I blew a horn while walking into Kai's room.

"Mmcht oh my gosh."he laughed while rolling over in his bed.

I started singing happy birthday and Heaven, Sarai, and Sevyn also chimed in.

"Jump on the bed."I whispered to the twins as I recorded.

They both got on his bed and began jumping on it.

"Get down!!"I semi yelled and I handed my phone to Heaven for her to record.

I climbed into his bed and since he was laying on his stomach, I got on his back tackling him.

"Happy birthday baby."I said while removing the pillow from his head and kissing his forehead and cheek.

"Mama thank you but you're heavy so can you please get up."he said and I chuckled before climbing off of his back.

"Are you calling me fat?"

"No you're just heavy that's all. Where's dad?"he asked me as he got out of his bed.

"He's in New York."

"Still!!?"

"Right it's been three weeks."Heaven said.

"Boy it's your birthday and you're worried about your dad who you probably won't see until next month."

"Next month? Why?"he asked me.

"He has a new girlfriend."Heaven said and I hit her.

"Ouch!!"

"Why would you say that!? Shut the fuck up sometimes."

"What's wrong with me telling the truth!?"

"The fact that some shit just shouldn't be disclosed until I say so."

"But y—"

"Just be quiet."

"So where are my gifts?"Kai asked and I pulled him into a hug.

"Right here. Mmmm I love you so much."I said while kissing his forehead while hugging him tight.

"I love you too mama but I just though I was gone have more than this."

"Oh no you messed that up a long time ago. Mama doesn't have any gifts for you but I do have something else for you, come on out or the backyard and see."I said.

"Mommy can I get on your back?"Sevyn asked me.

"Sure Bubba."I said before putting him on my back.

We all headed downstairs and out to the backyard.

When we got there everybody who were here yelled, "Surprise!!!"

His friend's, grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles who all could make it were here.

Oh and Scarr was also here with that little ass girl, I didn't even know that they were coming.

We had lots of food cooked along with plenty of snacks.

There were tables out here with games, floaties and shit in the pool, snow cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines.

"Whaaaat!?"Kai yelled once he saw everybody and I smiled at his reaction.

"Oooh mommy can we go swimming now?"Sev asked me.

"Sure baby, did you take your trunks out like I told you to?"

"I have them on already."

"Oh well yes you can, want me to throw you in the pool?"

"No mommy please don't!!!!"he exclaimed and I chuckled before putting him down.

"I'm just playing bubba, go ahead and get into the pool. Do you need your life jacket?"

"No mommy I can swim without it."

"Okay baby go ahead."

I looked around for Sarai and she was over there with Scarr, Kai, and his girlfriend or whatever.

"Mama do you mind if I invite Zay over?"Heaven asked me as she walked up to me.

"Sure, just don't go into your room with him."

"...okay."

I walked over to my parents and sat in between them.

"You good baby?"my dad asked me and I nodded.

"Yeah I'm fine."

"Kodi you look extremely tired, are you sure?"my mama asked me and I nodded.

"Positive mama."

"If you're not then you should say so because we don't need you falling out out here. The sun is beaming, why isn't your body covered?"she asked me.

"I'm good mama."I said while looking upside her head.

"Okay don't get sick trynna impress him."she said while looking back at Scarr.

"I'm not trying to impress anybody but myself."

"That's right daughter but your mom's right you should either put on some different clothes or go rest."my dad said.

"I'm good, okay?"I said to the both of them.

"Whatever you say."my mama said.

"We'll keep an eye out for you."my dad said and I stood up before walking over to Natasha nem.

I watched as Kodi got up and walked over to her friends.

She had on these little ass shorts that showed the bottom half of her ass with a swimsuit underneath, she knew exactly what she was doing.

Every time I saw her, I'd forget that I was here with Giselle.

I knew at any moment I could slip up.

It's like when I'm away from her I start forgetting what I had then once I get back around her I start missing her ass more and more.

I'd hate to say it but Giselle is only here just in case Kodi is fucking around with somebody else.

From the live she had made after the interview, I feel like she's in her feels about this whole situation.

Giselle won't be here for long though honestly.

Right now I'm just testing the waters and trynna figure shit out.

"Babe are you okay?"she asked me and I nodded while looking at her.

"I'm good baby."

"Can I have a kiss?"she asked me once she noticed that I was looking at Kodi who was dancing to the music.

"Yeah if you'd go grab me a water bottle please."I said to her.

"Mmcht are you serious!?"

I nodded while looking at her and she sighed before getting up to go grab me one.

Heaven walked over here and sat next to me.

"What you doing?"she asked me.

"Nothing watching everybody have fun."I said while putting my arm around her shoulder.

"Why won't you come have fun with us?"

"Nah 'cause ima only be here for a couple more hours then ima head out."

"You can still have fun with us for a couple more hours. Why do you have to leave?"

"I got business to handle before I go to work."

"Mhm who's your new girl, you didn't introduce us to her."

"There's no need to."I said and she looked at me.

"Why not?"

"She's not that important."

"Mhm how old she?"

"What are you gonna do if I tell you her age?"

"Nothing at all, I promise."

"She's twenty six."

"Dang I thought you we're about to say thirty something."she said and I chuckled.

"She looks thirty something?"

"Yep her and mama need to switch ages."

"....dad?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you still love her?"

"Who?"

"Mama."

"Of course I do and I'll never stop loving her."

"Well why won't y'all get back together?"

"Honestly, we're just waiting on the perfect timing. Right now I have some things that I need to be working on, and your mama does too in order for us to get back together. It may sound easy but trust me it's not."

"What if you don't ever get back together? I mean you a new girlfriend, what if it never happens?"

"Trust me it will."

"If you're thinking about getting back with mama then why are you with ole girl?"

"Her and I are just in the honeymoon phase right now and to be honest with you, we might not last. She's young and I'm old ass hell, there's no way that we're gonna work out."I explained and Heaven nodded.

"Okay so can you come have fun with us or are you just gonna sit over here with your soon to be ex girlfriend?"ske asked me and I looked at her.

"You know what, I think ima come have some fun with y'all."

"Yaaaay."Heaven cheered as we stood up together.

"Here babe. Where are you going?"Giselle walked up asked me as she handed me the water bottle.

"'Preciate it, ima head over here with the fam."

"You just gone leave me over here by myself?"she asked me and I grabbed Heaven's hand before we walked off.

I walked into the house and headed to my room making sure that I looked good still.

As I was doing so, I heard footsteps and I turned around seeing Scarr.

"Damn this is a big ass house, I done forgot where the restroom was."

"Oh there's a few down the hall there, you missed them."I said while turning back around to fix my hair.

"Yeah I'm aware."he said and I slightly smiled.

"Why did you really come in here Sarr?"

"Honestly I came to talk to you. We haven't had a decent conversation in a while so I just felt like this would be the moment."

He walked in and walked up to me.

"How have you been?"he asked me while grabbing my hands.

"I've been good, here and there. Should I be concerned about how you've been? Looks like you've been living your best life."

"Yeah I'm still trying to work on myself."

"Oh really? Looks to me that you're done, you're already in a new relationship. What's her name? Diesel? Seashell?"I asked him as I looked down and he chuckled.

"Damn you just violated her ass, it's actually Giselle."

"Oh I really didn't care."

"Listen Kodi just like I told Heaven, Giselle and I are just temporary. She's just here for the moment helping me enjoy myself and keep the public eye on me. I'm not going to marry this girl or anything. She's way younger than me and I—"

"If she's temporary then why are you still with the bitch!? I don't believe shit you're saying because you was in New York with this girl for two weeks. If she's temporary then why are you doing permanent shit with her. I hate to sound jealous or like a hater but that's my spot. She's filling in where I should be. You're supposed to be working on yourself for your kids and I, not for some bitch who just got out of pampers. I know this may be a pr just for clout or whatever but together, you and I, can make a whole lot of clout and money together. What the fuck do you need her for!?... oh and please don't tell me she's here to meet your needs. This pu- hasn't went into a drought yet and there ain't no cobwebs down there yet. I also still have a hood head on my shoulder. Everything that you're trying to find in her and these other bitches are right here in this house. I honestly wish you would realize that and just own up to your shit like the man that you say you are."

He looked at me and I looked back at him before we kissed.

I heard footsteps but I'm not sure if Scarr heard them or not because he didn't stop kissing me.

"Baby!? Ba—"I heard and we both pulled away seeing Seashell.

She stood there looking like she was about to cry before storming off.

Scarr looked at me and I nodded.

"Go tell her the truth."

He walked out of the room and followed after her.

I smiled before going to fix myself up once again.

Once I was finished I headed back outside to the party.
