Today Panchal was decorated beautifully. Various kings of various kingdom arrived here to participate in swamvar of most beautiful woman who was born from fire. The swamvar stage was decorated beautifully around a small I metre wide pond. As stage was created at the on corner of pond and thrones fore the guest were arranged around it. On stage there were five seats were arranged. There were space for common to see the swamvar.

Karna got up and did his Pooja as usual Rudra accompanied him. They returned to Panchal palace and got dressed. Avantika has already gotten up dressed before both of them arrived. They went out of their room to go and meet King Drupad and the guests. The guests have already arrived and were talking seeing Karn they begrudgingly greeted Karna didn't mind these arrogant Kings. He saw Duryodhana and Ashwatthama there, only those two were present. Rudra also saw the he called “Ashwatthama Kakashree” and ran upto him. Ashwatthama saw him running towards him, he smiled and picked him in his embrace. Rudra always had curiosity towards his Mani so he immediately started playing with it. Both Ashwatthama and Rudra has good relationship as Ashwatthama usually visit Suryaprast. Ashwatthama was best kaka according to rudra as he always brought him gifts and always play with him. Karna and Avantika too saw them and went towards them.

Duryodhana : Pranipat Maharaj and Maharani.

Couple : Pranipat yuvraj Duryodhana.

Ashwatthama : Pranipat Mitra, bhabhishree.

Karna : Pranipat.

Avantika : Kalyan ho Ashwatthama.

Karna : You both came to participate.

Duryodhana : We don't want to, but Panchal is our ally. I am happy with bhanumati and Mitra Ashwatthama seems to have no interest in kumari of Panchal. But traditions must be followed so we came.

Karna : So you came just to show you presence for Hastinapur and Northern Panchal.

Ashwatthama : Yes Mitra.

Karna : How is everyone at Hastinapur Yuvraj Duryodhana.

Duryodhana : Everyone is fine Maharaj, maa and Dushala misses you and Putra rudra.

Karna : I miss them too may be we can go to Hastinapur after here.

Duryodhana : Pitamah, maa and Dushala will be most delighted of your decision.

Karna : I am sure Pitamah is proud of you. You have become a very good Yuvraj and I have no doubt you will be a great king.

Duryodhana : Thank you for your word Maharaj.

Avantika : How is maa Kripi and guru drona, Ashwatthama?

Ashwatthama : Maa is fine but worried, Pitashree is still in his seclusion.

Avantika : Give him time, he needs it Ashwatthama, don't be hard on your father. I am proud of you I heard of your flourishing kingdom. You have become a good king. I am sure your mother is also proud and your father will be too once he sees your efforts and achievements.

Ashwatthama : All thanks to Mitra Karna, he showed me the way.

Karna : No it was as all your hard work and dedication Mitra.

Avantika : Ashwa I think it's time to fulfill your promise to someone who has been waiting for you.

Ashwatthama: I think so too, bhabhi. I have made her wait too long.

They were talking them a messenger came and told everyone one to come at swamvar ground. All the kings went there and took their seat. They saw there were five throne in the stage. Slowly the commoners too arrived there. Brahman have specific area assigned to watch the show else everyone was together watching the hall. King Drupad came and stood before the centre throne. Seeing him all the kings stood up.

Drupad : I Drupad king of Kampilya, the southern Panchal invite all of you to attend the biggest swamvar of dwapar yug that I have arranged for r my daughter Yagseni Draupadi.

Everyone folded their hands, kings to nodded their head to show their approval.

Drupad : Then let's begin the swamvar but first let me invite some people who have came not to participate but bless my daughter for her wedding. First Dwarkadhish Shree Krishna, then king queen of Suryaprast Maharaj Karna and maharani Avantika and the prince of Suryaprast rajkumar Rudradhitiya.

Karna, Avantika, rudra and Krishna came to stage and folded their hand to greet everyone rest of people reciprocated. Karna and Avantika sat right of Drupad while Krishna satvon his left. Rudra sat on krishna's lap.

Drupad : Now lets welcome the person for whom all of you came to participate in this event my Putri Draupadi.

Drupad said and sat on his throne. Draupadi came she looked beautiful. She came with her brother Dristadhyum she came folded her hands and sat on seat left for her. Rudra saw her and whispered.

Rudra : Welcome junior, today one of these unlucky people will have you as your wife.

Draupadi gave him a look, and turned her face to see the audience. Rudra smirks and Krishna chuckled. Then Dristadhyum signalled And a beautiful bow hidden underneath the clothes before pond was uncover by one soldier there was string and an arrow placed beside it. He explained that the groom would have lift the bow, string it and shoot the arrow on target. When one king asked where is the target he lifted his finger and directed towards the sky. Everyone saw that a rotating fish was hanged in the sky at a very big distance. Then he explained that the groom would have to shoot the arrow in the eye of the fish while looking it in the pond. There were murmur around every where. He further explained that the bow was chanted with mantras such that only a archer of unparalleled self confidence will be able to lift it.

The swamvar started and many kings tried to lift the bow but failed. See this Drupad went near krishna and said.

Drupad : Vasudev why have you set such impossible task. None of these kings will be able to do it. Only Arjun can do it, Alas he is dead

Krishna : You are wrong Maharaj, there are three people in this world now who can do this task.

Drupad : Now?

Krishna : Yes there will be one more such archer in future.

Drupad : Who?

Krishna smiles and caressed Rudra hair. Rudra wasn't paying attention to the conversation but look at the competition with interest. Drupad understood and was shocked, this little prince of Suryaprast will be that formidable in future.

Draupadi : Who are three people you mentioned that can complete this task now, govind.

Krishna : First is myself, second is my sakha Karna, and third is my cousin Arjun. Dronputr Ashwatthama is close but he can't complete the task.

Drupad was not shocked afterall karna was called Vijaydhari for a reason and he knew Krishna was something divine. Draupadi was shocked she can't believe that father of this naughty Rudra was archer of such great calibre.

Draupadi : Who will win if Suryaprast Maharaj Karna and Prince Arjun faught.

Krishna : Sakha Karna will win handsdown. Even I couldn't defeat him if we battle. He is warrior of that calibre. Only tridevs in their actual form can defeat him.

Draupadi and Drupad was really shocked. They couldn't believe such a humble and down to earth person is such an amazing being that tridevs have to come to defeat him.

Drupad : is it because of Vijaya.

Krishna : No, actually Vijaya is his weaker bow, he has a bow much stronger than that.

Karna who was listening but ignoring the conversation till now decided to intervene, he coughed gently. Drupad and Draupadi looked towards him. He smiled towards them and gave look to krishna whole smiled innocently. Karna sighed at his Prabhu's antics. Drupad was genuinely curious, there is only two known divine bow which is more powerful than Vijay. The pinak bow of Mahadev and Sarang bow of lord Vishnu. He didn't knew Sarang was with krishna himself.

They all paid attention towards the competition. It was Duryodhana turn. He declined saying he was a mace fighter and took his seat sighing a relief. He was afraid of hurting bhanumati, he has already abducted her from her swamvar with Ashwatthama,'s help because of his love for her. He truly didn't want to hurt her more by bringing a new wife. He has decided to be with her only. It was Ashwatthama's turn. He also declined saying he came to show his support to his neighbouring kingdom and didn't want to get married with Draupadi. Everyone accepted their reasoning. Ashwatthama looked towards Karna and Avantika who smiled at him. Soon everyone tried and failed.

King of singh Jayadrath who already had evil intention towards Draupadi stood up : Maharaj Drupad, are you insulting all of us. You invited us here to invite for Swamvar or to insult us. If you wanted to showoff your might, You could have done Rajsi yagna or ashvamegh yagya and fought all of to show your superiority but by doing this you have gravely insulted us. If you daughter don't get married in this swamvar than she shouldn't be married ever.

Hearing him many kings whose ego has been bruised agreed with him. Drupad got worried. He was expecting such situations. They suddenly heard a laughing sound and saw Rudra was laughing.

Rudra : You who couldn't lift a bow, what right does actually you have to decide that. I will show you how to lift the bow I learnt it from Pitashree.

Saying this he jumped from Krishna's lap and came to the bow. Avantika wanted to stop him but Karna stopped her. He thought if his prabhu didn't want this to happen he could have stopped Rudra himself. If it's his wish then he will allow it.

Rudra went near stage and folded his hands towards the bow. He giped the centre of bow and said “” thinking bow was heavy but to everyone and his surprise he picked the bow that was bigger than him quite easily. The kings present were dumbfounded. Ashwatthama was laughing loudly and Duryodhana was snickering as expected from Karna's son they thought. The crowd was gobsmacked even Pandavas who were present in the crowd especially Arjun. They couldn't believe that this child did the deed many kings failed and people thought impossible so easily.

Rudra : It is quite light, I thought it was like Pitashree's bow which I couldn't lift no matter I tried. Oh well here uncle see I lifted the bow.

His innocent words are like hard slaps to every king present there. The people present there were too stunned to say anything. Even Drupad and his family were gobsmacked. Karna and Avantika has proud smile while Krishna was smiling softly. Rudra went ro pick up string. He suddenly stopped after lifting it with his othe hand and lifted his head to stage.

Rudra : Pitashree you haven't taught me string a bow or shoot from it, how will I demonstrate it to this uncle now.

Avantika and Karna smacked their head by their sons behaviour and words. Karna was especially speechless his idiot son wanted even to demonstrate in other words being him a daughter in law and now was openly blaming him about how he didn't teach him enough. He was less than two years for Mahadev's sake. He was more speechless hearing his prabhu mumbling that “Rudra was indeed his nephew a lady killer at such young age”, Krishna went as far as patted himself in the back and wiping out fake tears saying that. Karna was too stunned to react to that. Mahadev and Mata Parvati chuckled seeing this. Bhramadev and Mata Saraswati was also laughing.

The crowd laughed hearing Rudra. They haven't seen such miraculous child. First he did the impossible and now he was blaming his father. Ashwatthama and Duryodhana couldn't hold their laughter too. Even Drupad, Draupadi, Dristadhyum and shikhandi was laughing loudly. Pandavas too were laughing they couldn't believe Karna has to be embarrassed because of this.

Only Jayadrath and other kings were not laughing but feeling humiliated to be shown by a child. They felt as if crowd was laughing at them.

Jayadrath : Evil child you dare to insult me king of sind, I will kill you.

He drawn his sword but before he could take a step, Karna stomped his feet on the floor and the whole hall shook, cracked formed from his feet to other side of hall. People regained their stability after a secon. Jayadrath to lost his balance and unceremoniously fell in his seat. His crown fell of his head and reache at rudra's feet. Jayadrath regained his bearing. Everyone saw the crack was partioning Jayadrath and Rudra. Everyone one saw Karna and Avantika who've face was blank but eyes showed anger the gulped.

Karna : Just Try to cross this line, you won't have head above you shoulder.

Avantika : There will no king or sind kingdom after that, we will personally wipe it off the map of Aryavart.

Karna : If you or anyone thinks I am bluffing then I dare you to come in vicinity of one feet of my son.

The coldness of their voice sent chills down Everyone's spine. Draupadi and Drupad who have interacted with Karna and Avantika before was shocked to see this.

Drupad : So this is power of Suryaprast. Their army can wipe out a kingdom large as sind in one day

Krishna (smiles) : No this is power of just Karna and Avantika. Don't forget The Kulguru of Suryaprast is Saint Vishwamitra himself. He is teacher of Avantika and she isn't less powerful than Karna himself infact She can easily match or defeat him in sword fight. Beneath their smiled and carefree exterior are warriors second to none in Aryavart. If we want involve the army of Suryaprast itself no kingdom can be par of then and I am talking about it without counting their allies Dwarka, northern Panchal, Hastinapur, Magadh and one hundred other kingdoms.

Drupad and Draupadi was shocked hearing that. They could never believe that beneath such peaceful kingdom lay a beast that can conquer whole Aryavart.

Ashwatthama : Northern Panchal is in support of Suryaprast. If you dare to even harm one hair of my nephew you will see the anger of Dronputr and Shivasnsh Ashwatthama.

Duryodhana : Hastinapur is also with Suryaprast, Rajkumar Rudra is accepted grandson of my mother Gandhari and nephew of my sister Dushala. He is also accepted Great Grandson of my pitamah Gangaputr Bheeshma.

Krishna : Dwarka is also with Suryaprast, my nephew will always have me and my family with him.

Jayadrath and other kings went pale hearing that. They couldn't handle Karna alone if the formed treaty let alone him with his wife student of Saint Vishwamitra, Bheeshma, Ashwatthama, Kauravas, Krishna and Balram these were enough to wipe them out even without their army. Crowd is also stunned hearing all this. They couldn't believe that this innocent and miraculous kid has three super power of Aryavart behind him. No wonder he is this powerful at this age. Pandavas were also shocked by Everyone's declaration.

Krishna seeing the atmosphere turning way to serious decided to salvage the situation.

Krishna : I hope everyone remember that. Putra Rudra place the bow and string back and come to me.

Rudra was too small to understand what was happening but he understood this uncle was bad man who has angree his mother and father. Being the sensible child he place bow and string back and went to Krishna and sat on his lap.

Krishna : Now I believe we have come here for important matter lets focus on that.

His words worked like miracles and the atmosphere turned less tensed crowd went back to pondering what is going to happen. The kings felt insulted and wanted to leave but they couldn't. They were on a very thin line here a slight mistake can cost them their life and kingdom.

Krishna : Maharaj, lets open the competition to brahmans as they are teachers of Kshatriye and formidable fighter themselves.

Drupad Nodded and said : If any brahman want to participate then they are free to participate.

Krishna looked at Arjun : Come brahman dev and try it.

Arjun looked towards his brother who gave his permission and went to stage. Karna had long before identified the Pandavas. He thought so this is how they were going to return Hastinapur and that is why the swamvar was arranged. His prabhu called him for this reason.

Arjun easily completed the task and Draupadi put garland to him swamvar ended. The kings left there silently they didn't have courage to raise their objections again but Jayadrath remembered what happened today and wanted revenge for his humiliation.

After kings left a donation was done by Drupad to all the commoner present there to give blessings to bride and groom.

The marriage ceremony took place and priest asked the bride and groom to tuch feet of every elder present there. Draupadi and Arjun took blessings of King Drupad, shikhandi first, then Yudhishthir and Bheem. They then went to krishna to get blessings he gave a chudamani to Draupadi. They then went to Karna and Avantika. Karna and Avantika was shocked. But ast newly touched their feet they blessed them. Kana put his hand in his pouch and took out a necklace, a pair of anklets and gave to Avantika to present them as knowingly or unknowingly but he was his sister in law a new addition in his family and he had to protect her.

Avantika : This necklace and anklets will protect you from dangers.

Karna : I give you promise to protect you and once in you life you could ask anything righteous from me.

He turned to arjun and said : You too could ask anything righteous from me once brahman dev.

Arjun : If I asked your kingdom then what.

Karna : I will give it to you and stay as citizens, I don't care about luxury but if you did Adharm there I will kill you and reclaim the throne.

Arjun : I understand.

The bride and groom were leaving but Rudra came in front of Draupadi.

Rudra : Won't you take my blessings.

Arjun (smiles) :Why you are not elder to Draupadi.

Arjun didn't know why but he love this child as soon as he lifted the bow. So he wasn't angry but amused.

Rudra (proudly) : You don't know, Draupadi here is younger than me by eight months. So that's why I am asking her. You don't have to as you are elder to me.

Draupadi : Bless us jyeshtha.

Rudra : I bless you, why my grandmother say to my mother Ah yes, sada suhagan raho. I too promise to protect you as my father said.

Draupadi pulled his cheeks, he pouted. Everyone laughed at him. Only krishna smiled because he knew what Rudra said was not empty. He will protect her on an important occasion too. Krishna knew today's promise will flourish in the most difficult times of Pandavas.
