*There's a trigger warning for the end of this chapter*
*Dominics' POV*
"So, we figured out who her known associates are. A 'Keith Mathis'; another known trafficker. He's been charged with possession, intent to sell and distribute, assault, you name it, it's probably there. Then theres Jacob Patterson, he's known for basically all the same shit."
I took a deep breath and felt my anger rising as I raked a hand through my hair.
Traffickers. These people were professionals at stealing people and selling them, most never seen again. They take young women, girls, probably just barely hitting puberty, and sell them to the highest bidders.
The thought that Genevieve wasn't staying with the group and that they had a 'friend' she was going to was maddening. We needed one of them, probably the big one as they're always the most stupid. We needed to know who employed them and why.
"Do we have any idea where they are," I asked as I looked up at Preston and Elijah sitting at the island.
Elijah nodded, "I had a few PIs look into them and apparently Keith frequents a few bars and clubs in San Antonio and it just so happens that he'll most likely be at one tonight."
I nodded, "Looks like we're taking a trip."
***
We touched down at about 6:45 and my heart was pounding. If all went well tonight, we'd have one of Genevieves kidnappers in restraints. I had already called in an old friend who was an expert at getting difficult people to talk.
"Dominic," he greeted with a hand in mine as we walked towards the black SUV. His dark blue eyes were covered with sunglasses and his jet black hair in a ball cap.
"Bradley, always a pleasure," I shook his hand.
"Sorry we have to meet again like this but you know I would do anything for you so it's my pleasure, as well," he assured me.
I had loaned him some money a while back to kick start his own...business and now anytime I needed any 'help' he was at my beck and call. He came in handy often.
"You understand that, as always, discretion is key, Bradley," I asked with a brow arched. He wasn't stupid though, he knew exactly what I was capable of. I had my fair share of making men sing like canaries, I just preferred not to get my hands dirty if it wasn't necessary.
I had, however, missed the familiar weight of the semi-automatic pistol in the waistband at the back of my suit pants. It was a security, a self-security, I had chosen to do away with as I fell into my role of 'CEO' when my father passed it down to me and Preston.

I felt stronger, more capable now, just knowing it was there. I had also stashed a small pocket knife in my shoe just in case.
"Of course, Dom. I'm excited to play with a new toy," he smirked as he looked over at me from the driver's seat.
I chuckled, "We have to catch him first, but that shouldn't be too hard. Do you have something a little bigger than this?"
I turned around and smirked at Katherine who was pressed in the middle of Elijah and Preston with Nathaniel sitting at the very back by himself.
"Why do you get to sit up front," she huffed as she tried to move her shoulders, but one thing us Blackstone men are known for is our broad shoulders and Preston and Elijahs' were taking up most of Katherine's space.
"Because I'm the eldest," I stated before turning back to Bradley.
He was smirking while watching the interaction before turning his eyes back to the road, "I do. I have a commercial van for such purposes."
"Good, tonight myself, along with Preston and Elijah, will be heading to the club to scope and watch out for Keith and you'll be at the back with the van. After we get him, it'll be quick as we bring him outside. Are you ready to do this tonight?"
The smirk never left, "I was born ready."
I knew he was telling the truth. He was good at what he did. His tactics were just as much mental as they were physical depending on the subject. He had yet, or so he says, to find someone he couldn't make talk.
"Thank you again, Bradley. I really appreciate this," I muttered.
He looked over and smiled, "I get it. It's no problem, I'm happy to help."
***
The club the PI told us Keith would be at was packed tonight and the music was loud. The smell of smoke, alcohol, sweat, and desperation was thick in the air as we made our way to the far corner of the club and found a table.
"I'm gonna go get us some drinks to hold so we don't look out of place," Preston said in my ear and I nodded.
"I'll find some women to come dance around us," Elijah muttered, but I grabbed his upper arm.
"Not necessary," I stated as I watched heads turn towards us.
I looked into his eyes, "You're a Blackstone. You don't chase women, they come to you." I cocked my head to the right and his eyes glanced over at a few of the women who were closest making eyes at us.

It was a degrading way of thinking, but for now, I didn't care. It was hard to give up old ways.
The bravest ones made their way forward and two of them went for either side of Elijah. I could see his pupils dilate as he looked at them in their skimpy outfits, but I lightly popped the back of his head to get him back in the game.
He could enjoy the company if he was focused on the task at hand.
I pulled out my phone saw that Bradley texted saying he was already parked out back. I sent a quick 'Be ready' and pocketed the device.
I rubbed my eyes for a moment, just wondering what Genevieve was doing. If she was okay. Had she eaten? Had she slept at all?
I felt a hand on my inner thigh and looked up, "Let go," I growled.
The girls' eyes were dark and glossy as she was clearly intoxicated. Her black dress was so low that I was surprised it was holding anything in. She had a sultry smile on her face and in an act of defiance, her hand traveled higher, but I put my hand on hers and squeezed harshly, "I said let go."
I pushed her hand away and then spun her around before I heard her scoff and walk away. For a moment my eyes roamed the room until I looked to the bar and saw Preston walking over quickly with empty hands.
"I found him," he yelled over the music.
I grabbed Elijahs' shoulder and spun him around as he was engrossed in the women kissing his neck.
"Focus," I command and watched him shake his head lightly before nodding. The girls were still pawing at him, but he shrugged them away and they eventually got the message.
"Where," I asked Preston.
"I watched him walk into the bathroom. We have to move fast if we're gonna do it while there's no one around."
We made our way to the back to the club to the bathroom. We quickly decided that we would all go in and wait until it was just us and him and take him out while one of us made sure that no one would see up haul him outside.
As I pushed the door open the distinct smell of piss was heavy and the floor was trashed. I snarled in disgust but continued inside. There was one other man by the sink other than Keith but when he saw me his eyes widened and he turned around like he was surprised I was there.
As the stranger looked from between Keith and then me and my brothers, he quickly made his way out and Elijah leaned his back against the door so no one else could come in.
"Blackstone," Keith muttered as his face hardened. He looked between me and Preston as if weighing his options.
"We're both packing, so we can do this the easy way or the hard," I smirked.
I saw fear flash in his eyes for a moment before disappearing, "What's the easy way?"
"You walk out with us willingly. You get into our van willingly. You talk willingly. You die willingly," I stated, my expression cold.
"And the hard?"
Oh, he's a stupid one.
"I pistol-whip you, we drag your body out to our van, we make you talk and then we shoot you in the head anyway," Preston growled. He had obviously already had enough of this goon.
Keith laughed, he actually laughed.
"And what's funny," Preston smirked as he got closer.
"Just remembering the look on her face as I held her down and stuck my d--"
I felt my fist connect with his jaw, "Tell me you weren't fucking stupid enough to lay a finger on her, Keith," I growled out in disgust. He defiled my girl? I felt my blood boil. I wanted him dead.
He was on the floor smiling, "Oh, I laid more than a finger. You should've heard her screa--."
I sent my fist into his nose and then anywhere it would land a few times as my vision went black.
He had blood pouring out of his nose and mouth with a gash to his cheek when I felt Preston pull me away.
I had knocked him unconscious but I didn't care. I wanted more. I wanted to hurt him, to kill him. He wouldn't get away with taking her against her will. He had defiled her and I wanted to watch him bleed.
"Let go," I growled as I went in for more, but I felt Preston and Elijah pull me back.
"We need to question him, Dominic! We will get justice for her but first, we need him alive so we can find her," Elijah pleaded.
I relaxed as Bradley pushed in and looked down at him.
"Sick son of a bitch," He muttered before him, Preston and Elijah hauled him out the bathroom and out the back door.
My heart was broken for Genevieve. My sweet, sweet princess. She didn't deserve this. None of this.
I would be the one to deliver the bullet that would end that motherfuckers life. I would end any and every one who had a hand in this.
