Time skip to September 1st,

(Rachel's pov)

It's melissas' first day at Hogwarts I hope she's excited. As I look at the time it says 10:00 am. I better go wake the kids up if they're not already, I think as I go into Melissa's room. "Oh, you're already dressed I look at her surprised." She smiles, "of course I am today's the day I get to start Hogwarts." She says jumping off her bed and grabbing her trunk. "I'll go wake your brother and get him ready you go downstairs with your father." "Alright mom", she says bringing her trunk downstairs.

Melissas POV

Today's the day I can't believe it, I think as I head downstairs with my stuff. "Good morning father," I tell my dad as I walk into the living area. "Good morning princess are you excited for Hogwarts," he asks me.

"Of course I am I can't wait to get amazing grades and meet new friends." "That's good princess now here take these". He gives her some wizarding money. "What are these father?" I ask in confusion. "These are what you can use to buy treats on the hogwarts express just don't tell your mother she'd hex me into next week." He says shuddering as I giggle. "My lips are sealed",I say as I pretend to zip and lock my lips while putting the money in my bag.

"Are you guys ready?" I hear mom ask as I see her and a sleepy Aaron in her arms by the door. "I am" I smile as I grab the trunk. My dad then takes my arm and we apperate to kings cross station. "How do I get onto the platform?" I ask my parents as we head towards platforms 9 and 10. "I don't see a platform 9 3/4" I tell them as they laugh. "Alright princess you have to run through the wall between 9 and 10 and hurry the platforms gonna close soon"dad says as he helps me. I run toward the wall expecting to run straight into the wall. Waiting for the impact that never came I open my eyes and see a giant red train with a sign saying *platform 9 3/4*. "Wow" I say in amazement as I look around. I turn to my parents who are slightly tearing up. "Make sure you write to us at least once a week sweetheart ok" mom says as she and dad hug me. "I promise I love you guys see you on Christmas break". I tell them as I give them both a kiss on the cheek and head on the train.

I'm looking for an empty compartment when I hear my name. "Melissa over here" I look to see who it is and I see Draco. I head over to him and head into his compartment. There are 2 other boys around our age. *must be his friends* I think as I sit across from Draco. "Hey there I'm Melissa it's nice to meet you both". I tell the boys. "I'm Crabbe",says the shorter one. I'm Goyle it's nice to meet you as well Melissa",The taller one states. "Are you guys excited" I ask them. "Yeah" all of them state at the same time shocking themselves. I burst into laughter. "Ahahaha" I've done the same with my little brother and he smacked me for it." I tell the boys as they look at me with confusion before they too start laughing.

The compartment door then opens and an old lady with a cart passes. "Anything from the trolley dears?" She asks. "May I have a few chocolate frogs?" She smiles "of course dear" just as I was about to take out the coins my father gave me Draco butted in. "I'll pay for them" he then hands the lady the money. I look at him with shock, "you didn't have to do that draco." He shrugs "I wanted to now let's see what cards we got." "Cards?" I ask in confusion. "Each chocolate frog comes with a card inside of a famous witch or wizard. Be careful with the frog though they jump real quick so you have to grab it before it jumps away so you can eat it." He tells me as he grabs a frog. I carefully open one and just as the frog jumps I grab it. "Yes I got it" I smile as I grab the card. "I got someone named Rowena Ravenclaw" I tell them as I show them the card. "She's one of the four founders of Hogwarts", Draco tells me as I smile. "There are four founders Rowena Ravenclaw,Helga Hufflepuff,Godric Gryffindor and Salazar Slytherin each of the houses is named after them," he tells me. "That's so awe" I'm cut off by the door opening.

A bushy haired girl with big front teeth is at the door. "Has anyone seen a toad,a boy named Neville has lost one?" I look at the boys, "I haven't seen one but I'll help you look for it" I say as I stand up and look at the boys. "I'll be back",I head to the compartment next to me and open the door to see two boys. One with red hair and the other with black hair. The red haired one had his wand out. "Have either of you seen a toad a boy named Neville lost his?"I ask the boys. "No we haven't sorry" the one with black hair says. "Are you boys doing magic?" I ask and the red haired boy nods. "Can I see?" He nods and starts "sunshine butter mellow turn this stupid fat rat yellow" but nothing happens. "Are you sure your doing the spell right?" "My older brothers told it to me but I'm starting to think they were playing a prank on me" he says glum. "I'm Melissa Lycan what's your guys names?" I ask "I'm Ron,Ron Weasley" the red haired boy states. "I'm Harry Potter the black haired boy states. My eyes widen *so he's the famous boy my parents told me about* I think as I smile. "That's awesome I'll see you both later I'm going back to my group." I wave at them as I head back to Draco and the others. "I'm back" I told them as I sit back where I originally was. "You find the toad?" Draco asks, "no but I met Harry Potter and someone named Ron Weasley." I see draco eyes widen at Harry but roll at Ron's name. "Are you ok Draco?" He looks at me and smiles "yeah I'm good I just can't believe another Weasleys at Hogwarts." "Another?" I ask in confusion. "The weasleys are pure bloods as well but are considered Blood Traitors they have 7 kids as far as I'm aware." My eyes widen "7 wow that's a lot of kids."

"6 boys and 1 girl apparently if my mother is correct Ronald should be the 6th and they have a little sister who should be coming next year. They've all been in Gryffindor according to my parents." "I think we should start getting into our robes I think we're gonna be there soon." I grab my robes from my trunk and leave the compartment into the bathroom and change. I go back a few minutes later and see the boys in their robes. The train suddenly stops as we head out. I see a giant guiding us to the boats. Draco,me,crabbe and goyle all sit in one.
