Beer bottles on the floor

Laying in bed he's dead to the world

Cig after cig he smokes away

He just wants to numb the pain

Tears dried up on his cheeks

He finds some peace when he's asleep

He thinks of dying, but it's just a thought

He probably won't go through with it at all

He's lonely and wants someone to be with
