Something soft nudged his cheek causing him to move slightly. It was soon replaced with a warm hand and he found himself leaning unconsciously into it.
As the warmth disappeared, he let out a soft sigh, not quite awake yet to whine. Soon enough the mattress jolted as someone jumped into his bed, causing Hyunjin to yelp, eyes snapping open.
"Jinnie! Good morning!" The taller male groaned at his best friend's voice, turning on his stomach to bury his face into the pillow. Jisung pouted at the non audible mumble the raven let out into the pillow.
"What did you say? Yah, get up! I'm hungry!" Hyunjin turned his head to the side, letting out a sigh.
"Can't you wake me up normally? Also, it's still early, let me sleep more." Ignoring the groan the blonde let out, he went back to closing his eyes.
Jisung moved to lay beside him, pressing his face so close their noses almost touched. "How do you want me to wake you up instead? With a kiss?"
That got the older's eyes to immediately open, stuttering out words as he blushed crimson red. Jisung laughed, pressing their lips together in a kiss that had Hyunjin melting, tugging his boyfriend closer.
Once they pulled apart, the younger placed a light kiss on his red ear. "And it's not early, darling. You have about five minutes to change before Yeji comes back to yell at you."
Remembering his twin sister coming to wake him up made him groan and Hyunjin forced himself up to throw on his school uniform. Jisung smiles cheekily, sitting up to watch him as he changed.
"Oh, by the way, did you dream about anything? You kept on having that troubled face as if you were in pain or something." Hyunjin fixed his tie, glancing on the other.
"Really? I did have a really weird dream, to be honest." The younger quirked a brow, looking curious as he fixed his shirt and grabbed the books to stuff into his bag.
Hyunjin looked around after his earphones, blinking as he monitored Jisung to hand them over from where they had been placed on his nightstand. "It was a really weird dream, it felt like it was real even. Apparently you and the others were the mafia that kidnapped me."
Jisung huffed out a laugh, tilting his head to the side. "Oh? So you were the innocent little lamb?"
The raven flushed but nodded. It was kind of hard to explain, though. And it did feel strangely real, as if it had been true. Or was going to be true? He didn't know.
Ah, if he kept thinking like this, he would go crazy or something.
Hyunjin jumped when he felt arms wrap around his waist. His younger boyfriend came from behind, mouthing his neck as the other looked into their reflection on the large mirror. "Where I a handsome mafia then?"
He giggled, spinning around to cup Jisung's cheeks. "Yes. You were very handsome, almost kind of terrifying. It was kind of hot."
The younger grinned, looking at him darkly as he pulled Hyunjin in for another kiss.
A knock on the door made them jump apart as Yeji's voice echoed from the other side. "Yah, love birds! Go have some breakfast before meeting your other boyfriends!"
Jisung laughed as her footsteps disappeared down the stairs, his tall boyfriend all red and embarrassed in his arms.
[...]
When they came down, two bowls of rice waited for them along with chopsticks. Jinyoung smiled at their greeting, putting down the scrambled eggs. "Eat up, you two. I've already made you lunch packs."

He immediately shut Jisung down as the other started protesting, saying he was like his own little brother anyways. Hyunjin chuckled as he sat down beside Yeji, his twin stuffing her cheeks full with rice.
A tug in his chest made him surge forwards to hug her and he laughed at the choking sound of surprise she made. When he pulled away, she swallowed down her bite, looking confused.
"Why did you hug me? Do you need help to bury a body or something?" Hyunjin shook his head, smiling.
"Nothing. Just missed you and hyung." Yeji kept staring at him oddly, Jinyoung still lecturing Jisung in the background as he went to dig into his breakfast.
While chewing, Jisung finally settled down to eat Jinyoung's (delicious) food, he looked up at his hyung, smiling softly. "Hey, hyung?"
The older answered with a hum, the smell of grilled meat filling the kitchen. "Have eomma and appa already left?"
Jinyoung nodded, looking concerned all of sudden. He placed his hand on Hyunjin's forehead, causing the younger to white slightly. "What's wrong? Are you sick? You know they always leave before you guys wake up-"
"I'm alright really, I just wanted to know." He pouted, ignoring Yeji's odd stare and Jisung trying to hide his laugh.
"Jeez, that must've been quite a dream, huh? You may have been living it too much." The blonde boy snorted, teasingly nudging Hyunjin on the side.
"Yeah, yeah not my fault. I'm relieved it was just a dream." Yep, he would be too stressed out for all of that again.
It's enough with his life right now, school and everything. He had all his boyfriends with him anyways. Hyunjin smiled, feeling warmth grow in his chest as he thought of it.
No words spoken, he grabbed Jisung's hand and tugged the younger along, making him yelp at the sudden change of speed.
"Yah, why do we have to run?!?" The whiny tone in Jisung's voice made him laugh, shaking his head.
Eventually they stopped by the cherry tree where they would always meet up with Minho and Jeongin.
Jisung was gasping for air, glaring slightly at the raven for making him run but immediately broke out in a soft smile when he saw Hyunjin's expression. The older was smiling widely, eyes disappearing into crescents with his hair ruffled everywhere because of the wind.
He was practically jumping up and down in his place ( still not letting go of Jisung's hand ) and he wondered how Hyunjin suddenly got so much energy. "Yah, hi hyungs!"
Both of them looked at the direction the call came from, smiling as Jeongin came closer with Minho behind him.
"Jinnie, Sungie! You guys were surprisingly early today?" He nodded, glancing at Hyunjin as he leaned to rest his head on Minho's arm.
"Jinnie made me run here, even if we had time left." He pouted and Jeongin giggled as he clung into Hyunjin.
"Really? How come you felt like running?" Hyunjin shrugged, tugging at Jisung's hand for the younger to stand up.
"Just wanted to see you guys, that's all." Jeongin and Minho looked at each other, smiling confusedly.
"But you saw us yesterday?" The raven shook his head, offering them no further explanation as they began walking towards school.
Jisung leaned closer to Minho, whispering to the older. "He had some weird dream last night."
An 'oh' escaped Minho's mouth and he chuckled, looking where Jeongin and Hyunjin was now talking lively.
Chan felt a pair of hands cover his eyes as a body collided with his own. He laughed, hands coming up to cup the other male's hands.

"Guess who?" That voice, he could recognize it anywhere. Chan smiled, reaching back to wrap his hands around the male's hips.
"Hyunjin-ah, you guys are early! The said boy giggled, taking his hands off the older's eyes before greeting Woojin with a hug. Felix watched them amusedly from the side, half sitting on Chan's lap.
As Woojin wrapped his arms around Hyunjin's waist, Minho and Jisung came down the hallway, Jeongin already taking a seat beside Chan after receiving a kiss from Felix. ( the youngest face was tomato red, yes )
"What's up with those faces? Did something good happen?" Minho just shrugged and Jisung glanced at Hyunjin, huffing out a small laugh.
Well, the raven did seem a little bit clingier than usual. But nothing seemed different? Chan shrugged, brushing it off as Changbin came with his guitar thrown over his shoulder and something that looked like a bag of sweets that immediately had all of them shouting for.
"Hey, I'll come over later, alright?" Seungmin smiled, a little bit curious why Hyunjin was practically attached to him today. But it felt nice, he didn't mind holding hands anyways. And luckily the teacher didn't even yell at them for sitting so close, the raven beaming beside him.
For someone who was knocked out so early yesterday, Hyunjin had so much energy. He assumed the older felt better now after fainting in school yesterday. "I'd love that! We can watch dramas together."
He smiled at that, leaning close to press a kiss on Hyunjin's pouted lips.
"You two! No kissing in class!" The whole class roared in laughter as their teacher strictly glared at them, Seungmin smiling satisfied as Hyunjin flushed prettily beside him.
They didn't have the chance to talk more that lesson, with Mrs. Kim watching them like a hawk. Unknown to her, they were holding hands that entire lesson, Seungmin squeezing Hyunjin's hands once in a while just to watch the older smile cutely.
His boyfriends were off to trainings or lessons as he finished his last class. Hyunjin hated going home alone but the excitement from Seungmin announcing he'd come over later made the male walk faster than usual, happy to get home.
Maybe he'd have time to bake something before his boyfriend came over? He suspected all of them would crash into his house later anyways, because if Seungmin went, that would mean Jeongin also went even if Seungmin wanted to spend some alone time with him. And if Jeongin went, Chan and Woojin also came, which resulted in Jisung and Changbin coming over and later in even Felix and Minho. Not that he minded anyways, it'd be cozy with all of them pressed up in the sofa watching movies anyways.
What should he make? Chocolate? Strawberry? Maybe some brownies with marshmallows?
A small sound from a bell caught his attention, making him curiously peek around the corner.
It was a black cat, staring at him with it's purple eyes, tilting it's head to the side. Hyunjin cooed softly, hunching down and reaching out his hand to for it to smell. The cat hesitated for a bit, before letting out a soft meow and slowly moved closer. He giggled lightly when it gently gave his finger an curious lick, before pressing its head into his palm.
Carefully petting it, he scratched the black cat behind the ears, causing it to purr. Hyunjin couldn't believe why people thought black cats was bad luck. They were so cute! How can this soft fluff ball be unlucky?
"What's your name, little one?" The cat yawned and he didn't see any name on the necklace it wore. It was just a simple black thread with a small golden bell but it didn't look stray either. It tilted it's head to the side again, as if it waited at him to say something.
"You don't seem to have a name, though. Maybe I should call you something?" It meowed and he laughed, thinking it was it's way to approve.
"How about Yin? Like in Ying and Yang! I hope you'll give me much luck." It purred and almost smiled at him. Hyunjin couldn't help but think about how familiar it seemed.
Haven't he seen this cat somewhere before?
All of sudden, it hissed, jumping back before disappearing into the shadows. Hyunjin looked around, calling out the nickname but no one answered. What a weird thing.
Awww, he really liked Yin. He wished it would've followed him home, watching over him like his lucky charm. Maybe Yin will come back soon and meet him again someday.
[...]
"Hyung? Yeji?" He unlocked the door, knowing Yeji and his older brother would be home by now. Their parents would work for a few more hours while the siblings cooked dinner but today, their car was parked in the garage. He wondered what was going on, his eomma and appa never came home this early? Did they arrange a surprise or something?
Only silence met his call. Everything looked normal though, like the house had just been abandoned. Shouldn't Jinyoung had started cooking by now? Maybe he and Yeji was out grocery shopping.
Why was his parents home, though?
A shuffling noise from the living room made his head snap in that direction, fear slowly creeping into his brain. Hyunjin grabbed the baseball bat near the door, not bothering to take off his shoes. Slowly, he tiptoed as quietly as he could to the living room.
Hyunjin shut his eyes tightly, hands tightening around the wooden bat before whipping around the corner.
Immediately breathing out at the sight in front of him, he lowered the bat and stared confusedly at Taeyong.
"Hyung? What are you doing here?" The older looked up, no smile on his face.
It made him slightly worried because Taeyong always smiled and was cheerful. Now, he seemed stoic, almost as if he was afraid of something. Then, a second later his face went back to emotionless which scared Hyunjin. Taeyong hyung was always lively and happy, what happened?
"Hyunjin. This isn't real."
He blinked. What?
Taeyong rose from the couch, walking towards him. Hyunjin was frozen in his spot, his petite hyung's words replaying in his head over and over again.
What did he mean with this isn't real?
He was Hwang Hyunjin right? A normal high school student, living happily with his parents and siblings. He had eight amazing boyfriends, good enough grades to study dance major in college. He was normal.
"Wrong." Taeyong had a sad smile on his face, grabbing Hyunjin's wrist gently.
"I'm so sorry, Hyunjin-ah." The raven stumbled as the scenery suddenly changed and his face fell, realizing that maybe this amazing life he had lived was all just a dream.
Or was it? Which one was true?
Once the world stopped spinning, he found himself sitting down on a chair in a surprisingly familiar store. Taeyong was now standing behind the counter, back facing him as the older tried to reach something on the highest shelf.
The sun made his hyung's brown hair look almost golden as he turned around, this time smiling warmly at Hyunjin. "Do you want a warm cup of tea?"
He nodded, still processing everything that was happening.
Taeyong set down the cup along with freshly baked buns before sitting down on the chair opposite from him.
"Try to remember, Hyunjin-ah." Looking up from his untouched food, he stared at the brunette.
"I can't tell you what to remember, only you know that." Taeyong smiled again and Hyunjin fisted his shirt. What the hell was going on?
The older only sighed, mumbling something about waking up soon. He walked to the desk near the window, opening a drawer. Pulling out a small USB memory, he put it on the counter while looking at it.
"Hyung?" Hyunjin couldn't help the small tremble in his voice. This world couldn't be fake, could it? He was a normal student, studying and falling in love like all the other people. His family was happy and loving.
It couldn't be an illusion. Right?
That weird dream he had before, it was a dream, was it?
He didn't want to go through that nightmare again.
Touching his cheeks, he gaped in shock as he felt a tear roll down his cheek. "Your body is starting to remember."
Taeyong smiled sadly. "I'm sorry I can't be there for you once you wake up."
No. No.
That was just a dream. This is reality. Maybe he fell asleep again? He must have under the lesson.
Soon the teacher will yell at him to wake up and he would realize all of this was another weird dream.
"Jinnie....this isn't your reality. I know you wished it was but if you keep going like this, you are going to loose yourself." He breathed out, closing his eyes tightly.
C'mon, wake up, this was just a dream.
It's just a dream.
He flinched when Taeyong softly patted him on the head. "You have to be strong, alright? Not for us, but for yourself. Don't let their words fool you."
"How would you know?"
The older's face fell and he noticed for the first time how they seemed to glimmer in the light of the cozy shop.
"Because I've been through the same thing."
"How did you escape?" Taeyong shook his head.
"I couldn't. Everywhere I went they found me. And even when being alone, my mind broke apart because of the memories." Hyunjin felt his blood slowly freeze as he processed the words.
Immediately grabbing the older's wrist, he tried to stop Taeyong as the brunette started turning his back against him. "Hyung. You-"
"That's not important right now. When you are free, don't come for me. Go to my shop and find that USB. Promise me." Hyunjin blinked. What the hell? Taeyong never told him this before?
They didn't have any mental connection either, that would be impossible. Why would the older suddenly appear here? In whatever he was doing.
Was it a dream ? An illusion?
"I've already told you this once. This is just your mind unlocking the deleted memories, Jinnie." Suddenly, his hands seemed smaller than usual. Hyunjin spluttered, spinning around to find a mirror. A seven year old boy stared back at him, eyes big and innocent.
The seven year old version of himself.
"Your brother is waiting, Hyunjin-ah." He shook his head, paling as he turned around, only to find that Taeyong was gone.
"These are your memories. Remember the night you ran away from your house? I told you about the USB."
Then what about the other part? Who was Taeyong running from, claiming he had been in the same situation Hyunjin was in now?
The same situation he was in now.
He realized his mistake as the mirror cracked in the corner. This isn't reality.
It's a dream.
You need to wake up.
Wake up and clear the mess in your head.
But, who was chasing you?
No one. You was reflecting on your own story.
Was I? Taeyong Hyung?
He's gone. It's all in your head.
You wish so bad this wasn't happening to you, so your mind made up a dream, an illusion about someone else in the same situation like you. Do you wish to see them suffer like you did?
No.
Where's Taeyong Hyung?
We don't know.
Possibly dead.
Is it my fault?
Hyung in woke up with a gasp, hands flailing to grasp his throat. He started scratching the skin without realizing, choking out an ugly sob.
Someone was touching him all of sudden and he let out a scream, begging them to stop because he deserved it, he deserved all of this and Taeyong was dead because of him, he killed his hyu-
"Hyunjin!" The cry made his mind snap back, eyes focusing on Felix. He was holding the taller male's wrists in a surprisingly hard grip and if Hyunjin didn't know better, he'd believe that the omega was actually worried.
With a tired sigh, he fell back into the pillows, eyes heavy despite sleeping for so long.
Felix watched the older's breath even out, settling down beside him to brush his sweaty hair out of the pale face. The omega kept his face, even if Hyunjin wasn't even looking at him.
"How long was I out?" He didn't care if his voice sounded monotone anymore.
