"Hey go get in the car and go put that damn lizard up!!"I semi yelled at Kai as he pouted about wanting to go to a science museum.

I grabbed Sevyn and Sarai's dipper bag before turning everything off then waiting on Kai.

He came running down here with the lizard still on his shoulder.

"Malakai can you not hear?"I asked him.

"We're gonna be outside anyways."he said and I sighed.

"Okay come on."I said while setting the alarm system and opening the door.

We went outside and headed to the car.

After Kai and I got in and buckled up, Scarr pulled off to the Botanical Garden.

Yes I said Botanical Garden, today we're going there so that we can take family pictures.

The girls, we all have our white pedis and manis, braids, and are wearing the same all white sundress with white sandals.

The boys on the other hand got their haircuts and are wearing blue jeans, white button downs, and have on white forces.

I'm not sure why Scarr decided for them to wear those because they each got pedicures and manicures too and are gonna have to take of their socks and shoes.

All I know is that I brought me a change of shoes as well as my kids because our feet ain't finna be hurting.

Vincent and our photographer, they're right behind us and are going to meet us there.

Not only will we be taking pictures but since the weather feels great, we're gonna be having another picnic.

This time I planned what food we were gonna have.

Not pizza, sodas, and unhealthy snacks like the one Scarr planned last time.

Actual picnic food though.

There are sandwiches, chips, crackers, grapes, strawberries, cheese, summer sausage, apples, lemonade, and blueberry muffins in our baskets along with a quilt.

We have one full basket for our big ass family and one for Vincent and the photographer.

I also brought lots of medicine and a first aid kit just in case one of the kids gets stung by a bee or something or their allergies starts acting up, shit ours too.

I'm expecting today to be a great day, hopefully nothing or nobody fucks it up.

"Hey Vincent, can you hold this for me really quick?"I asked him as I handed him the twin's diaper bag.

He grabbed it and I picked Sarai up and put her in the stroller.

"What you looking at handsome?"I asked Sevyn who was already in the stroller.

"Huh!?"

He started smiling and I snapped his sister in before going behind the stroller and pushing it.

Scarr, Heaven, and Kai we're ahead of us while Vincent, the photographer, twins, and I were behind them.

"Slow down!!"I semi yelled.

"Ketchup mustard!!"Scarr yelled while bending down and letting Heaven hop on his back.

We caught up and handled everything at the front before they lets us in.

Since we didn't need a tourist they let us tour on our own.

"What was the point in coming here?"Heaven asked us.

"This was your mama's idea."Scarr said.

"So that we could see some flowers, enjoy nature, and learn something new."I said while stopping to check on the twins.

"Do they have snakes here?"Kai asked us.

"Nope only flowers and sculptures."

"That's lame."he said.

"You better play tag with your lizard or something."I said and he just looked at me.

"Problem?"I asked him and he rolled his eyes before walking with Scarr.

We walked around, looked at everything, and took pictures for about a hour until they started being dramatic and "getting tired".

We had to change clothes and start our little picnic earlier.

"Gimmie your phone."Kodi said while standing in front of me with her hand out.

I held my finger up to her and turned around before continuing my conversation.

Right now money was on the line and it was no way I could miss out on this call.

"We're not supposed to be accepting any calls right now, you're off today."Kodi said again while standing in front of me.

"You know what Greg, if I don't get back at you in about three hours, just hit up my manager."

"Alright."

"Aight 'preciate it."I said before hanging up.

"Turn it off."Kodi said and I went ahead and turned my phone off.

"There, it's off."

"Thank you."she said while smiling and I shook my head.

We headed back over to the kids who were already sitting on the quilts and eating.

We had found a hill to chill on that gave us a breathtaking view of a lake.

Everything was neat so we didn't really have to worry about the grass being too high or anything.

"Dada!!"Sarai called out to me while looking up and I lifted her up off of the ground and into the air.

She screamed and I brought her back down into my arms to tickle her.

"You love me Rai?"I asked her as she laughed.

"Huh 'cause I love you."I said while kissing her cheeks and blowing on her neck.

"I love you."she said back and I kissed her cheek again before putting her down.

"I love you more baby."

"Mommy!!"she yelled while walking over to Kodi.

"Yes baby?"

"Sugar go school?"

"Does Sugar go to school?"

"Yea!"Sarai and Sevyn both said and I chuckled.

"Yes Sugar goes to school. Y'all are next."she said to them.

"Daddy you want a fruit snack?"Kai asked me.

"Sure son."

"You have to do something first."he said and I chuckled.

"What I gotta do?"

"Come here and let me show you."he said while getting up and I followed him.

"Okay first you have to take off your shoes, lay down on the ground like this, put your arms and feet together like this, and then roll down the hill."

"For a fruit snack?"I asked him as I began taking my shoes off and he nodded.

"Alright I'll do it but you can keep ya fruit snack, you gone do it with me though?"I said while laying down and doing as he instructed.

"Mhm."he hummed while laying down too.

We counted off before rolling down the hill together.

When we got to the bottom, we raced back up to the top and u was tired as hell.

"Baby, come on."I said while walking towards Kodi.

"No Alex!"she said while dusting her hands off.

"You already changed come on."I said while holding my arms out towards her.

"Babe no, go away."

"So you want me to roll you down the hill?"I asked her as I picked her up off of the quilt.

"Alexander stop!!"she laughed while kicking her legs.

The kids were all laughing causing me to.

I laid her down on the ground and she tried to get up so I tripped her causing her to lose balance.

Before she could hit the ground hard, I laid her down before slightly laying on top of her.

She grunted loudly and I chuckled 'cause she was being dramatic as hell.

I placed my arms up under hers cupping her shoulders.

"Alexander why are you doing this to me, you fucking up my hair!!"she semi yelled while hitting me in the back.

"I'll get it redone, hold onto me."I said and she laughed.

"No I'm not holding on to you!!"

"Fine."I said before turning us both over.

"Scarr!!!"she screamed once we both started rolling.

"I—fucking—hate—you!!"She yelled with every time she rolled on top and I was on the bottom.

When we got to the end I got off of her.

"I'm finna beat yo ass!"she said while running after me and started up the hill.

"Catch me if you can!!!"I yelled while running.

Once I got to the top she caught up with me and tackled me.

"Damn!!"I yelled as I felt her hands and two other little hands hitting on me.

When they finally finished, I caught Sevyn lacking and gently threw him down on the grass causing him to laugh.

"Daddy stop playing and come watch this movie with us."Heaven said and I headed over to the quilt with all of them.

We got comfortable before watching some move on one of the twin's iPads.

I finally got a chance to eat before cuddling up with Sarai and taking a nap.

After that hill shit and all of that walking, it was most definitely needed.
