I rang the doorbell to Kenneth and Janina's house while standing at their door.

Shortly Janina came to the door.

"Hey Son!! How you doing!?"

"Wassup mama, I'm doing aight. How about yourself?"I asked her as I hugged her once I got inside.

"I'm blessed thank you for asking."

"Of course. Where you finna go?"

"I'm about to— no I'm 'finna' go out to lunch with a couple of friends."she said and I laughed.

"I can't help it mama."I shook my head.

"No I understand maybe I need to bring my accent back out along with my street slang. Kenneth will probably stop talking noise about how proper I talk now and accept me more."

"Nah don't do that."I said before she hit me on my shoulder and we laughed.

"Where's your little tribe?"

"At the house."

"How are they?"

"They're good. Kenneth here?"

"Yes he's actually around the corner in his man cave."

"Aight I think ima head back there."

"Alright that's fine."

I headed to Kenneth's man cave where he was in here smoking.

"My boy!!! What's up son!?"he exclaimed while standing up and and dapping me up.

"What's up og?"

"You see what I'm up to."he said and I chuckled.

"I'm already knowing."

"Have a seat, have a seat."

"You look like you need this in ya system."he said while looking at me and handing me the blunt.

"Nah ion even think I wanna hit it, not yo shit anyways."I shook my head no.

"What's going with you son!?"he asked me.

"I fucked up, big time."I said while shaking my head and sighing.

"Talk to me."

"I told Kodi about the tour."

"I hear you..."

"Yeah shit she basically got on my ass."

"Nigga you just now telling her!? I thought you had already told her."

"Nah I forgot all about it. I just been living life, shit it hadn't crossed my mind."

"Yeah I can tell, you got on a brand new pair of shoes every time I see you."

"I mean that's in my nature."I said and he laughed.

"What did she say?"he asked me once we stopped him laughing.

"All I know is that I sleep alone now, ain't got a kiss in the last thirteen or fourteen hours, shit she won't even look my way."

"You sure that's all she's upset about?"

"Nah that ain't the only thing."I said and he turned to look at me.

"Nigga what else did you do!?"

"She found out about me owning the trap over there at—"

"Nigga did she find out or did you tell her!?"

"I had no choice. She said if I don't give it up she gone leave."

"Honestly if you care about her and love her and my grandchildren like you say you do, you'll let that shit go."

"But I thought yo—"

"Do you want to be with my daughter or not!? Y'all didn't get married for none."

"Of course I do."

"Do what you gotta do then."

"Who gone take over?"

"Don't worry about that, I got it."

"Bet."

"Back to this tour shit. You can either cancel or be single, it's up to you."he said and I shook my head.

"Here nigga, quit acting hard. You need this shit."he said while passing me the blunt.

"'Preciate it."I said before taking a long pull from the blunt.

After yesterday and everything else that's been going on, I needed this shit.
