Pov: Aylean

Davion looked at me with saddened eyes as he attempted to treat my; most likely broken leg.

"So do you want to tell me what happened?" Davion asked, while he moved his gaze to mine.

I hesitated before answering "I found my mate" I said slowly.

His eyes widened "You What!?" He shouted and I winced. "How come you never told me?" Davion basically jumped up from his sitting position beside my leg.

I shrugged in reply looking down at my leg. "Because he technically has another mate," I replied.

Davion furrowed his brows together "I didn't know you were poly" he questioned.

"I'm not. She's not my mate, she's someone else's" I replied with a shrug, Satin whimpered in my head.

She was angry but still hurt at our mates actions.

"What!?" Davion shouted and I winced. My brother clenched his fists tightly, his eyes flashed a darker blue for a moment.

"Relax Davi," I said. Davion closed his eyes and took a moment to breath; his fists unclenched and he opened his ice blue eyes.

"Okay I'm calm," Davion sighed, I raised a brow at him in disbelief "But that still doesn't explain your injured leg."

I chewed the inside of my cheek. "Okay, so.... I didn't want to submit to him..." I mumbled.

Davion raised a brow at me "Okay and? What does that have to do with anything?"

"Let me finish" I scolded. "Well, he didn't like that and decided to kidnap me an-" Davion interrupted me.

"HE WHAT!?" He looked like he was about to murder someone. "How was he even able to do that?" Davion questioned, his eyes glanced at my injured leg then looked back to my gaze.

I folded my arms over my chest and raised a brow at him "So much for being calm, and also he had help." I replied.

"How? Even if he had help!?!?" Davion shouted.

"Davion Olsen Beowulf. I swear" I gritted my teeth, Davion shut his mouth and gulped audibly "If you let me finish. My mate is an Alpha and he ordered his Beta to kidnap me."

"I-" Davion began, but I shot him a glare, and he shut his mouth once again.

"My mate made his Beta watch me and when his Beta let me use the bathroom. I jumped out of a five story building, and most likely broke my leg" I finished up.

Davion's mouth went agape and I laughed nervously. "Hey on the bright side I escaped Jet Moon pack.." I added, which probably didn't help the tension.

Davion's eyes went wide "Your Mate is Alpha Hunter!? You escaped from the most vicious pack. Are you Crazy!?" Davion yelled, flailing his arms around.

I shrugged in reply, "Hey I was not about to submit to him just because I wanted to leave," I huffed.

Davion rubbed his eyes in frustration "Aly I swear. You refused to submit to the number One Alpha in the ranks of the Packs. How crazy are you!?" He scolded.

"I wasn't going to submit to someone who forces me to submit to them, and especially when they don't deserve it." I replied "And I'm still not going to," I added.

Davion sighed in defeat "Why? Why do I have such a stubborn little sister?" He whispered to himself, then looked at me and said "Aylean do you not understand that he is the number One Alpha in the ranks" he scolded again.

"100% aware of that fact" I replied "And I'm still not afraid of him. Plus I'm his mate" I shrugged.

Stain wagged her tail in my head.

She cooed, and I rolled my eyes and the she-wolf.

Shut up Satin.

How the heck are we the same?

Whatever, I'm glad I have you.

Satin smiled.

I glanced up at Davion, "Are you trying to get yourself killed Aly?" He questioned "Even if he is your mate, like you said he technically has a different mate. Why wouldn't he hurt you?" Davion explained.

I felt a pang in my heart and I gulped "Because like I said; his so called mate is the mate of someone else, his Beta." I replied "I am not going to change my mind."

Davion groaned in frustration and walked away from me, leaving me to stare at my swollen leg. I smiled to myself, I wasn't going to change my mind about submitting to Aztec; until he learned to respect Satin and I.

Satin hummed in agreement in the back of my head.

Satin asked, I thought for a moment and looked at my older brother who was pacing back and forth. He was angry.

Yeah I'm sure he's fine

I bit my lip, as I watched Davion pull his hair back with his hand mumbling to himself. I furrowed my brows together.

I gulped, and looked down at my leg the sudden realisation of my older brothers actions hit me.

Alistair scolded me? Why am I even surprised? He's always done that.

I looked back at Davion "Thank you for protecting me when Alistair scolded me, but you know you didn't have to do that"

Davion stood up with a light smile "Of course I did, I will always protect my baby sister."

I rolled my eyes "I'm only a year younger than you."

Davion didn't answer and walked over to the dummy in the cave.

'Luna where are you?" Asher's mind-link entered my head and I glanced at Davion before answering.

'No Asher tell me where you are' I replied.

'I'm at some kind of waterfall. Please hurry Luna, these pheromones are starting to hurt' Asher replied.

I bit my lip 'Okay listen. I am about to send someone to get you. When you see them don't attack, and they will ask you for a password. The password is: Coconuts. Don't question it, and if they say it's correct, follow them.'

'Yes Luna' Asher replied.

I looked back at Davion. "Davi?" I questioned.

Davion looked at me "Yeah Aly?" He asked.

"Can you please get someone for me?" I asked.

Davion furrowed his brows together "Who?" He asked.

"That doesn't matter right now, they're at the waterfall" I said.

Davion's eyes went wide "Wait they're in the territory!?" He questioned.

I nodded "Can you go or not?"

Davion sighed "I'll go, but how do I know it's them?" He asked.

I smiled "Our old password question."

Davion bit his lip and left the cave.
