Finney had survived. Was it worth it though? All of those other children were dead. Finney felt guilt, he couldn't save them.
It had been a few months since he escaped, and it was getting easier. He returned to school a month after the kidnapping, not that he wanted to. Gwen was there with him, she was always trying her best to make her brother happy.
It just wasn't enough. Finney had nightmares almost every night, he would try to avoid sleep so he wouldn't have to relive those horrible memories. Finney felt as if he was going insane, and he hated it.
The bullying got worse, of course it did. People had no sympathy for him, especially not people from school. They thought of him as the bad guy, not the grabber. Finney would never understand them, and he never tried too.
Finney still had Robin though. Robin was always there to listen to him, he was such a nice listener. Finney would tell him all his problems, not holding back. Finney felt safe with Robin, he loved Robin.
He could never say it out loud with words though. That would ruin everything, and Finney didn't want that. He kept it to himself, he didn't want to be more of a burden then he already was.
Finney finally decided he would write to Robin about his feelings. So, Finney poured his heart out onto the letter. He would take the letter to Robin next time he saw him.
Finney was running to Robin, he needed to do it now or he would never be able to do it.
Once he got to Robin he sat down, and opened the letter. Finney placed it against the tombstone, and sobbed. He cried until he possibly couldn't anymore.
"We'll see eachother soon mi amor, i promise." Finney says, standing up and walking away. He meant his promise, he was never one to break them.

Being pregnant, scared and alone sounds like the worst case scenario right? Wrong. Worst case scenario is being pregnant, scared, alone AND homeless. Which is exactly what Leighton was. Having no idea what to do next, she sat against the wall, head in her hands as she cried. She could hear his voice in her head, playing over and over again like a broken record. She knew one thing, and she clung to that one thing till the end. We were unbroken. We would be okay. We just needed to trust that everything was meant to be, and I hoped that everything would work out the way it was supposed to. Barley believing herself, she stood up and typed in roommate applications, and after hours of finding nothing, her friend came to the rescue and sent her one that seemed ALMOST perfect. Except for one thing. It was a household FULL of boys, YOUNG ADULT BOYS, who she was sure loved to party, and would be a horrible place for a pregnant person to live, let alone a baby... but sadly, it was her only affordable option so she hesitantly submitted her application to someone named Samuel Golbach and Cole Brock and hoped for the best. *Book One*Thought of on: November 15th 2021Started on: November 19th 2021First Part Published: November 28th 2021Republished: March 11th 2022 - went under editingFinished editing: April 4th 2022 - up to 28 was edited to change storyline and names and suchEnded on: June 13th 2022

We're looking through this book and want to give a huge disclaimer: this was written in 2014 when we were 15. We're now in 2021 and are 22 and find it incredibly problematic at times. This book started strong and then unfortunately it started to reflect the bad vibes of books we were exposed to at the time. Please take care of yourself if you want to venture onwards Xx Niki and Zoe

He pops up in my mind more frequently than I'll admit. He's popular. He's three years older than me, a basketball star and a local hero. He's always the talk of the town. But he's changed, and there's something about Rowan that's different. He's got more secrets hidden away than I thought. And I never thought I'd stumble into one like this.*Updates weekly on Fridays*
