《One-Eighty || Taekook》Chapter 14

Taehyung's worst nightmare had always been not being able to breath. The feeling of not being able to fill your lungs with air anymore absolutely terrified the brown haired boy yet that was exactly was he was unable to do at the moment.
A ringing noise was filling the young lawyer's ears as a result of the explosion on the right side of the building. Taehyung's vision was filled with black spots because of the lack of air in his system and the enormous amount of dust that filled the room as a result of the explosion.
Slowly the prisoner behind the brown haired boy was releasing the pressure on Taehyung's throat a bit and immediately the boy gasped for air. "You'll do exactly as I say, or Jihun will pay for it." The young lawyer suddenly heard the deep voice of the raven haired prisoner whisper inside his ear and tears immediately filled the scared boy's eyes. How the hell did Jungkook know his brother's name?
Quickly multiple tears escaped his eyes and were rolling down his cheeks. He couldn't risk anything if his brother was involved. It was him who decided to be the mafia leader's lawyer, not his innocent little brother.
Slowly the young lawyer's vision became somewhat clear again and the young lawyer looked with a terrified look at the scene happening in front of him. The complete right side of the courtroom had been blown up, like it had never been there in the first place. There pieces of the wall scattered around the whole courtroom and multiple people could be seen laying on the floor. A horrified look quickly made it's way onto the young lawyer's face once he realized all the people on the floor were either passed out or death.
Multiple people with black masks and dark clothes were standing to close to Jungkook and Taehyung. Those people were clearly here for one thing and one thing only. Get Jungkook out of here and kill anyone who tries to prevent that. All the man were standing in a circle around the two boys, and they were holding pretty big guns.
"Release the boy!"' One of the guards who had been standing next to the entrance of the courtroom screamed while he pointed his gun at the black masked man standing in front of Jungkook. More tears started to roll down the young lawyer's cheeks and a small sob made it's way out of the boy's mouth. The brown haired boy was scared as hell and he could only hope that the mafia boss would do what the guard told him.
As soon as Jungkook started to laugh a little and shake his head Taehyung knew that wasn't going to happen anytime soon. "How about you just give me the keys to these handcuffs." Jungkook answered the guard and even though Taehyung couldn't see his former client's face the boy jut knew that the ravenette would have a smirk on his face. The boy had been fearless back in prison, who knows what he would be capable of outside of it?
''You wont get them!" The guard screamed back and quickly the ravenette increased the pressure on Taehyung's throat again. The suffocating feeling from before quickly returned and Taehyung instantly started to panic. His body was screaming for air and the young lawyer was desperately tugging at the metal chain of Jungkook's handcuffs.
"I wasn't asking." The raven haired boy behind Taehyung spoke while a hint of amusement could be detected in his voice. The ravenette was clearly enjoying all of this and the brown haired boy started to panic even more. If he wouldn't be able to get some air in his lungs he would pass out soon.

"Kill him." The mafia boss said and immediately after his words a booming sound sounded through the room. Taehyung immediately stopped tugging at the metal chain and slowly pressed himself a bit further against Jungkook's chest in order to decrease the pressure the boy was putting on his throat.
A few tears escaped Taehyung's eyes once he saw the man who had tried to save his life fall lifelessly to the ground. A big red spot quickly formed on his chest and the smell of gunpowder soon filled Taehyungs nostrils. An evil laugh made it's way out of Jungkook's mouth and the scared feeling inside the brown haired boy's chest increased a lot. The man who was standing behind him was no human, he was a monster.
Quickly one of the men dressed in black ran towards the lifeless guard and started to search his body for the keys. A few more tears escaped Taehyung's eyes when he dared to look into the guard's open eyes only to find a death and scared look in them. This man had died trying to save to ignorant young lawyer who had thought he could get the biggest criminal of the country to cooperate with him. Why did he have to be so stupid?
Soon the man found what he was looking for and quickly returned to Jungkook before starting to get the handcuffs of his boss. As the man stood in front of Taehyung he couldn't help but somehow recognize the man's eyes. His eyes were the only part of his face that was visible, yet the young lawyer was sure it wasn't his first time looking in this man's eyes. The black dressed man quickly looked away the moment he caught the young lawyer staring at him and a confused look quickly formed on Taehyung's face.
The moment both handcuffs were removed from the ravenette's hands Taehyung immediately gasped for air, only to start couching right after. Slowly the boy lifted his fingers to the spot on his neck were Jungkook had been painfully pressing the metal string of his handcuffs in his skin. A burning feeling immediately formed once the young lawyer touched his skin and he softly hissed, this would hurt for a long time.
"Let's go." One of the other man said and Jungkook nodded before demanding a gun. Taehyung couldn't help but feel even more terrified now that the younger boy had both hands free. Even though the mafia boss had been suffocating him non-stop when he was still handcuffed there was so much worse the boy could do now that he could move is arms freely. Hell, he even had a gun now.
"Hands behind your back." Jungkook said before pressing his gun against Taehyung's temple. The young lawyer quickly obeyed and a big lump started to form inside his throat. This would be it, Jungkook didn't need him anymore and would kill him now. The brown haired boy quickly squeezed his eyes shut and swallowed deeply.
However instead of the deafening sound of Jungkook firing the gun the boy felt a cold metal thing press against both his wrists. The boy slowly dared to open his eyes and a surprised look made it's way onto the boy's face. Jungkook was putting his own handcuffs around Taehyungs wrists and a feeling of hope started to rise in the boy's chest. Maybe they would just handcuff him and leave.
However the feeling of hope soon faded away once Jungkook spoke the following words. "Let's head for the roof, Chim you're in charge of my new toy." Tears immediately started to stream out of the brown haired boy's eyes non-stop once the ravenette had said those words. His life was over, once he would end up in the world were Jungkook belonged he would be as good as dead. Why did the mafia boss have to take him, why couldn't he just let him be?

The man named 'Chim' quickly went to stand behind Taehyung and gave him a soft push in the direction of the exit of the room once the rest of the group started to go into that direction. The group of men quickly made their way out of the courtroom, and Taehyung couldn't help but feel sick to his stomach at the sight of the countless bodies they passed when they made their way out of the room. did these men really have no remorse at all?
All the men were walking in a fast pace, while they held their guns tightly in their hands. Soon they had reached the stairs and quickly made their way upstairs. as soon as they had reached the first set of stairs however Taehyung couldn't help but lose his balance. Due to the fact that his hands were cuffed behind his back the young lawyer didn't have any chance to catch himself and thus he fell onto the stairs with a hard smack.
Immediately a sharp pain shot through the young lawyers right knee and a pained sob made it's way out of the boy's mouth. Immediately all men looked at him, something which made the brown haired boy even more sacred than he already was. 6 scary man with Guns were looking at him and the boy desperately tried to hold in his sobs.
"Stand up" Jungkook said once he kneeled down in order to be at eye level with Taehyung. A demanding tone was lacing the ravenette's voice and out of fear the brown haired boy immediately tried to do so. Tears were streaming out of his eyes non-stop now and a terrified look was displayed accros the young lawyer's face. Never in his life had been this scared before.
Quickly Taehyung tried to do exactly as Jungkook told him to but immediately failed once a sharp pain shot through his knee again once the young lawyer tried to put some pressure on it. The boy quickly lost his balance and closed his eyes, waiting for the impact of falling again. A surprised look made it's way onto the young lawyer's face however once he felt two big hands grab his waist preventing him from hitting the ground.
Slowly Taehyung opened his eyes again, only to see the big hands of Jungkook surrounding his waist. Said boy quickly moved closer to Taehyung and picked him up bridal style. "Let's go, we can't waste any more time here." Jungkook said, a serious tone lacing his voice. All the men quickly nodded and began climbing the stairs again.
Every move Jungkook made felt like a sharp knife was piercing through Taehyung's knee, and while the brown haired boy did his best to prevent himself from sobbing some of them still made its way out of his mouth. The ravenette however didn't pay any attention to the sounds that came out of Taehyung's mouth and was still quickly climbing the stairs.
Soon the boy's reached the top of the stairs and one of the man with masks quickly opened the door outside. Taehyung squeezed his eyes a little once the bright light from outside hit his face and soon the group was standing on the roof of the courthouse. Immediately the loud noise of ambulances and police cars filled the young lawyer's ears and a spark of hope rushed up his spine. Maybe they would still be able to safe him!
Suddenly loud noises from inside sounded through the door and all men quickly pulled their guns towards the door on the roof, except for Jungkook who was still holding Taehyung. These footsteps were surely those of the police men and the brown haired boy hopefully looked at the entrance of the roof. The would be here any minute now.
"How much longer for Joon to arrive?" The ravenette spoke while he was looking around himself, almost as if he was searching for something. The sky had a bright blue color yet it was freezing cold. Soon Taehyung started to shake softly while his lips slowly turned a bit blue. The boy had never been a fan of the cold weather and he was kind of thankful for the heath radiating of the mafia boss' body. Even though the young lawyer dind't like the situation he was in one bit, he was thankful for the small amount of warmth he was able to get from Jungkook.
"Surrender or die!" Taehyung suddenly heard someone scream nearby and a soft laugh erupted from the ravenette's mouth. "They never learn, do they?" The raven haired boy said and he quickly put Taehyung on the ground. A smirk was clearly visible on the boy's face once he put the young lawyer down and Taehyung was scared to death what would happen next.
" I'll teach them not to fuck with me." Jungkook said and immediately got a nod from the smallest man of the group, the one Taehyung swore he had seen before. The ravenette quickly loaded the gun and tossed it around a bit as if it wasn't some deadly object he was holding. A serious look suddenly covered the former prisoner's face and he immediately pointed the gun towards the door the sounds were coming from.
"Surrender yourselves!" One of the guards screamed, but was immediately put to silence once Jungkook planted a bullet right between his eyes. Slowly tears started to escape from the blonde boy's eyes again as he watched in horror how yet another lifeless body hit the ground with a thump. The scene the young lawyer was watching was like something straight out of a horror movie and Taehyung wanted nothing more than to just turn the tv off and go to bed. Unfortunately this was his life right now and there was nothing he could do about it except hope one of the guards would actually hit their target.
After a few minutes of the police and the men in black firing bullets at each other an unfamiliar sound was sounding in the distance and Taehyung slowly looked around himself. In the far distance a black helicopter could be seen, and by the look of it it was approaching fast. "Fucking finally" Jungkook softly whispered as he quickly walked towards Taehyung again while his men were still shooting at everyone trying to come near their boss. Quickly the ex-prisoner put his arms around Taehyung again and swiftly lifted him up from the ground. Even. though the brown haired boy was scared as hell of the young mafia boss who was holding him right now he couldn't help but snuggle a bit closer to him. The ground had been freezing cold and the young lawyer would do anything to get a bit warmth in his system at the moment.
Soon the black helicopter was flying directly above the courthouse and it quickly started it's landing. the helicopter was the biggest Taehyung had ever seen and the scared feeling in his chest started to get worse again. Once everyone would enter that helicopter it would be over. There was no way the police would be able to capture Jungkook and he would be a free man walking again. But even worse, once they would enter that helicopter Taehyung would be considered a lost case. He would never be able to see his family or friends again.
And who knows what Jungkook would decide to do with him? Tears quickly started to stream down the brown haired boy's face when visions of him being tortured and killed filled his mind. whatever it was that the mafia boss had in mind for Taehyung, it sure wouldn't be anything nice. Jungkook didn't seen like the type to have mercy on someone.
As soon as the black helicopter was standing on top of the courthouse Jungkook immediately made his way over towards it. A boy with purple hair opened the door of the helicopter and a bright smile was plastered on his face. "Kook, finally done playing around?" The unknown boy said while happiness was clearly lacing his voice. "You bet I am, can you take him from me?" Jungkook answered his purple haired friend and the boy immediately started to nod. Carefully Jungkook handed the brown haired boy he was holding over to his friend and within no time Taehyung was sitting in a black leather seat. Within a few moments all boys quickly got in the helicopter and once the purple haired boy gave the signal to the pilot to take off they were gone.
