《Habits [VKOOK]》005

As they reached the Bighit building, Taehyung turned to look at the now soaking wet Jungkook. Jungkook's head tilted at an angle, his hands softly hitting his ear. Little droplets left his ear as he did the same to the other.
"You look shirtless" Taehyung said as he looked at the soaking white shirt. "And I'm definitely getting in trouble for you being wet".
A light bulb lighted in Jungkook's head. He grinned as he started taking off the hoodie off Taehyung. Taehyung unconsciously raised his arm to help the younger. The younger covered his wetness with the already wet hoodie.
"Jungkook, you're a genius" Taehyung said before slumping an arm around Jungkook, pulling him slightly closer. Jungkook wasn't smiling. After what Taehyung said, he could sense a slight smell of alcohol stinging his nostrils. He didn't like alcohol or anything to do with alcohol. He scrunched his nose at the smell.
As soon as they reached the practice room, they were greeted by a worried and angry Seokjin, a pissed and worried Jimin, a jealous Hoseok and Yoongi (from the hot chocolate) and a unimpressed Namjoon.
"Where the hell have you been?!" Seokjin asked.
"Why the fuck are you late?!" Namjoon yelled.
"Sorry-" Taehyung apologised slowly.
"Why is Jungkook's hair dripping wet?!" Seokjin yelled and rushed to caress Jungkook's cheeks, feeling his temperature and gasped. "He's cold!".
Taehyung sighed as he got out to lock himself in the toilet. He sighed a billion times before he felt tears pricking his eyes. He let them drop. He cherished Jungkook but his hyungs took it further. Why is it always his fault? He knew he had to take responsibility of Jungkook but Jungkook insisted on not taking the hoodie.
He tried not to sniff, the voice would be echoing in the toilet. He focused on his breathing as he fought his tears back. He heard footsteps. He pinched his nose so he doesn't let out any noise.

"TaeTae?" He heard Jungkook's worried voice as he was looking for his favourite Hyung. He slowly opened the bathroom door to find out that it's locked, he knocked on the door. "I know you're in there, Taehyung".
"Please Kookie...leave me alone"
"I can't leave you in this state, I should be there comforting you" Jungkook said.
"Not now, " Taehyung said, the mention of his full name hit him like sharp rocks.
"But you're crying..."
"I'm not"
Jungkook slid down the door. Taehyung never lies. He felt like he wasn't that trustworthy to Taehyung.
"You don't trust me"
Jungkook fought a war to held back his tears at the thought of their happy friendship. Jungkook suddenly let out a sniff, making Taehyung's eyes widen.
"And I won't lie at you, Taehyung. That was a sniff, almost a cry"
"Kookie.." Taehyung said. Jungkook's heart soothed at his nickname. He was still the best, the most wonderful and brilliant and the cutest to Taehyung. One word, Kookie, can mean many things. Or just simply, golden. The sounds of the door unlocking made Jungkook smile mentally. Taehyung crouched down, cupping Jungkook's cheeks.
"Kookie...don't cry"
"Do you not trust me?"
"Your golden, you have the world's trust" Taehyung said with a smile, Jungkook smiled a little. He loved that phrase, it's his new favourite phrase!
Jungkook decided to stay quiet and admire the compliment.
"Besides, if I don't have you by my side, then who will be my Cookie Monster? Yoongi? Hell no! He'll wear a Big Bird's costume instead of Cookie Monster~ And did I tell you? I have a surprise for you at the dorm!"
"Really?!"
"Yes Kookie~ Something you might even kiss me because of it!"
Jungkook wanted to go home now. He wouldn't really kiss Taehyung but he'll hug him of course. Maybe give him a peck on the cheeks if it was too wonderful. They walked back hand in hand, eyes red yet smiling.

"Sorry Taehyung" Seokjin said, looking down apologetically. "You're still my TaeTae! Come here" he pulled Taehyung into a hug which Taehyung replied happily.
After they let go, they worked extra hard because of the time they lost. They worked so hard to the point where they all breaked down. Each member rested on the floor. Taehyung put his head on Jungkook's legs as Jungkook started playing with his hair again. Not intentionally, Taehyung fell asleep at the slow motion of Jungkook's fingers. Jungkook wasn't paying that much attention as his eyes closed and his arms stood still. He sighed as his sweat trickled down his face. Jungkook felt the familiar toss and turn. He silently cursed.
"But let me tell you something, Seokjin" Taehyung said.
"It's Hyung" Seokjin scolded.
"Namjoon actually did something to you and your privacy and I saw it all"
"What is it, Taehyung?" Seokjin asked curiously, believing that Taehyung was still awake.
"He has a little camera installed in your bathroom"
That was it. Seokjin grabbed his shoe and started chasing Namjoon who ran out jumping so his long legs could take him further.
"Taehyung, you're so dumb" Yoongi hissed.
"What?" Taehyung said, his eyes fluttered open.
"Nothing, idiot"
Taehyung looked around the room to find two people missing and two people...snickering? He froze, did they do something to him? He checked his face with his hand to find nothing different. It was the old usual faces, Jimin and Hoseok.
"Jungkook, can we talk for a while~?"
"What is it that you want from my Kookie?"
"'My' Kookie?" Jimin scoffed as he was pissed.
"Jimin, what's wrong with you?" Jungkook asked confused.
"Nothing, Kookie~ I should be filming another episode of Finding Jungkook and not be bothered by this matter!" Jimin said, he spread his arms to show how big the matter was, or maybe to Jungkook.
"But I know that Jungkook has something to tell you, Taehyung" Jimin said before walking out.
"It's okay, Kookie" Taehyung said, rubbing Jungkook's back.
"Hyung, I'm curious about the surprise!"
"Let's go home, then"

I was summoned to another world. Not as a Hero, not as a Saint, not even as a Demon King, but as a regular contract demon. You know, like the ones that come when you sacrifice a chicken or something on top of a magic circle. It's a bit weird, especially since I'm human, but I've just decided to go with the flow for now. Which apparently means becoming the employee of an item shop. (What's that? You want to know what cheat powers I've been given? Dungeon Crawler Katia
The aliens killed everyone on Earth...almost. Every structure, from the Taj Mahal to the lowliest lobster trap, vanished into the earth, killing everyone inside. The survivors were given a choice: Endure on the surface without food or shelter or tools, or descend into a world-spanning nightmare dungeon that is also a reality TV show. Katia, an art professor from Iceland who has given up her humanity to transform into a shapeshifting doppelganger, meets up with Carl and his cat, Donut. Together, the three fight to survive in a dungeon filled with Clarketech goblin murderdozers and pyramid-scheme fairy moonshine-makers. The above is, of course, describing Dungeon Crawler Carl. With DoctorHepa's (the author) permission I'm posting some fanfic to expand on Katia, one of the secondary characters who started off not getting as much exploration as I would have preferred. I started off writing chapters that matched up to canon except from her POV instead of Carl's; that lasted a couple of chapters before going off the rails and spinning off into a completely new story, which suggests I should really go back and renumber all the chapters as soon as I find some tuits.
