Next day Karna woke up before sunrise to do surya pooja. He changed into a white dhoti and a white shawl and went to river bank. When he arrived there Bheeshma was already there. They both did their pooja and talked then they returned to Palace after half an hour. All invited king got together in Karna sabha, They were mesmerized by its beauty and they discussed the politics around Aryavart. King Vikramaditya was also present and every was curious about him and his kingdom. They did their breakfast together and decided to leave Anga for their country as kings they cannot leave their country for long period of time. Bheeshma too decided to leave. He left with Duryodhana. Adhiratha decided to leave with them so Radha maa also left. Rest decided to stay. Ghandhari wanted to stay to do a hawan at Shiva-Parvati temple so she stayed. Kunti wanted to spend some time near her eldest son and Ashwatthama, Arjun, Nakul and Sahdev wanted to observe Anga closely. Dushala just wanted a vacation to enjoy in Anga. Krishna and Rukmini too stayed with Subhadra but Balram and revati left for Dwarka. Trio from Ujjain too stayed as they wanted to discuss something with Karna. Karna told them if it was personal they could discuss it before dinner in his chamber. Dhuryodhana to wanted to befriend Karna but he has responsibility toward his other brothers who were waiting for him.

After the one who wanted to leave left, Karna called his usual Sabha to discuss the problems of his people. Kunti, Mithila and Gandhari left for temple. King Vikramaditya went to roam around in anga. The sabha ended in 1 hour as there wasn't much to solve anyway but it was a procedure that karna enforced to Sabha that no matter what Sabha is to arranged at least 1 hour daily. Karna wanted to leave for training his army but he saw the Krishna, Arjun, Nakul, Sahdev, Rukmini, Subhadra, Dushala and Avantika standing there. Avantika seemed to gelled in group nice it seems. Dushala was leading them she was waiting hands across her chest as if eagerly waiting for something. As soon as she saw Karna she ran toward him.

The others who knew what going to happen started looking forward to watch the show. Avantika looked intrigued.

Nakul (mischievously) : Princess Avantika, I an sure you heard of valour of Angraj.

Avantika : Yes, I have heard. But has not seen it.

Arjun : Now you will see his surrender and defeat.

Avantika : what?

Krishna : Just look ahead you will understand.

Others nodded to her. Meanwhile Dushala reached Karna.

Dushala : Bhrata Karna where are you going?

Karna : To army barracks to train With them.

Dushala : Did you forget your promise to take me to shopping.

Karna : No, lets go after lunch.

Dushala (stubbornly) : No, we are going now or else I won't go.

Karna : it's early now, I have to go for training.

Dushala (fake tears) : Bhrata Karna you have changed, now you don't have time for me like others.

Karna : No it's not true but I have some responsibilities now.

Dushala : "No you have changed." crying loudly.

Karna sighed he knew he was lost. He called Vikram and told him to be temporarily handle his responsibilities on his behalf today. Vikram happily obliged and was happy to see his king finally taking his well deserved break. The arrangement of this took some time. Dushala was with Karna to make sure he will not engage himself in other activities. Meanwhile with krishna's group.

Arjun (sighed amusingly): It happened again as we guessed.

Rukmini (laughing) : Does it happens a lot.

Ashwatthama : Not a lot but every time. Dushala is only one person who can order around Mitra Karna.

Rukmini : Really.

Nakul : Yes, since the first time Dushala called Karna his brother.

Avantika : Why?

Ashwatthama : Mitra Karna didn't have any siblings for one. Second Karna is not a Kshatriye but suta so when Dushala called him brother with nothing but love, He started doting on her. All the reforms he has done in Anga is probably for not letting any person face the challenges he faced during his childhood .

Arjun : Yes it's probably true, he must have faced the prejudiced society and fought hard to even attain basic education much less weapons training. Doting is light word compared to what Mitra Karna do for Dushala. His first gift for calling her brother was bangles and Hair pin she wears. It's not an ordinary one I can protect her from hot, cold, illusions these abilities are mild ones they can neutralise any astra sastra barring tridevs astra.

Nakul : Mitra Karna is well trained in all 64 kalas, she ordered him to perform them for her, he did so.

Sahdev : Don't forget about defeating Magadha and killing Jarasandh.

Avantika : How is that connected to Dushala?

Krishna : Sakha Karna is a very peace loving person. He tried to avoid the battle or killing anyone. The negotiations with local tribes are proof enough for that. If Jarasandh just decided to not open Dam karna would most likely defeated him and make him open it. But Jarasandh made ill remarks about Dushala which angered Karna. So Karna was so angry he summoned his Vijaya bow. This was the real reason of Jarasandh's death.

Avantika was shocked. She didn't expect Angraj to have such side. It seems Angraj really cared for Dushala.

Sahdev : Did Angraj really have divine Vijaya bow Madhav.

Krishna : Yes, he has.

Sahdev : But how? Gurudev said Bhagwan Parshuram has it and only Bhagwan Parshuram and Mahadev can use such weapon as it required the mastery of all five methods of Archery which only both of them have.

Krishna : Bhagwan Parshuram gave it to him and Karna too has mastery of all five methods. I do have the mastery too.

Nakul : Is Angraj really a suta? I mean I am not against any cast learning any thing but what about his Kavach and kundals? They are divine that I can tell and his aura wasn't of ordinary mortal either.

It was a question all who has seen Karna have.

Krishna : Who knows?

Avantika : Kavacha and kundals? I saw his kundals but didn't see his Kavacha.

Arjun : He has both of them since birth. His kundals are visible at all time but kavach appear if he wills or to protect him.

Avantika : Oh!

Krishna (mischievously) : Rajkumari Avantika you are very curious about sakha any special reason.

Avantika (blushing) : No, no reason just asking.

Krishna : Hmm. If you say so.

Soon Karna and Dushala came. They all went to palace gates Ashwatthama, Nakul, Sahdev and Arjun went to bring their horses while krishna's Chariot was there krishna and Rukmini climbed on it. Karna summoned Rashmi and Dushala, Subhadra climbed on it. Karna took Driver's seat. Dushala invited Avantika on it too. Avantika was hesitating as it was rude of her to climb the chariot as king of anga was it's Charioteer. She wanted to ride such beautiful Chariot.

Dushala : Come up Avantika.

Avantika : I don't want to interrupt, I too will go and bring a horse to ride.

Dushala : Why me and Subhadra will not mind?

Subhadra : Dushala she was talking about Bhrata Karna.

Dushala : Why would he mind? Bhrata Karna will you mind if Avantika rode with us.

Karna (smiles) : Rashmi was brought out for you if you don't mind neither will I.

Dushala : See, he won't mind come on Avantika. Bhrata help her to climb up.

Karna smiled and extend his hand for Avantika to hold to help her climb up. Avantika holds his hand but instead of climbing up they both were looking in each other eyes and was still in their position they looked lost in eachother eyes. A cough brought them out of their trance. Avantika quickly climbed up. They saw everyone was looking at them with knowing smile.

Soon they stated thier journey. They went to market. People of anga enthusiastically showed them their products. Forget about females even men bought many things. They bought jwellery, clothes, ornaments, daggers etc They were impressed by quality. They had lunch in the market. Shopping spree was till half hour before sunset they returned to palace. They can tell people of Anga loved their King. Everyone except Avantika knows it was time for Karna surya pooja. They informed her that, Avantika was now the part of their group. Soon they planned to go and watch his Pooja secretly.
