《The black phone ~imagines~》Stood up (Bruce)

As a baseball player, Bruce sort of had a big ego. It wasn't intolerable, it was just... well intolerable
Every chick at the game loved him, but me. I mean yes he stole my heart with his looks and skills but I didn't care about him the way those girls did. I only ever went to the games to get out of the house
My home life was hard but not too hard that it would show in public. It would hurt me in public but ruin me at home
My parents would always make little digs about my weight, my inability to stay away from sweet food, my nonexistent interest to exercise
Slowly, those things break you, destroy you.
I knew a boy like Bruce would never like a girl like me. He had a perfect life. Perfect parents, who care and support his decisions
After the game Bruce saw her sitting in the stands, alone. Everyone else had gone home. As he got closer to her, he noticed who she was. This was his shot, to ask her, alone
Bruce- the game is over ya know!
Y/n- yeah I know, I'm just waiting for a friend
Bruce- well let me keep you company until then
Y/n- if you insist
He sat next to me
Bruce- so do you have any plans tonight
Y/n- not really, you?
Bruce- well depends how you answer this question
Y/n- what?
Bruce- do you want to go out with me tonight
Y/n- I can't
I thought about how I would really spend my night if I didn't accept. Alone in my room, hiding from my parents
Bruce- oh, no worries
He began to walk back across the field
Y/n- wait! Actually I can go
Bruce- really
Y/n- yeah
Bruce- great, I'll meet you at seven?

Y/n- sure, sounds good to me
Bruce went home, preparing for the date. His parents were supportive and excited to meet this mystery girl he hadn't stopped talking about for months
Me on the other hand, I was strolling home slowly, not wanting to be in that house for any longer than needed. I was hoping to make it home at 6:45 with 15 minutes to prepare, plenty of time
A black van slowly drove past. Nothing crossed my mind when I saw it, although I suppose something should've
Bruce arrived at her house, a smile plastered on his face. She had told him not to knock and that she'd meet him outside. Around 20 minutes passed and still no sign of her
He knocked on the door, a worried looking older woman answered
Mother- can I help you?
Bruce- hi I'm Bruce, Bruce yamada (ok but why did yamada auto correct into tampons)
Mother- why are you here?
Bruce- I was meant to meet y/n at least 20 minutes ago
Mother- she hasn't come home
She stood me up
That was the only thought that crossed his mind.
As he went home, horrible thoughts about her crossed his mind
That fucking slut faced bitch stood me up
Later that night as he sat in his room, alone in anger, an urgent need message interrupted his show
"15 year old y/n l/n has officially been reported missing as of this evening. The search for her starts tomorrow at 6am. All help that is given will be greatly appreciated."
Bruce's heart sank. Maybe she hadn't stood him up.

Lifestones of Lebreima
Lottica and Nick probably could have dealt with the sudden death of their parents. They probably really could have coped. IF. IF they hadn't had to deal with foreign grandparents who wanted to whisk them off to Lebreima, a small Old World country thousands of miles away from their friends and neighbors. IF they weren't being pursued by a sinister figure in a cape (a cape of all things!) who may have killed their parents. IF, in the ruins of their house, Lottica and Nick hadn't found what their dad had hidden there, along with secrets that were about to change the universe as they knew it. IF (and this deserves the all caps) THEIR DEAD PARENTS HAD JUST STAYED DEAD.

Golem Armor: Building a Mech In Fantasy World.
He died of old age, surrounded by not people but machines built by his own hands. Join him as he reawakens in a fantasy world, once again, trying his best to reach his dream. A different person molded by his new surrounding, Adrin had to adapt to survive. The journey towards it would be slow as he had to start from the bottom and build everything from scratch. He had to adapt to using unfamiliar tools to recreate the things he had built, or using science to get ahead. The world, however, wouldn’t open a path for him to travel. Monsters big and small, people kind and cruel would stand in his way whether he liked it or not. Author’s note: English is not my first language. For young adults (light adult content, not romance focused). A remake/revamp of an original story. It will take a while before pieces are put together.

The Supernormal
In a world where fantasy has become everyday, one man stands against absurdity. The local Tower stomps through the streets. Any hedge could contain a witch. Walls regularly crumble, though none more often than the fourth. In the magical city of Blackpool, all ridiculousness is possible, and it takes everything for Jack Of All Trades to survive. Badly, at that. Perpetually late with his rent, he'll take up arms for any paying customer in order to fulfill his quest. His obstacles include polka-loving ghosts, card-game playing vampires, and the most vicious monsters of all: copyright lawyers. When he's joined by an arrogant magus and an insecure vampire, his life gets even more complicated, but no matter what kind of infuriating choose-your-own-adventure he finds himself on, one constant remains—his rent is due at the end of the month. On second thoughts, maybe he should stay in bed. The Supernormal isn't your average web-novel. It's an urban fantasy parody that saunters through a world full of the absurd, delighting in poking fun at popular media, widely-accepted ideas, and often itself. Story arcs only loosely connect through the characters, who are themselves slowly fleshed out as the story continues. Think of Discworld meets The Dresden Files meets Gintama. This novel won't be for everyone, but if it is for you, you're in for a hell of a ride.
