💞one small positive thought in the morning can change your day..!💞

Since these are summer classes only two lectures were scheduled per day.

After class we went for shopping , by we I mean - me, zayden, alex, jannet.

Zayden and alex were sitting on couch in front of changing room , me and jannet were trying clothes and showing them for suggestion about the dress.

zayden seriously didn't like any of the clothes.

I tried a cute- one piece dress which was till my mid thighs and went out.

"wow cutie you are looking so damn.. " alex didn't complete his sentence cause zayden interrupted "no, you are not taking this one, it's so exposing.. "

exposing..? has he even seen jannet dresses..!

"seriously..? this is 7th dress zayden.. "

"try some more.. "

I finally tried jumpsuit and luckily he said okay..

I saw mom at the door, oh my god..! mom is here.

I ran and hugged mom. She looked past me at zayden and smile crept on her face.

"My eyes always wanted to see this.. " mom said looking at him.

See what..?

I turned around to see zayden, he was holding my shopping bag and walking in our direction, in excitement I forgot taking my shopping bags with me.

"Oh I forgot to get those bags in excitement. "

"it's okay let him carry.. "

"mom how come you are here.. " zayden asked, I took bags from his hand and went inside.

Mom helped me in preparing lunch, her company is best.

I told mom everything what has happened in past few days.

"This much happened and you didn't tell me anything.. " mom asked

"mom I wanted to but zayden asked me not to tell you, we can resolve this mom... "

I also told mom about zayden's present changed behavior, she was happy listening to it.

"Don't worry he will change and if iam not wrong I think he likes you.. "

Nice joke.. he can never ever like me..!

"Even I think the same.. " another voice came from behind and it was alex..

he hugged mom and kissed her on cheek..

"Did you meet my girlfriend. " he asked mom

"girlfriend..? " Mom gave him confused look.

He came and wrapped his hand around my shoulder and said "meet my girlfriend Harriet granger oops..! sorry Mrs. Zayden Harley.. " he said

"what..? " Mom asked with her brows knitted.

"Dont worry nothing is serious. " he said with a smile.

"oh.. I know you alex, tell me the real reason.. " she asked sitting on couch.

"You always catch me huh..? he isn't ready to accept the fact that he likes Harriet and as best friend it's my duty to help him.. Whenever I get close to Harriet he gets irritated. Day by day he is understanding his feelings, best part was when he almost got into fight with ward of the dorm. He wanted Harriet to stay with jannet so that he can go to their room and at least see her.. you should have seen him when you left, he used to tell me about you, how you used to take care of him. Can you imagine he told- you are best wife a man can ask for.. " Alex said giving me a smile.

what's all this..? what is Alex speaking..?

"So he purposely made me stay with jannet.. " I asked

alex nodded.

dang..! like really..?

"...and all the while you are acting with me saying that you like me..? " I asked raising an eyebrow.

"no, I actually like you but he likes you more..! " he said

"he told you that.. "

"He hasn't told that yet but he does like you..iam sure about it."

I don't know what to tell, it's better if I keep quite..

Later mom and I were walking in garden.

"Iam going back tomorrow morning.. " mom said

"at what time..? "

"I have flight at 6" she replied.

"mom, zayden gets up at 7.30 .. how will you go.? "

Mom face was filled with question marks..

"Zayden is early bird Harriet " she said

"what..? " now my face was filled with question marks.

"He has this habit of getting up early since childhood.. "

"Are you sure mom.. ?"

"yea baby.. "

Then why does he sleep till 7.30..?

what is happening..?

Everything I know about him is turning into a lie..!

First ,he said he booked room with jannet cause there was no other empty room..

second ,mom told he gets up early in the morning when I actually wake him up at 7.30...

third, he acts so stubborn and furious in front of me..

He never told me that iam good wife but he told it to alex..

Zayden pov :

Morning I got up at 5.30 , I had to drop mom to airport, Harriet was sleeping peacefully so I didn't wake her up..

"Zayden when are you guys coming home..? " mom asked

"Next week mom. "

"Take care of my child .. don't trouble her. "

My child..?

"As far as I know iam your only child...? " I asked looking at her

"Iam speaking about my daughter-in-law.. "

"I don't trouble her mom. " I said

"You know...Her life was mess before, she didn't live a normal life like other kids, she never got love of her parents.. she expects that love and care from you... " mom said.

Care is okay but love..? I don't know what to say.I didn't reply anything..

"why did she tell you wake up at 7.30 .. " mom asked

I applied sudden brakes. I turned towards mom and asked "Don't tell me you told her I have habit of waking up early...?! "

"I did.. "

Holyshit..! This was the last thing I wanted.

what will she think about me now..?

"So it's true.. whats the reason. " mom asked.

Nothing, I just watch her while she is asleep and I like it when she wakes me up with that smile on her face. But iam not going to say this to my mom at any cost..!

"No reason, my habit changed.. "

"lier..! anyways iam happy.. " mom said

"why are you happy..? "

"I know why you sleep so long.. " she paused for a second and continued "to watch her while she is sleeping right..? " mom asked pouting.

Did I admit it loudly..? how did mom hear that..?

"what.. ? you know iam not like that.. " I turn my gaze back to road.

After dropping mom to airport, I was thinking how to face Harriet, mom told her that I wake up early, what iam I going to answer her if she asks me the reason..?

Iam not going to think about it..I will face it..

"Breakfast is ready.. " she said as soon as I entered.

She was speaking on phone. whom is she speaking..?

"whose on call. " I asked

This is the first time iam asking about her personal life..

"mom " she replied.

After having lunch, I went to study room and she was still busy in phone.

she is close to my mom.. I could hear her laughter and involuntary I felt my lips being curled up.

Something is seriously wrong with me..! why iam I smiling if she is laughing, these symptoms are not good for me..

I called alex, he is the only person who understands me properly.

"Man come to my place, let's have basketball match, I need distraction.. " I said as soon as he picked up the call

"distraction from what..? " he asked and like a dumb fellow I replied without thinking "Harriet.. "

He started coughing as soon as he heard me, oh shit..! did I tell that..

"I mean Harriet is speaking so loudly with mom that I have headache, I want to do something which will reduce my headache.. " I replied

"Such lame answer, have you gone nuts.. what are you speaking..? anyways I know Harriet is disturbing your mind but don't worry iam coming to take care of my girlfriend..My girlfriend is so cute that every other guy gets disturbed by thinking about her,i will be there in few minutes till then stay away from my girlfriend.. " he replied and disconnected the call without waiting for my reply..

what was that? 'my girlfriend 'like seriously..?

Did he forget that she is his sister-in-law..

I went out, Harriet was cleaning aquarium.

"Alex is coming home.. " I said sitting on couch

"Is it.. okay I will make him some juice.. " she said smiling.

wait..!is she blushing..

"why the hell are you blushing..? " I asked

This is out of my control, On one side alex is like- my girlfriend and on other side she is like -I will make him juice..

what iam I..? third wheel..!

"what's wrong..? why are you angry.. " she asked

"Iam not angry, tell me why are you blushing.. ? "

"Because alex is coming, I know this is what you wanted to hear.. happy.. " saying this she went inside the kitchen.

"umm... don't you want to meet your friend.. " I asked standing at door of kitchen.

"Suddenly why are you asking me to meet my friend.. ".

So that you won't get close to alex

"Just like that.. " I replied

"Oh I know the reason, you are jealous that alex is coming and now I will give him more importance right.. "she said playing with knife.

Is this the same Harriet who doesn't speak..!?

"Are you seriously my angel..?! cause as far as I know she never speaks like this.. " I said..

man..! her expression and her face changed suddenly, she turned red instantly and she dropped her gaze to the counter instead of looking at me...

what did I tell.?

holy crap..! did I tell my angel..

I think I should get out here before I tell her something else..!
