I chuckled as I hanged up.

"Trish?" A girl appeared in front of me wearing old rose colored shirt and white pants.

"Esther!" I stood up from where I was seating to hug her.

"Ang aga mo ah"

"Excited eh"

"How's Tita?" Esther asked.

"She's doing great, medjo may mga haters paren yes, pero that doesn't mean that she have to give up dahil mas marami pa rin ang naniniwala sa kanya" I smiled.

I always get extra talkative whenever I'm with Esther.

She's my comfort zone. She knows everything about me.

"Basta Trish just tell me if something doesn't go well ha"

"I will, you know me Esther, I always open up to you"

"Okay okay let's eat na?"

I nodded at her as she poured the water to my glass.

Oh how much she loves taking care of me. I couldn't ask for anything.

In the middle of our conversation her phone suddenly rings.

It seems important because of how she looked at it. But she denied the call.

"Huy, it seems important okay lang go answer it" I said.

"No, wala lang yun sister ko lang" She smiled.

"Sabi mo ah" I looked at her. "Ayoko namang makaistorbo sayo or any of your family business"

"Di Trish, it's okay"

"Why the fvck isn't she answering my call" I stomped my feet on the office floor.

I decided to call her again. She kept on denying it.

"Mia, can you call my sister?" I finally asked Mia for help.

I just wanted to ask her a favor and it's very urgent so I need to reach her out.

To admit, we're not really in good terms. We used to fight. But I always do my best to be a good 'Ate' to her, but she wouldn't even notice it.

"She's not answering po" Mia said.

"Okay okay" I tried to calm myself down.

I called her once again and she finally answered it.

"Hey" I said.

"What?"

"Uhm I just wanted to ask you a favor"

"Sana you chatted my nalang, I'm with my girl okay? Respect naman" She sounded mad.

"I'm your Ate Esther! Your my responsibility, now kung ayaw mong gawin ipapagawa ko sayo then I'll call Dad"

"Ganyan ka naman diba? May nagbago ba?"

She immediately hanged up.

"Mam, is everything okay po?"

"I just wanted to be a good sister to her" I lowered my voice. "I guess I can't"
