Karna and others woke up next day. Karna and Bheeshma went to river and came back. Ashwatthama, arjun Nakul and Sahdev were meditating. Dushala, Ghandhari and Kunti were packing. They finished their deeds had breakfast and left Anga to return to Hastinapur. Bheeshma was with Adhiratha. Ghandhari, Kunti and Dushala was with Karna and rest were on horses.

They reached Hastinapur in the evening. Royals and Ashwatthama gone to palace but adhiratha and karna left for their house after dropping them. Karna reached his home went inside and hugged Radha who was surprised by his visit. Adhiratha also came in side saw this and smiled. Radha offered both of them some water and refreshments. After that's done.

Karna : Maa, you sit down I haven't told you about my Guru anything because I wanted to keep it secret but it's already known to a lot of people. So I decided to tell you. Pitashree knows too.

Radha : Okay son.

Adhiratha : You guys talk, I will go and take a walk.

Karna : No Pitashree you don't know the complete truth, please sit down and listen.

Karna then rested his in Radha's lap and she started gently caressing his hair. He told them every thing his journey, refusal, process to help Rajmata Phuspa, metting Mahadev and Mata Parvati, his other guru shukracharya, his training, penance, tests, boons, fighting with Indra dev, Jarasandh and asurs. He then told them how he built Anga from scratches, met with Avantika and his encounters. He told them everything since he left them for training. Radha was crying he hugged her tightly.

Radha : Radhey my son, you went through all that in your small life wich you had. I am proud of you but is also sad that you had to go through that. You had to go through all this just because we are you parents. You had face all insults, rejection and hardship because we raised you.

Karna : No mata as I told Pitashree I am proud being Radhey. I got my teachers through your moral, teaching and upbringing. Don't worry about hardship mother, hardship makes a man better.

Radha hugged him and cried loudly : My son, my Radhey, my Karna.

Karna : I will always be your son no matter what, world will know me as Radhey only. I can promise you about that.

Radha hugged him tightly. Afer leaving the hug. Karna once again rested his head on her lap. Radha looked towards Adhiratha silently raised her eyebrows to ask a question, adhiratha looked at radha he knows well what Radha wanted to ask. He nodded his head silently. Radha has decided since her son told everything she too will tell him everything.

Radha : Putra, you are going to start new journey in life. Make sure to take care of her and don't keep secrets between you it will cause rifts.

Karna : I know maa.

Radha (tensely) : Speaking of secrets Putra, we have been keeping a secret from you. I am going to tell you but you have to promise me that you will not get angry or leave us. You will hear everything first.

Karna : Maa there is no secret that can make your Radhey to get angry or leave you except death. I promise you.

Adhiratha stood up and brought a bamboo basket and red silk cloth.

Radha (crying) : Putra it's true that I am your mother but I didn't gave birth to you son. Your father and me found you in river Ganga floating in this basket and wrapped in this clothes.

Karna was shocked, his whole world turned upside down. It wasn't that he sometimes didn't doubt abot being adhiratha and Radha's son but he suppressed those thoughts seeing love and care his parents towards him. He tried to stand but couldn't his legs stopped working. Radha saw this and cried harder even Adhiratha was also worried about his son. He knew it was world shattering truth for his son. Radha told Karna whole story about how she and Adhiratha was married for five years but they couldn't have a child, how society taunted her but they were staunch believer of suryadev and Mata ganga, one day during morning prayer the heard a baby crying adhiratha saw the basket and leaped towards it and we saw you it wrapped around clothes. There were several loutus flower around the basket. We were childless and saw you as blessings so we took you with us and raised you. Karna was sitting as statue and listening all this radha hugged him.

Radha : Don't hate us Putra, though you're not born from my Womb but we always considered you as our son. Please don't leave us son. From the clothes we can see your are royal blood but because of our selfishness we didn't want you to know. Because of or selfishness you had to go through all hardship. We are sorry son.

Karna (crying) : No radha you will never have to say sorry to me. How can I leave you and Pitashree maa. You both save me and accepted me. Without you I could have drawn in ganga. Maa it wasn't selfishness but your love. I have always experienced you love only. My own parents or mother whoever they were they left me in Ganga. People usually wash their sins in ganga. I was sin for them nothing else. Mata I have always been proud to be called Radhey I have never been so proud as I am now. Iam proud of you as my parents and me being suta.

Radha hugged her son they both stayed like this for sometime.

Karna : Maa, sunset is going to happen let me go for my pooja.

Radha allowed him to go. She knew her son was going through emotional turmoil. His steps have told her so, her son who always has confidence in his posture and steps was stumbling now. Looking at the she turned to Adhiratha.

Radha : Aarya we did right thing, right?

Adhiratha : Yes we did the right thing, it would have hurt him more if he gets to know from someone else. He Just needs some time to adjust and accept.

Karna went to banks of Ganga. He was shaken badly. He didn't want his parents to worry so he put Brave front in his house but he was questioning his existence now. Who were his parents? Why have they left him in ganga? Was he really a sin? He who have promised his teacher to be righteous is a sin for his parents? His teacher must have known, they didn't want to tell him because they know he will be hurt. He didn't even think of other reasons. His teachers have always treated him as their son, it's not even questions of hiding this from him to hurt him, they must have wanted to save him pain. He reached ganga and left for remote place, where he can be alone. His tears were falling non stop. He did his pooja and suddenly felt hand on his shoulder. He didn't need guess he recognised this touch, how can he forget it. He directly turned around and touched the feets of person behind him. Mahadev and Mata Parvati were standing behind him. They blessed him.

Mata Parvati : Swami Putra Karna is in pain we have to go to him. He needs us otherwise this revelation will break him.

Mahadev : Yes dear, we should go to him.

Mahadev : Aayushman bhava Putra.

Mata Parvati : Kirtiman bhava Putra.

Karna : Why Gurudev? Why my destiny is like this? Am I really a sin that my parents left me in the ganga? Was my life nothing but mistake? How can anyone be so heartless? Even enemies didn't do this kind of things, the basket filled with flowers and cloth are enough

Mata Parvati. : Putra you are not a mistake and certainly not a sin. Your mother abondoned you because you were born before marriage and to save her parents reputation she naively decided to abandon you.

Karna : Mata, if that is reason she could have gave me aashram or childless couples. But she left in ganga. For her I must be a sin.

Mata Parvati : Putra, you should let this pain go. You have always called you Radhey it doesn't matter who is your birth mother the one who raised you will always be with you. Your pain will hurt her most.

Karna : You are right mata. My mother will always be Radha maa.

Mahadev : Putra, what are you going to do now?

Karna : Gurudev, I will not do anything she abondoned me for society so she will have to live with the consequences. I have radha maa that's enough for me.

Mahadev : What if she come to you either to accept you or ask for help. What if she has family. Your brother and sister, they are not to be blamed.

Karna : She is my birth mother but I will never accept her. If she wants helps then according to mu promise if what she asked is righteous I will help her. She can forget her dharm but I will not forget my duties. As for my brother or sister I will help them as much I could without them knowing about me or atleast them knowing I am their brother.

Mahadev : You should not be so bitter towards her, Putra. You are in pain now after sometime these pain will fade but it will leave you hollow son.

Karna : Fine gurudev, if you say so I will forgive her but even if get to know who she is She has to admit herself that she is my mother if not publicly than in private. I will forgive her but will not accept her. She will never be called my mother, only radha maa will be known as my mother. But gurudev what about my father you and Mata didn't talk about him. If my mother have me before marriage then he is at fault too. He also abondoned me.

Mahadev : No Putra, you father always looked over you. You are his avid devotee since childhood. Didn't you ever think why you can look at Sun even in afternoon while others couldn't. Why his rays always feel soft to you even when others feel sunburn. Why Suryadev came to see your test and blessed you. It is because you are his ansh, his son. Karna stated connecting dots : If Suryadev is my father, then Mata kunti is my mother.

Mata Parvati (sadly) : Yes Putra.

Karna was crying while laughing miserably, Mata Parvati was heart broken seeing her son and students condition.

Mata Parvati : Putra, control yourself.

Karna : Mata, how? This pain is killing me from inside.

Mahadev : Patience Putra. You should think about those who care about you.

Karna thought about his parents, friends, teachers and started wailing. He thought about Dushala, arjun, Nakul and Sahdev. He thought about Avantika. He calmed down and decided what to do. Mata Parvati hugged him.

Mata Parvati : Let it all out Putra.

Karna calmed down.

Karna : Gurudev, Mata I will not go to her. I couldn't in my selfishness ruin lives of my brothers I have always bear insults of society, I couldn't allow that happens to them. They are innocent and Rajmata Kunti didn't want her son's to loose their right so I will bear this pain for my brothers only. I will guide and take care of them. Rajmata wants her reputation so today in your presence I vom she will only known as mother of Pandavas not this Radhey. I will not let anyone tarnish her reputation. I will do my all duties as her son but will never claim any right over her love and affection or Hastinapur's throne. It is only way to have my brothers lead a happy life. This is my promised alms to my birth mother.

Mahadev : Putra, you always thought about others before you, today what you have done goes beyond what anybody could do. I bless you you will known for you charity. You will be called Daanveer Karna. World would never see a kind soul like you ever. A person was not born before you and will never take birth after you.

Karna : Gurudev I don't want anything bu it's my wish you both will come to my wedding.

Mata Parvati : We will surely come Putra.

Mahadev and Mata Parvati returned to Kailash. Karna too went home he regained his confidence. He didn't need any throne and Radha maa and Adhiratha Pitashree's love and care is enough for him. He will not tell them about him knowing his parents as it will hurt them but he will tell Avantika as she will her wife And has rights to know. Noone else will know it from him or Avantika. He will not change his attitude about anyone as it will look suspicious. He reached his home to see Radha maa and Pitashree was waiting for him. He hugged them and assured that he is fine now. They felt relieved seeing his confidence back, they knew it was painful for him and decided to never talk about it again, karna too shared the sentiment. Soon the family had dinner together and everything returned to normal. His parents were happy Karna was able to bounce back from everything like he always do. Karna assured them he will never leave them only they were his parents noone else but he thought to himself he will also recognise Suryadev as his father and give him respect too.
