Glancing one last time at my phone with a smile, I get ready to pick up Lola for our date.

I decided on taking Lola to a drive-in movie for our first date. It's perfect because it's not cliche, but it's cheesy and classic.

Grabbing my leather jacket to match my black ripped tight jeans, and my black muscle shirt I slip out the door to pick up Lola.

I'm halted in the seat of my R8, I've never been nervous for a date before in my life, I'm normally calm cool and collected. However I can't say the same for tonight, I feel like I have the hot sweats, I'm constantly fixing my hear and fixing my clothes.

This is the first time I like the girl I'm taking out before our first date.

It usually takes time before I figure out my feelings for someone, but for Lola, it feels natural and easy.

Wiping my sweaty palms on my jeans, I take the keys out of the ignition grab my phone and head into the condo building where she lives.

With a last glance at myself through my reflection on my phone, I knock on her door, nervously bouncing on the heels of my feet for Lola.

After a minute I hear lightfoot footsteps running to the door before it whips open and I see Lola fighting for air, with flushed cheeks.

"Are you okay?" I ask reaching out to touch her cheek, but before my fingers can make contact with her soft skin she flinches away from my touch.

Weird?

"Ya I'm good just finished working out thirty-five minutes ago and I still feel exhausted from it," She said with a breathy laugh, and glances everywhere but my eyes.

The first sign when someone's lying is they avoid eye contact.

"If you're too tired we don't have to go anywhere today."

"No I'm fine I want to," She protests while looking down. "Am I dressed okay?" She asks

Looking down at her outfit I have to force myself not to let my mouth drop open. Even when she's wearing a simple outfit she's a goddess. Light blue ripped baggy boyfriend jeans cover her gorgeous long legs, accompanied by a burgundy halter top, and black heeled boots.

"You look amazing," I admit with a smile. "How do I look?" I ask her back.

"Hmm, I don't know give me a spin," She says while twirling her finger around in the air with a goofy smile.

I laugh, as I stick my hands in the pockets of my leather jacket and spin around for her as she requested. "So what do you think?" I ask once I'm facing her and raise an eyebrow, as I see she's trying to hold in a laugh.

"Nothing you look perfect," She defends as she locks her door and we step into the elevator together.

"So where are we going?" She asks while glancing up at me.

ugh, I love it when she looks up to me like that, it's so adorable.

"I hope you like movies."

"Well I am an actor," She trails off with a teasing tone to her angelic voice.

Shit, I'm so stupid, of course, she likes movies she's in them for gosh sakes.

"I'm just playing with you," She teases with a smile and patting my shoulder.

Once the elevator stops at the lobby we walk into the warm night to my car.

She suddenly stops and beams at my car, she strides up to it and runs her hands along it.

"This is your car?" She questions while still looking at the mat black R8 in front of her.

"Yeah she's a beauty," I reply while opening and closing the car door for her.

Once I'm seeded Lola continues excitedly beside me, " I can't wait to hear the V10 of this baby,"

I turn my body towards her's surprised, "You know about cars?"

"I love cars, me and my dad always used to watch Top Gear every Thursday, and that's how I feel in love with them." She says fondly.

A sweet, caring, and beautiful girl who loves cars?

I hit the jackpot with this one.

I know, I know!! It's really short, but I wanted to get something out to you guys today so I came through with this!
