Aylean's Pov:

I took control before Satin freaked out. The shadow moved quickly and the sound of popping bones echoed throughout the dark cave.

Keeping my injured paw up in the air, the shadow came closer growling at me. As it's claws scraped the ground causing me to wince from the loud pitch.

I snarled and instead of walking towards the sound I stayed put. A loud snarl came from the unknown beast and I just smirked.

I was not about to get killed like every girl in a horror movie.... Well maybe

'Who's there!?' The wolf asked threateningly, and the sound of my older brothers voice made me gleam with joy.

I wagged my tail as my stature calmed, and Satin also calmed down from her rage filled mind after hearing Davion's voice.

'Well!?' Davion growled again, I glared at the his shadow and before he could react I pounced on him pinning my older brother to the ground.

Somehow, without the injuring my paw.

He growled and started to try to throw me off him 'Well that's rude, don't even want to say hi to your little sister' I scoffed and got off him before he accidentally hurt me of himself.

Davion jumped up 'Aylean!?' He asked.

'Yeah. Now can I ask why the heck your sitting here in the dark?' I questioned.

Davion chuckled nervously 'I couldn't find the light.' I rolled my eyes and started sniffing around the cave.

When I finally found the light switch I pressed on the button lightly with my paw then sat down, Davion smiled and ran up to me.

He licked my face wagging his tail rapidly 'Why are you here? You haven't been here for a week. I was getting worried' Davion pouted.

'I swear you're like a child, how the heck are you older than me?' I questioned, wiping off the slobber from him off my cheek. 'Gross,' I muttered.

'Ouch, not happy to see me?' Davion frowned.

'No I'm very happy' I replied, 'But can we shift? I want to treat my leg'

Davion tilted his head to the side 'Why would you need to do that?'

'I'll tell you later' I replied calmly.

Davion nodded and walked deeper into the cave, I limped after him. I limped up to the pile my clothes and glared at Davion.

My clothes were scattered along the cave floor and it looked a tornado had blown up inside the cave.

'Why the heck are they all over the place?' I scowled at him. 'I haven't been here for a week, how the heck did you make it such a mess already?'

'In my defense....' Davion tried to find an excuse but stumbled on one and I rolled my eyes. The larger wolf folded his ears back and whimpered an apology.

'Fine.' I muttered, and Davion perked up his ears wagging his tail happily.

Davion turned around and so did I, our backs facing each other, the sounds of bones popping echoed through the silent cave.

I grabbed some clothes off the ground, and bit my lip the pain from my left leg shooting through my body once again.

I felt my eyes sting as I sat down on the cave floor, I stared at the pool of water and sighed.

I shuffled and got changed into a black sports bra and some black leggings. I reached over and grabbed some larger clothes and tossed them over my shoulder to Davion .

"Thank you" Davion said happily as I heard shuffling behind me.

I examined my leg and winced at the sight, it was swollen, and looked like it was at an odd angle. I looked away trying not to think of it as tears stung my eyes.

I looked around the cave, trying to find my stash of bandages.

Fuck. I forgot them at the cabin.

"Hey Davi?" I questioned.

"Yeah Aly?" Davion asked as he turned around. His eyes widened at my leg and he rushed towards it. "What the heck did you do!?" I yelled and I winced.

"Not so loud," I grumbled "And I may or not have jumped from a five story building..."

"You what!?" Davion yelled again and I glared at him.

"Just go get me some bandages from Ivory Pack, please I didn't realize I took all of them" I sighed trying to think of anything but the pain in my chest and my leg.

"I don't think I can today" Davion sighed.

I tilted my head "Why not?"

"Alistair kind of kicked me out for the day because I 'disrespected him' which is Bull" Davion scoffed, my eyes widened.

"What the heck did you do that pissed off Alistair so bad, that he kicked you out for a day!?" I questioned

"I protected you, and said he was an unsuitable Alpha," Davion shrugged.

I blinked in shock.

Davion said that? Since when does he stand up to our older brother?

"How badly did he piss you off?? You're usually really patient with him??" I asked, my mind was swirling with confusion.

Davion shrugged "I'll tell you later, it's not important"

"Not important!? You got kicked out of the pack for 24 hours how the heck is that not important!?" I shouted.

"Now look who's yelling" Davion rolled his eyes, "And it's not important because you're injured and we need to treat you first" he pointed to my leg.

I sighed and looked at my injured leg, then back at my older brother "Fine, but you're telling me everything that happened after"

Davion smiled and stood up, he walked away and crawled out of the cave.

I sighed and bit my lip trying to hold back the tears of pain.

You agreed with me Satin, it wasn't okay that he kidnapped us and locked us up in his pack house.

Satin whimpered in my head and I closed my eyes just thinking of anything but my leg.

I smiled when I remembered the three mates that I considered part of my pack, they could help me.

'Emilia, Asher, and Edric do you hear me?' I mind-linked them, hoping that I wasn't too far from them.

'Luna!?' Asher's voice rang out, and I smiled. 'Where are you?' Asher questioned 'Emilia has been really worried.'

'I escaped Jet Moon Packs territory' I answered, and there was a long wait before Asher replied.

'What!? Are you okay?? We have to leave the territory...' He sounded panicked.

'Shhh Asher relax, no we don't. Alistair won't hurt you guys as long as I'm alive,' I reassured the man.

'Just can you please get my antibiotics from the cabin and bring them to the abandoned territory?' I asked.

'Why the abandoned territory? The pheromones there are so strong...' He sounded scared and I shook my head.

'I'm in the abandoned territory and I'm injured, please Asher?' I begged.

There was another long pause before he answered once again 'Anything Luna.' With that I cut off the mind-link just as Davion entered the cave with some random leaves to treat my leg.
