《The black phone ~imagines~》Tutor pt. 4 (Vance)

Vance stayed up all night drinking to get over what had happened. Me on the other hand, I was knocked out in bed.
I woke up, my hair a mess. I couldn't remember much from last night, I guess all the crying got to my head. I decided to have a bath in order to drown out my thoughts. I opened the window to let the fresh air in before locking the bathroom door. I ran the bath and stripped down. Once it was warm enough I submerged my whole body in. I think I was finally trying to get over him.
Suddenly there was a crash on the bathroom floor followed by a quiet "fuck". I was terrified. Who was in my bathroom? I felt scared and vulnerable. I'm a 15 year old alone in a bathroom and not to mention wearing nothing
I moved the bubbles over my body in a quick attempt to hide the parts of my body I didn't want seen by whoever this was.
Suddenly a tall figure came around the corner, stumbling, clearly drunk and a glass bottle, now broken, in hand
Vance- hey- oh shit
He covered his eyes
Y/n- what the hell!?
I quickly grabbed a towel and stood up covering myself
Y/n- what are you doing in my house, let alone my bathroom
Vance- I wanted to see you, no I wanted to apologise
He passed me the broken bottle, I carefully took it into my hands "coke" was written in white letters across the middle of the bottle
Vance- it's not much use now but it was meant to replace the one at the dance
Y/n- yes because I have a coke bottle sized hole in my heart at this very moment
Vance- ok I get it, I'm sorry I didn't kiss you

Y/n- it's not just that Vance
I began drying my hair with a spare towel
Vance- what is it then?
Y/n- you told people I blew you and then you blamed me for you anger issues and then you went with Donna to the dance!
Uh oh, I shouldn't have said that last bit
Vance- are you jealous of Donna?
Y/n- no, yes, maybe- i don't know right now
Vance- your confusing
Y/n- take a look at yourself
Vance- ok I deserved that
We both fell silent, most of what we needed to say had just been said
Vance- you look hot- I mean pretty, wait I mean good
Y/n- eh, are you ok? Did you hit your head when you fell through my window
Vance- no why?
Y/n- cause your not thinking straight at all
Vance- funny because I think I'm thinking a lot straighter than usual
He began walking towards me, making me back up against the wall
Vance- do you want this?
Y/n- depends what "this" is
Vance- well if I told you before I did it, it wouldn't be fun for me
Y/n- fun for you? Then I definitely don't want whatever "this" is
Vance- fine suit yourself
Y/n- can you go now
Vance- sure
He climbed back out the window leaving me there shocked and weak. It felt like my legs were about to physically fall out from under me
I finally got ready for school. Everyone's eyes were on me. I couldn't hear what they were saying, only whispers.
"I heard she was naked when he climbed through the window"
" I heard they fucked in the shower"
"No it was in her parents bed"
"I heard he cut her neck with a bottle"
What was going on? What were they talking about?
Vance stormed up to me, clearly angry
Advertisement
Vance- did you tell someone that we fucked?
Y/n- we didn't and no I didn't say that to anyone
Vance- well someone is saying it
Y/n- tell them to stop then
Vance- you probably like this rumour, it'll finally get your name out there
Y/n- do you always have to be so degrading ?!
Vance- if it keeps you in line then yeah
I stormed off. I was furious with him.
I was walking home from school, alone like usual. Robin and finney were doing something and Gwen was at her friends.
Vance- wait up!
Y/n- what do you want now ?
Vance- Jesus for someone so short, you walk so fast
Y/n- well I only walk fast when I'm trying to get away from someone
Vance- who- oh
Y/n- yeah, oh
Vance- anyway, I shut the rumour down. But if you want we could start another rumour
Y/n- like what
Vance- u and I start dating
Y/n- in your dreams
I walked away, this time he got the memo not to follow.
I was in bed doing homework. Suddenly I was interrupted by a knock on the door. My parents weren't home so I had to answer. I expected a person to be there but instead it was a small glass bottle of coke with "I'm sorry" written on it
I knew Vance was watching so I tried to keep a straight face but I couldn't help but smile. He really could be sweet at time
Y/n- fine, your forgiven
Vance- finally
He walked up to me, grabbing me by my waist and pulling me close to him.
Vance- just tell me to stop and I'll go away
Y/n- why would I tell you to stop, it's just a kiss
Vance- this isn't just a kiss, it means more than that
Y/n- of course it's more than just a kiss
With that he pressed his lips against mine, surprisingly gently. I expected it to be rough but it was passionate and also lustful
Vance- so I take it you do want to start that rumour I said earlier
Y/n- if it means you'll stop climbing through my window then yes
Vance- oh baby, if you date me that means I'm going to be climbing through your room a lot more
Y/n- I guess I can deal with that
He smiled, a genuine happy smile for this first time since his mother passed. I picked up the coke bottle, opening it and taking a swig of it
Y/n- hey that's mine!
He passed it to me and I took a sip.
We spent the whole night under the starts, drinking that bottle of coke and talking about random things, things I'd never feel comfortable telling anyone else. That's what I loved about Vance, I felt so comfortable with him, like we were always meant to be. Sure enough we were always meant to be

Will Kara find purpose once again as she pushes forward for glory? *This is a Female MC who doesn't fall over in love over every male or female she sees so if you were on the fence worried about that it is all good. No kinky shenanigans here either. **This is my first fiction that others get to see. I've made the attempt several times before, but never really got far. Please excuse my grammar-I know I'm bad at it and will work to correct issues you may see. I also will work to keep each chapter 1500+ words as I hate reading shorter chapters. ***Currently in rewrite to fix grammar and fill plot better.

Grim Thorne, the disinherited son of the Earl, is a fly caught in the web of power struggles between these forces. When Grim closes his eyes, he can still see the bodies piled high from the first day of occupation. The day he was branded a bastard in the southern fashion. The day his father let them. Soldiers from the south bearing green cloaks and royal seals maintain order in the streets of Bleakridge, ensuring that the lifeblood of commerce continues to flow through the port city. In the slums beyond the outer wall, the Sons of the Reaper lurk. Some call them heroes, others villains. But all fear them for their relentless devotion to the old ways and the freedom that entails. In the castle above the city, resides the Earl of Bleakridge. The man who bent the knee and saved the lives of his people, if not their souls. After twenty years of occupation, the tension is coming to a head and Grim has to choose. Sympathetic to the Sons, duty bound to his father, and forced into service to the king. He must rise above the brand on his neck and decide where his true loyalties lie. But, after so long, it can be hard to tell who is deserving of loyalty. The King’s men who enforce order with a blood-soaked iron fist? The Sons who more resemble terrorists and crime lords than revolutionaries? Or the father who watches the bloodshed and does nothing? In the end, it is always the place of the young to bear the sins of the old.
