Just moments later, dumating parehas order namin.
"Here, share tayo since diko naman mauubos yan"

"Share tayo" She shoved the plate in the middle. "We're making friends right?"

I felt my heart bursting. I could imagine myself pag nakauwi nako. Siguro I would think of it all night.
"Wait kuha muna ako ng another spoon, maarte ka kasi eh" I was about to stand up when she pulled my arm.
"Wag na, dami pang hugasin nyan"
"Uh- eh di naman ikaw maghuhugas nyan eh"
"Just sit and eat already Janine"

Umupo nako at uminom ng kape. Para pakalmahin sarili ko.

I took the spoon and tasted it.
"Masarap naman" I nodded.

Hindi nya parin ginagalaw yung cake while ako kinakain ko na.
Nagulat nalang ako nung kinuha nya yung spoon sa kamay ko bigla.

We finished eating. With one spoon.
Patigasan talaga, walang mananaig para kumuha ng isa pang spoon.
I mean, okay lang naman kung maghalo saliva..basta sya.
"Uh Miss? Can I get the receipt na?" She called the waitress near us.
"Okay po, I'll just get it in the counter po Mam" the waitress bowed at her.
I mean who wouldn't?
Dumating na yung bill. I pulled my credit card.
She pulled hers too.
"Uh okay lang Tricia, ako nalang"
"Huh? No, I'm just joking kanina, here ako nalang since you know ako nag-aya"
"Tricia di naman ako that type of girl na laging nagpapalibre"
"Hindi rin ako ganon, kaya baba mo na yang card na yan" I said.
"Fine" She finally let go of it. Huminga sya ng malalim. I can tell she's pissed.
"Next time ka nalang" I waved my hand.
"Huy, thank you for today ah, kahit busy ka, I promise di na ko mangungulit heheh"
"Anything for you Janine" I smiled.
"Tsaka nga pala, ganap na ba tayong friends?"
"Yes..yes we are Tricia" I finally smiled.
Yes...we are friends...nothing more.
And we're both good with it.
I just hope we can be Best Friends atleast.
