"But, what about me? How can I be happy?"

I quickly walked away, staying there longer would break my heart even more.

After a while I stopped and sat down on a bench. Tears just couldn't stop flowing, luckily there's noone here or so I thought. While I was wiping my tears someone suddenly came up to me.

"Here."

The person said while handing me their handkerchief, I looked up and saw it was a boy. Even though I cant see he's features clearly due to the lighting but, I know that he is handsome.

"Thank you."

I replied.

"Izekiel, Izekiel Alpheus."

"Oh. My name is Y/n L/n"

I replied.

"You're name sounds kinda familiar."

"Oh."

"Anyways.. I hope you'll feel better! I should get going now."

With that he left.

I got up and slowly walked to the nearest place I can stay in.

But something keeps bothering me, it feels like I'm being followed or I'm just paranoid.

I hurriedly ran but the cloaked person grabbed my arm roughly.

I nodded. He took off his hood and looked at me...

Tears started to form in my eyes.

"L-lucas..."

"What are you doing here Y/n?!"

He yelled, which made me flinched.

"I was supposed to meet my lover.. But it looks like he betrayed me."

I glared at him.

He scoffed.

"Y/n, for about 100,00 years I waited for you! But you never came back! Am I just gonna wait for you all my life?!"

"Yes!! Because you promised me!!"

I yelled back.

"Well, Promises are meant to be broken."

He added..

"All the days that I worked hard to get reincarnated, was all for you."

"You should've tried harder."

I sighed.

"I did, but in the end it's still useless."

"I don't love you anymore, Y/n."

He replied.

"But I still love you. Do you not really love me? is there no space left for me in your heart?"

I sobbed.

"No. Stopped loving me Y/n. You should find someone to make you happy."
