difficult to even keep lifting his gandiv and it fell from his hands. Only the experience is advantage which helped him to prolong the battle along with passive agressive attack of Rudra. Rudra according to his promise to Draupadi was keeping his hands and slowed down too to keep face of Arjun id not it wasn't difficult for him to go toe to toe with Arjun much less when Arjun was getting significantly weaker. Rudra saw Arjun couldn't lift his bow anymore so with another arrow he knocke it from his hands and bound Arjun too.

Everyone was amazed by everything happening before them. Arjun face was showing horror but many believed it was shock that some one of his sons age was fighting in equal ground with him, some one who not long before completed Digvijaya with his brothers. But only one person had wry smile, he was none other than best friend of parth dwarkadhish vasudev shree Krishna. He knew time has come for Pandavas to face their karmfal and this is just a start. When Rudra defeated Arjun everyone was amazed.

Soon the barriers were brought down, Charumati ran towards Rudra with garland in her hands and wore iut around Rudra whi smiled at heavenly beauty and soon to wife. Balram was very angry at deed of Shutkarma and Arjun. They both really think they could be rampant in Dwarka. Seeing them defeated he was pleased bur his anger was still there.

Balram : Arjun, you have crossed all the limits. Today you and your son ought to be punished.

Arjun who was bound was already scared as he cant recall any of his knowledge and now the anger of mahabali Balram. His only hope was Krishna who too was looking at him with disappointment.

Krishna : Calm down dau, he got his punishment.

Praduman : No, Pitashree. He didn't, they seem to think us yadavas were easy to bully. If you try to keep protecting your parth then i would behead this Shutkarma myself. I have enough of his and their arrogance. I couldn't understand how you supported this arrogant creatures whe he abducted bua Shubhadra. Bua was your sister ny Charu is mine this henious deed ought to be punished.

Balram : Pradyuman is right Kanha. Today I declare that none ither that Shubhadra, Draupadi or their children could ever enter Dwarka otherwise they would be killed regardless. Be it Samrat yudhishthir himself, if they can i challenge them to bring their army to Dwarka not only that i am prohibiting you to contact or help them in any way.

Krishna (sighed) : As you wish dau.

Balram then turned towards Arjun with anger that scared shit out of him.

Balram : Agnidev has not provided you this celestial bow to show off pandu Putra. Today i am taking it away from you and gift it to one who defeated you.

Rudra : Mahabali, I don't need his bow.

Balram : But ..

Rudra : Please, uts my request.

Balram : So be it but I will conficicate it. Guards throw this pair of son and father out of border of Dwarka.

Soon his orders were followed, Arjun and Shutkarma were thrown out of Dwarka. Shutkarma couldn't believe anything, first his father lost and niw they both were thrown out all because of a Sutputra.

While in palace of Dwarka, wedding ceremony of Rudra and Charumati was arranged. The couple married with blessings of everyone. After all rituals Rudra left for Suryaprast along with his wife but not before sending eagle with message of his marriage and everything happened in Dwarka.
