《The black phone ~imagines~》Stupid (vance)

Vance hopper, an absolute pig. I have never hated a boy more in my life. He was ignorant, stuck up and disgusting
We used to be friends, well more than friends. We'd kiss every now and then and when he'd ask me to, I'd sometime give him a bj but he never did anything for me
He told everyone in school that I had forced him to let me do this stuff to him, that was never true. Never
Since then we've been avoiding each other.
It was Tuesday morning. I walked into school and Vance was swapping spit with some girl right by my Locker.
I walked up to my locker and stared him down
Vance- you got a problem?
Y/n- yeah, your in the way of my locker
Vance- oh so sorry, does the slut want me to move
Y/n- you can move by yourself or I'll fucking move you
Vance- I'd like to see you try
Robin- just leave her alone Vance
Robin stood next to me with his arm around my shoulder. God he was my saviour. Robin was always there for me. I'm so grateful for him
Vance- fine
Vance left
Y/n- thanks
Robin- hey let me know if he bothers you again
Y/n- obviously robin
We walked to class laughing. We sat next to eachother. Most people thought we were a couple. Robin and I were far from it. We were just really close. I stayed at robins almost every night because my mother was an abusive bitch
Through the whole class I could feel someone staring at me as robin and I passed notes to eachother, effortlessly bitching about people
I looked back to see Vance staring me down. I gave him a dirty look before turning back around.
Suddenly a rolled up ball of paper landed on my desk. Curiously, I opened it

"Come over tonight at 10"
I looked around, trying to find who gave it to me. Finney shaw? No, too engrossed in his work. Robin Arellano? No, the paper came from behind me. Vance hopper? Yes, staring daggers at me and smirking.
I shook my head, giving him my answer. Boy he wasn't happy. After class, I ran to my locker before going outside to meet up with robin and finney.
As I was looking for them, someone grabbed my hand
Y/n- what the fuck
Vance - why did you say no?
Y/n- is that a serious question
Vance- fuck y/n don't play games with me
Y/n- come on you just wanna get in my pants and then blame it on me again
Vance- first bit is true, second bit is a total lie
Y/n- I don't wanna go to your house
Vance- we can go to your house if that's better?
Y/n- oh my god Vance! I don't wanna sleep with you!
Vance - come on, your lying to yourself
Y/n- god your head is so far up your ass
Vance- no it's not
He went to grab my hand again but I pulled away.
Y/n- get your head out of your ass Vance it's not a hat
With that I stormed off. I couldn't believe how stupid he was, or how stupid he thought I was. He really thought I'd sleep with him
Vance- oh we both know it's gonna happen one day!
I flipped him off, trying to let off that what he was saying wasn't true but we really did both know that it would happen one day, just not today
He watched me walking away, smiling, feeling he'd accomplished something. In a way he sort of did accomplish something. The beginning to our friendship, and future relationship

Vast Asleep
The story of Kingard the Binder in the aftermath of Broken This short story is the epilogue of Broken, the second book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. It’s a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers but is set apart from the full-length narrative. Vast Asleep follows the story of Kingard, who finds himself caught in a world called Mother's realm, bathed in glowing light but strangely stuck in place. He encounters his greatson Varyan there, and learns that his experiences are likely dreams. As he grows more accustomed to the loving realm around him, Kingard remembers fear and trepidation about the face of the world, and he loses contact with his companion. This story answers the question, Is Kingard really dead? with a tentative no, and new mysteries brewing. It also raises the question, What's happening while he's awake? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Ride Awake, about Kingard's situation with the Colkh'rak. Praise for Tales of the Known World Bookends: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between the epilogue and prologue is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well. -- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★

This is a story for those who appreciate detailed world building with a protagonist who has actual feelings or at least great ambitions and not a super neutral uncaring guy, jokes aside the story will be dark with surprising turn of events, there will be beautiful places to explore and dark places to dread, there will be all kind of monsters, cunning smart enemies, human like main character shrouded in mystery.
