It seems like we've landed another poetry book. Good. That means I won't have to spend any time summarizing the plot here.

'Captured feelings' isn't that long of a read, and the first thing that grabbed my attention was that the poems were so… positive. Seriously? Forgive me, but many poetry books on Wattpad seem to be written by edgy teenagers with self-diagnosed insanity. Depressive stuff, most of them. This book, on the other hand, seemed to barf rainbows in my face.

What can I say? It's a change.

So most of the poems contain a positive message. Alright. What more? I personally wasn't too fond of the style; too much of the same things, a lot of repetition and half-hearted rhyme, though that did improve in the end. I also didn't think they flowed nicely, mostly because of some wonky punctuation and imperfect English. Call me a nitpicker, but with sentences like 'Everyone has birthday', my feelings won't be captured. Then again, I'm not easy to please.

However, these poems do come straight out of the heart, and I can respect that. I like how it's not all edgy stuff with this one. Kudos to that, but there's room for improvement here and there.
