Changbin looked over the mails of deliveries they had gotten over the night.
With all of them being young CEOs, their day was always stocked with work and meetings. But they always made sure to have time for their baby boy.
Right now, he was listening to the faint sound of the tv a few rooms away, along with Hyunjin's and Jeongin's lingering scents. The two younger clearly marked they were there, but he was sure only Jeongin knew he was home.
However, he needed to finish all this work before coming to surprise the raven haired male.
He smiled to himself, knowing that Hyunjin would curl up beside Jeongin with his hands hidden within his sweater and watch some random kdrama together with the younger.
A notification caught his attention, the alpha sighing. They had been granting small bits of old information to Hyunjin but with no avail of waking up any memories.
Unless it did and the other just didn't tell them. Their patients are getting impatient, he doubted they could keep up any longer.
With Hyunjin looking worse every day going by, he didn't want to risk anything. The fact that the younger was too aware was dangerous and if he couldn't find anything new soon, he was sure they would have to change their ways with the younger boy.
But he had to admit, all of them didn't like how Hyunjin was lifeless these days. Don't get him wrong, he preferred if toys had a little flame in them.
The raven haired male was more fun to play with in the past than now. If they just had kept him in that loop, unaware of their true intentions, it would've been good for all of them. But sooner or later he would find out anyways.
Vibrations from where his phone lay broke him out of his thoughts, the alpha snorting before picking up the phone.
"Ah, it's you. How's it going with your new toy?"

Hyunjin didn't know how he felt. It was all so unclear but yet so obvious.
He clearly enjoyed leaning into Jeongin's warmth and ignoring the fact that his head was slowly trying to puzzle memories. How was he even going to talk about it? It's not like it's something he would talk about, let alone with them.
If he didn't, they would kill his brother anyways.
Gosh, how he missed his friends. They were a few and surprisingly sticking around which made him happy. Hyunjin still doubted anyone would really stay with him.
Where were they now? For sure, they forgot him or something. Was he ever worth remembering? They maybe got tired in the end.
But even his hyung's friends had been somewhat suspicious. The night he was taken away when Taeyong drove him to Eunjeong's house made no sense.
The older was constantly afraid of something and neither of them had the chance to tell him the truth. The whole truth.
That was even something his brother might know more than he did. So why would they need him?
He really thought he could call them his. That they were his and he was theirs. But that was never the case and he knew it was only a dream.
In another world, they would be his pack, his alphas and omega, his mates and boyfriends. Maybe even the loves of his life.
How they must be laughing at him right now. He was so stupid.
Why would anyone love him?
And why was he thinking of this in his situation?
The night that black van pulled in front of Eunjeong's yard, where had the older omega been? Did he see them coming? Did he fight to get Hyunjin back?
If worse-
He visibly paled. Why hadn't he thought of this before? He had been so selfish and ignorant, frowning in his own desires.
Was Eunjeong even alive? He couldn't remember how he got to that small room or the mansion. He didn't know anything.

And Taeyong, how did he get away? Was he still alive now? Hyunjin didn't want to think about it.
His hyung always talked about how smart Eunjeong was. He should be alive, right? If he was, he must find a way to contact the older.
If Hyunjin let himself hope a little, maybe, just maybe, he could actually fix some things. Even if it meant he was stuck here or killed.
He knew that Eunjeong's house never had any things that could mean on something odd. He, just like Jinyoung and Hyunjin, moved around a lot.
All of their friends did, he realized.
They weren't many and he rarely made new friends except those his hyung trusted. He was positive they were more than just those also, since Jinyoung was always updated in different places and moved randomly sometimes.
He could understand why his brother would suddenly decide for them to move all the time. It was indeed like he was running, like Hyunjin had thought back then.
Not only that, they used to be more before if he recalled it right. His hyung was best friends with Wonpil, who had been in contact with them the night their new home was broken into.
Surprisingly, the older was nowhere to be seen when they arrived to Eunjeong's house. It didn't make sense since those four was always together.
Also, the older had been saying something to Taeyong about bad news.
What was he getting into, really? He doubted it was something his brother did. More like, something with his parents.
He remembered that gunshot clear as day.
That night, when Jinyoung thought he was asleep, the older had turned on the news. He could never forget the words that the reporter said.
Three bodies were found in the chaos after a murder fire that burnt down a house. Their old house.
Hyunjin remembered regretting peeking. That night, he swore to protect his brother. That went well.
He should have tried harder. He was weak, always too weak. The thing he hated most, though, was that he didn't even try. His parents would have been disappointed.
But he knew that all of this was suspicious. His life for that part, had never been normal anyways.
If he was going to feel like shit, at least he could do something with the information. He didn't want to be useless anymore.
At least, he could do what he could to make things right.
A warm hand engulfed his and he looked up to see Jeongin in the eyes.
"Are you alright?" No. I don't know if I'll ever be.
"Yes." They sat back in silence and Hyunjin took a shuddering breath.
What was he doing? Sitting here, cuddling with his captor and pretending he was alright. Every day forcing himself to go up and yet be like a corpse during the days.
He felt like crying. Again.
Nothing felt right, just so out of place. Like he wasn't he anymore.
All he wanted was to go into the deepest hole and fall asleep forever. Would the world be happy if he went? No one would miss him, for sure.
Just like that. Falling asleep peacefully and never wake up again.
Everyday felt like he was drowning anyways. He couldn't hear any sounds anymore. It was too quiet and it slowly drove him insane. Like the silence slowly weighted him down, crushing him with it's nonexistent weight.
Curling his hands into balls, he looked at Jeongin. A sick part of him still longed for them to love him.
"I need you to do something for me." The younger sat quiet for a moment, studying his face as something unexplainable flashed in his eyes.
"What can I do, hyung?"
It was all too silent.
All they had to do now is to watch him sink to the bottom.
