《We Weren't Acting》Chapter 26 - Whatever Floats Your Boat

"Action."

With that call, I'm now snapped into the role of my character Sky.

After my line, the cameramen move closer to us, getting better angles of me and Chris, from where we sit on the fake couch.

Chris gives me the biggest smile, "You're too cute for your own good."

Chris acts offended and scoffs, rolling his eyes.

"No, I'm not."

Damn.

It's getting hot in here.

"Chris," I warn, clearly showing that I'm bothered.

"CUT!"

Shit, why the hell is he cutting the scene?

Chris looks at me with a knowing grin, I give him a look of confusion while glancing at Liam.

"Chris is not the person you are acting in love with Lola," he says sternly from his seat behind the cameras. "It's Oliver, please don't make this mistake again, we're lucky that we don't need to start this scene over again, we could just continue where we left off, get ready you too, I'll give you a minute to get back into character."

That's so embarrassing, I scowl myself in my head.

Knowing Chris knows that I'm denying my feelings for him is one thing, and then I practically groan his name, instead of the charter he's playing.

Someone please, run me over with a train.

I for sure just boosted his ego, way more than I should have, I'll be hearing about this later.

"I know you weren't acting just then," his voice rumbles, as he whispers in my ear, making sure all the cameramen are distracted.

"I know you were thinking of me when I was rubbing your thigh," he says while kissing my earlobe quickly and secretly so no one can see.

I let out a small gasp knowing he's right.

I was supposed to be in character, acting in the moment with 'Oliver', not Chris.

"I know you wish we weren't in this room, with all these damn people. I know you want me just as much as I want you," he says not bothering to hide the huskiness to his voice.

Damn, he makes me crazy, he consumes my thought's twenty-four-seven.

"Stop, let's get back into character," I say sternly, glaring at the man beside me.

"I don't need to be in character to act like I'm fantasized by you," He says shrugging his shoulders, "But whatever floats your boat."

"Quiet on set!" Liam calls, "Slate in, sound rolling, camera rolling."

"Action!"

With that call, I'm now snapped into the role of my character Sky.

Me and Chris are so consumed in each other that we don't hear Liam calling 'cut'.

We quickly pull apart, panting and disappointed that we couldn't continue.

"We're going to have a problem here," Is all Liam says.

Hope you all love it!

Let me know if there are any mistakes.

I would appreciate if you would tell your followers to read my book and to tell their followers to read my book as well.

Peace out, till tomorrow...

Xoxo, Lexi
